In this embodiment, the initial position of the second slider 11 is located at the minimum stroke of the floating range, and this design is more convenient for measurement. The structural design of the pitch detection module can realize the floating measurement of the pitch dimension of the carbon slide plate along the horizontal direction, the floating range of the floating measurement is limited within the range meeting the tolerance requirement of the carbon slide plate, so that the pitch of the carbon slide plate is subjected to the floating measurement along the horizontal direction within the range meeting the tolerance requirement, the flexibility of the device in measuring the pitch dimension of the carbon slide plate along the horizontal direction can be improved, and compared with the static measurement, the floating measurement also avoids the risk that qualified products are identified as unqualified products when the pitch dimension of the carbon slide plate is detected along the horizontal direction, thereby avoiding waste.
Further, the pitch detection module further includes a second sliding structure 5, where the second sliding structure 5 includes two second sliding plates disposed at openings of the two second side walls 14, and bottom ends of the two second sliding plates extend to two sides of the first sub-base 2, so that the two second sliding plates are adapted to move on the second sub-base 3 along a length direction, and at the same time, the two second sliding plates and the two second side walls 14 enclose a square accommodating space adapted to accommodate the second floating block, the second guide shaft 15 and the third elastic member.
In this embodiment, the number of the first guide shaft 17, the second guide shaft 15, the first elastic member, and the third elastic member is two; the number of the floating shafts 13 and the number of the second elastic members 19 are four, and the two floating shafts 13 are arranged in two rows and two columns, wherein the two floating shafts 13 arranged in parallel are simultaneously positioned in different cavities of one columnar structure 12.
In this embodiment, the height detection module is configured to detect the height of the carbon skateboard, and is disposed between two hole pitch detection modules. The height detection module comprises a third sliding structure 6 which is arranged on the base component; a rotation damping device provided on the third sliding structure 6; the measuring ruler structure is used for measuring the height and the size of the carbon slide plate and comprises a measuring ruler 24 and a measuring limiting piece 25 which is slidably arranged on the measuring ruler 24, and the measuring limiting piece 25 moves to a position contacted with the carbon slide plate during measurement so as to more conveniently identify a specific measured value; the limiting structure 9 is used for fixing the measuring ruler structure, the measuring ruler structure is arranged on the limiting structure 9, and the limiting structure 9 is arranged on a damping rotating shaft 22 of the rotary damping device. The design of limit structure 9 can fix the dipperstick structure, and the installation and the dismantlement of such design easily dipperstick structure, and rotatory damping device's design can make the dipperstick structure fix, be difficult for taking place to rotate after rotatory, makes the dipperstick structure obtain mild mechanical motion simultaneously, promotes the quality and the life-span of dipperstick structure.
Further, the height detection module further comprises a third sliding structure 6, the third sliding structure 6 is a sliding block matched with the sliding way on the second sub-base 3, the rotary damping device is connected with the sliding block through a damping mounting plate 26, the rotary damping device further comprises a damper 27 arranged at the bottom end of the damping rotating shaft 22 and a damping cover 23 arranged on the periphery of the damping rotating shaft 22, the damping cover 23 is a concave plate-shaped structure with a downward opening, two side walls of the concave plate-shaped structure are respectively connected with the damping mounting plate 26, a circular protruding structure is arranged at the top end of the damping rod, the limiting structure 9 is arranged at the upper end of the circular protruding structure, and the damping cover 23 is arranged at the lower end of the circular protruding structure.
The carbon slide plate detection device can detect the length, the hole distance and the height of the carbon slide plate simultaneously, and can determine whether the carbon slide plate is a qualified product or not through the detection of the length, the hole distance and the height of the carbon slide plate, and the qualified product can be put into use after the measurement, so that the driving safety is improved, the stable operation of an electric locomotive is ensured, and the carbon slide plate detection device has the advantages of simple design structure, high detection efficiency, short detection time, simple detection method and high detection precision.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 5, this embodiment provides a carbon slide plate detection table, which includes at least one carbon slide plate detection device described in embodiment 1, in this embodiment, the number of the carbon slide plate detection devices is two, and the carbon slide plate detection table of this embodiment further includes a frame and a detection platform disposed on the frame, where the carbon slide plate detection device is disposed on the detection platform.
