本发明涉及一种风力发电用电力电缆,包括由五根线芯绞合构成的缆芯,五根线芯之间间隙处通过麻绳填充层填充圆整,缆芯外绕包有玻纤带,玻纤带外层挤包有TPV‑90热塑弹性体护套;每根线芯的结构包括:导体,导体包括采用5类铜丝绞合而成的多股股线,多股股线沿与所述5类铜丝的绞合方向同向复绞成整体,导体外绕包加强型无纺布,加强型无纺布外挤包90℃乙丙橡皮绝缘料;本发明提高了风力发电用电缆的耐温耐腐蚀和抗扭曲性能,节约了成本,实现了高效节能的生产目标。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆技术领域,尤其是一种风力发电用电力电缆。
背景技术
风力发电用电缆要求有很高的抗拉、坑扭曲强度和耐火强度,风力发电用电缆在成缆时其抗拉及承重能力受电缆和填充材料的影响很大,因此需要通过对防火材料进行选择和电缆承重结构的设计优化,以提高产品的质量、降低成本,达到高效节能的目的。
发明内容
本申请人针对上述现有生产技术中的缺点,提供一种结构合理的风力发电用电力电缆,优化了材料选择和结构设计,从而提高了电缆的抗拉和抗扭曲性能,节约成本。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种风力发电用电力电缆,包括由五根线芯绞合构成的缆芯,五根线芯之间间隙处通过麻绳填充层填充圆整,缆芯外绕包有玻纤带,玻纤带外层挤包有TPV-90热塑弹性体护套;每根线芯的结构包括:导体,导体由5类铜丝同向绞合而成,导体外绕包加强型无纺布,加强型无纺布外挤包90℃乙丙橡皮绝缘料。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进:
导体的结构为:包括采用5类铜丝绞合而成的多股股线,多股股线沿与所述5类铜丝的绞合方向同向复绞成整体,且与所述加强型无纺布绕包的方向相同。
所述麻绳填充层采用麻绳填充物。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明结构紧凑、合理,产品的生产周期短、产量高,生产成本低,产品性价比大大提高,实现了高效节能的生产目标。同时本发明还具有如下优点:
本发明导体成型方式不同于现有技术中导体通常采用的成型方式,5类铜丝绞合成股线的方向与股线复绞成导体的方向相同,且与加强型无纺布绕包的方向相同,增强了导体的弯曲性能。
本发明护套采用TPV-90热塑弹性体护套,具有优良的阻燃耐火性能、机械性能、耐高低温性能;
本发明绝缘采用90℃乙丙橡皮绝缘料,-35℃至90℃耐温等级的乙丙橡胶绝缘料,是高抗撕型橡胶高压蒸汽交联绝缘料,具有良好的耐低温耐气候老化性能,符合TICW/01-2009 IE4标准要求,适用于风力发电机的扭曲电缆绝缘;
本发明五根线芯成缆时,采用麻绳填充物紧密填充,保证其抗拉强度和耐扭曲性能。

下面结合附图,说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1所示,本实施例的风力发电用电力电缆,包括由五根线芯绞合构成的缆芯,五根线芯之间间隙处通过麻绳填充层4填充圆整,缆芯外绕包有玻纤带5,玻纤带5外层挤包有TPV-90热塑弹性体护套6;每根线芯的结构包括:导体1,导体1由5类铜丝同向绞合而成,导体1外绕包加强型无纺布2,加强型无纺布2外挤包90℃乙丙橡皮绝缘料EPR 3。
导体1的结构为:包括采用5类铜丝绞合而成的多股股线,多股股线沿与5类铜丝的绞合方向同向复绞成整体,且与加强型无纺布2绕包的方向相同,增强了其耐扭曲的性能
麻绳填充层4采用麻绳填充物紧密填实。
TPV-90热塑弹性体护套6,具有优良的阻燃耐火性能、机械性能、耐高低温性能。

1.一种风力发电用电力电缆,其特征在于:包括五根线芯,五根线芯绞合构成缆芯,五根线芯之间间隙处通过麻绳填充层(4)填充圆整,缆芯外绕包有玻纤带(5),玻纤带(5)外挤包有TPV-90热塑弹性体护套(6);每根线芯的结构为:包括导体(1),导体(1)由5类铜丝绞合而成,导体(1)外绕包加强型无纺布(2),加强型无纺布(2)外挤包90℃乙丙橡皮绝缘料(3)。
2.如权利要求1所述的风力发电用电力电缆,其特征在于:导体(1)的结构为:包括采用5类铜丝绞合而成的多股股线,多股股线与所述5类铜丝的绞合方向同向复绞成整体,且与所述加强型无纺布(2)绕包的方向相同。
3.如权利要求1所述的风力发电用电力电缆,其特征在于:所述麻绳填充层(4)采用麻绳填充物。