As an alternative embodiment, the carbon slide detection device as described in example 1 and the air duct processing device 28 for processing the air duct of the carbon slide may be provided on the detection platform.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 6-7, the present embodiment provides a carbon sled detection apparatus adapted to measure the length, pitch, and height dimensions of a VAN-SK1585 carbon sled.
The carbon slide detecting device of the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that:
the base assembly only comprises a main base 1 and a second sub-base 3 arranged along the height direction of the main base 1, two length detection modules and two hole pitch detection modules are respectively and slidably arranged on the main base 1, and the height detection modules are slidably arranged on the second sub-base 3. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the contact end between the first detection end and the carbon sliding plate is an irregular step.
Example 4
As shown in fig. 8-9, this embodiment provides a carbon slide board detection platform, which includes at least one carbon slide board detection device described in embodiment 3, in this embodiment, the number of carbon slide board detection devices is one, the carbon slide board detection platform of this embodiment further includes a frame and a detection platform disposed on the frame, the carbon slide board detection device is disposed on the detection platform, and an air channel processing device 28 for processing an air channel of the carbon slide board is further disposed on the detection platform.
As an alternative embodiment, the detection platform may be provided with only the carbon slide detection device as described in example 3.
Example 5
The present embodiment provides a detection method using the carbon slide plate detection apparatus described in embodiment 1, embodiment 3 or using the carbon slide plate detection stage described in embodiment 2, embodiment 4, comprising the steps of:
d. and determining a theoretical size value of the carbon slide plate according to the model specification of the carbon slide plate, and adjusting the pitch detection assembly, the length detection assembly and the height detection module to a position corresponding to the theoretical size value of the carbon slide plate.
a. B, placing a carbon slide plate on the second measuring end 8 according to the detection requirement of the hole pitch detection assembly, and if the carbon slide plate can be smoothly installed with the second measuring end 8 and the hole pitch size of the carbon slide plate is in a floating range, enabling the hole pitch of the carbon slide plate to meet the size requirement, and performing the step b; if the installation cannot be smoothly carried out and/or the pitch size of the carbon sliding plate is not in the floating range, the pitch of the carbon sliding plate does not meet the size requirement, the carbon sliding plate is a disqualified product, and the detection is finished;
b. c, according to the detection requirement of the length detection assembly, placing two ends of the carbon slide plate on the first measurement end 7 respectively, and if the carbon slide plate can be smoothly installed with the first measurement end 7 and the length dimension of the carbon slide plate is in a floating range, making the length of the carbon slide plate meet the dimension requirement, and performing the step c; if the installation cannot be smoothly carried out and/or the length dimension of the carbon sliding plate is not in the floating range, the length of the carbon sliding plate does not meet the dimension requirement, the carbon sliding plate is a disqualified product, and the detection is finished;
c. operating the height detection module to measure the height of the carbon slide plate, and if the height of the carbon slide plate meets the size requirement, judging the carbon slide plate as a qualified product; and if the height of the carbon sliding plate does not meet the size requirement, the carbon sliding plate is a disqualified product.
It is apparent that the above examples are given by way of illustration only and are not limiting of the embodiments. Other variations or modifications of the above teachings will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art. It is not necessary here nor is it exhaustive of all embodiments. While still being apparent from variations or modifications that may be made by those skilled in the art are within the scope of the invention.

Claims (8)

1. A carbon sled detection device, comprising: base subassembly and set up in on the base subassembly:
the length detection assembly comprises two length detection modules, and the length detection modules are provided with first measuring ends (7) matched with the end parts of the carbon slide plates;
the pitch detection assembly comprises two pitch detection modules, the pitch detection modules are provided with second measuring ends (8) corresponding to the air holes of the carbon slide plate, and the pitch detection assembly is positioned between the two length detection modules;
the height detection module is used for detecting the height of the carbon sliding plate and is arranged between the two hole pitch detection modules;
the pitch detection module further includes a second floating structure comprising:
the floating shaft (13) is arranged at the bottom of the second measuring end (8) and is arranged along the vertical direction;
the columnar structure (12) is arranged at the outer edge of the floating shaft (13) and is internally provided with a cavity;
a first bearing (20) provided between the floating shaft (13) and the columnar structure (12);
the two ends of the second elastic piece (19) are respectively connected with the first bearing (20) and the floating shaft (13), and the second elastic piece (19) is suitable for enabling the floating shaft (13) to return to an initial position after moving in a floating range;
the second floating structure further includes:
a second slider (11) connected to the columnar structure (12);
a second guide shaft (15) provided on the second slider (11) and adapted to move the second slider (11) in a horizontal direction;
a second side wall (14) arranged at two ends of the second guide shaft (15) for fixing the second guide shaft (15);
a third elastic member disposed between the second side wall (14) and the second slider (11), the third elastic member being adapted to allow the second slider (11) to return to an initial position after moving within a floating range;
a second limiting end (21) arranged on the second side wall (14) for limiting the floating range of the second floating block (11);
the base assembly comprises a main base, a first sub-base and a second sub-base, wherein the first sub-base and the second sub-base are arranged along the height direction of the main base, and the two hole pitch detection modules are respectively and slidably arranged on the first sub-base.
2. The carbon sled detection apparatus of claim 1, wherein the length detection assembly, the pitch detection assembly, and the height detection module are each slidably disposed on the base assembly.
3. The carbon sled detection apparatus of claim 1, wherein the length detection module further comprises a first floating structure comprising:
the first floating block (10) is arranged at the bottom of the first measuring end (7);
a first guide shaft (17) provided on the first slider (10) and adapted to move the first slider (10) in a horizontal direction;
a first side wall (18) arranged at both ends of the first guide shaft (17) for fixing the first guide shaft (17);
the two ends of the first elastic piece are respectively fixedly arranged on the first side wall (18) and the first floating block (10), and the first elastic piece is suitable for enabling the first floating block (10) to return to an initial position after moving in a floating range;
and a first limiting end (16) arranged on the first side wall (18) and used for limiting the floating range of the first floating block (10).
4. The carbon sled detection apparatus of claim 1, wherein the height detection module comprises:
a third sliding structure (6) disposed on the base assembly;
a rotation damping device arranged on the third sliding structure (6);
the measuring ruler structure is used for measuring the height dimension of the carbon sliding plate;
the limiting structure (9) is used for fixing the measuring ruler structure, the measuring ruler structure is arranged on the limiting structure (9), and the limiting structure (9) is arranged on a damping rotating shaft (22) of the rotary damping device.
5. A carbon slide inspection station comprising the carbon slide inspection apparatus of any one of claims 1-4.
6. A detection method using the carbon slide detection apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 4 or using the carbon slide detection stand according to claim 5, characterized by comprising the steps of:
a. b, placing the carbon slide plate on the second measuring end according to the detection requirement of the hole pitch detection assembly, and if the carbon slide plate can be smoothly installed with the second measuring end, enabling the hole pitch of the carbon slide plate to meet the size requirement, and performing the step b; if the carbon slide plate cannot be smoothly installed, the hole pitch of the carbon slide plate does not meet the size requirement, the carbon slide plate is an unqualified product, and the detection is finished;
b. c, respectively placing two ends of the carbon slide plate on the first measuring end according to the detection requirement of the length detection assembly, and if the carbon slide plate can be smoothly installed with the first measuring end, enabling the length of the carbon slide plate to meet the size requirement, and performing the step c; if the carbon slide plate cannot be smoothly installed, the length of the carbon slide plate does not meet the size requirement, the carbon slide plate is an unqualified product, and the detection is finished;
c. operating the height detection module to measure the height of the carbon slide plate, and if the height of the carbon slide plate meets the size requirement, judging the carbon slide plate as a qualified product; and if the height of the carbon sliding plate does not meet the size requirement, the carbon sliding plate is a disqualified product.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising, prior to step a, step d) when the length detection assembly, the pitch detection assembly, and the height detection module are slidably disposed on the base assembly: and determining a theoretical size value of the carbon slide plate according to the model specification of the carbon slide plate, and adjusting the pitch detection assembly, the length detection assembly and the height detection module to a position corresponding to the theoretical size value of the carbon slide plate.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein when the length detection assembly and the pitch detection assembly both employ a floating measurement, the floating range of the floating measurement meets the tolerance requirement of the carbon sled, and when determining whether the length and pitch of the carbon sled meet the dimensional requirement, the determining step further comprises: if the length and the pitch of the carbon slide plate are within the floating range, the length and the pitch of the carbon slide plate meet the size requirements, and if the length and/or the pitch of the carbon slide plate are not within the floating range, the carbon slide plate is a disqualified product.
