It should be understood that in other embodiments, the order of some steps in the display panel control method according to the present invention may be interchanged according to actual needs, or some steps may be omitted or deleted. The display panel control method can be applied to the controller 7 described above, and the specific flow shown in fig. 2 will be described in detail below.
Step S101, a detection signal of the photosensor 3 is acquired.
In this embodiment, the controller 7 has an AD acquisition port, and an analog detection signal detected by the photosensor 3 can be converted into a digital detection signal through the AD acquisition port, so as to determine the light darkness and brightness of the indoor environment according to the digital detection signal. The detection signal can be a voltage signal, and the light dark brightness of the indoor environment can be judged according to the amplitude of the voltage signal.
Step S102, determining the conduction time and the control voltage of the plurality of LED lamps according to the detection signal and the current operation mode of the air conditioner 1.
In this embodiment, the step S102 specifically includes: when the detection signal is smaller than a set threshold value and the current operation mode of the air conditioner 1 is a refrigeration mode, determining that the conduction time of the plurality of LED lamps is first preset time, and the control voltage of the plurality of LED lamps is first preset voltage; when the detection signal is smaller than a set threshold value and the current operation mode of the air conditioner 1 is a heating mode, controlling the conduction time of the plurality of LED lamps to be second preset time, and controlling the control voltage of the plurality of LED lamps to be second preset voltage; when the detection signal is larger than or equal to a set threshold value, determining that the conduction time of the plurality of LED lamps is a third preset time, and the control voltage of the plurality of LED lamps is a third preset voltage.
Step S103, lighting the plurality of LED lamps according to the on-time and the control voltage, so that the display panel 2 displays a color corresponding to the on-time and a brightness corresponding to the control voltage, where the color corresponding to the on-time is a color presented when the plurality of LED lamps are lit at the on-time.
In this embodiment, the step S103 specifically includes: when the on-time is a first preset time and the control voltage is a first preset voltage, controlling the on-time of the plurality of LED lamps to be the first preset time so that the color displayed by the display panel 2 is a first set color, and controlling the control voltage of the plurality of LED lamps to be the first preset voltage so that the brightness displayed by the display panel 2 is a first preset brightness; when the on-time is a second preset time and the control voltage is a second preset voltage, controlling the on-time of the plurality of LED lamps to be the second preset time so that the color displayed by the display panel 2 is a second set color, and controlling the control voltage of the plurality of LED lamps to be the second preset voltage so that the brightness displayed by the display panel 2 is a second preset brightness; when the on-time is a third preset time and the control voltage is a third preset voltage, controlling the on-time of the plurality of LED lamps to be the third preset time so that the color displayed by the display panel 2 is a third set color, and controlling the control voltage of the plurality of LED lamps to be the third preset voltage so that the brightness displayed by the display panel 2 is a third preset brightness.
In this embodiment, a plurality of LED lamps are three, and the user can make display panel 2 show the colour that oneself likes through the on-time of three LED lamps of preset, and the control voltage of three LED lamps of preset can make display panel 2 show the luminance that oneself likes, so, can improve air conditioner 1's demonstration comfort level and user experience.
Next, the steps S101 to S103 will be described by way of example using three LED lamps as an example. When the air conditioner 1 operates in the cooling mode, and the detection signal acquired by the controller 7 through the AD acquisition port is smaller than a (i.e., a set threshold value), which indicates that the indoor environment is daytime, the on-time of the three LED lamps is controlled to be t1 (i.e., a first preset time), so that the color finally presented when the three LED lamps are turned on for the on-time t1 is blue (i.e., a first preset color), at this time, the color displayed by the display panel 2 is blue, the control voltage of the three LED lamps is v1, and the luminance displayed by the display panel 2 is a first preset luminance; when the air conditioner 1 operates in the heating mode, and the detection signal acquired by the controller 7 through the AD acquisition port is smaller than a (i.e., a set threshold value), which indicates that the indoor environment is daytime, the on-time of the three LED lamps is controlled to be t2 (i.e., a second preset time), so that the color finally presented when the three LED lamps are turned on for the on-time t2 is orange (i.e., a second preset color), at this time, the color displayed by the display panel 2 is orange, the control voltage of the three LED lamps is v2, and the luminance displayed by the display panel 2 is a second preset luminance; when the detection signal collected by the controller 7 through the AD collection port is smaller than a (i.e., a set threshold), which indicates that the indoor environment is at night, the on-time of the three LED lamps is controlled to be t3 (i.e., a third preset time), so that the color finally appearing when the three LED lamps are turned on for the on-time t3 is gray (i.e., a third preset color), at this time, the color displayed by the display panel 2 is gray, and the control voltage of the three LED lamps is v3, so that the brightness displayed by the display panel 2 is the third preset brightness.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the display panel control method further includes:
step S104, adjusting the control voltage to adjust the brightness displayed by the display panel 2.
In this embodiment, the step S104 specifically includes: when the controller 7 lights the plurality of LED lamps with a first preset voltage, obtaining an indoor unit coil temperature and an indoor environment temperature of the air conditioner 1, calculating a difference between the indoor unit coil temperature and the indoor environment temperature, adjusting the control voltage according to the difference, adjusting the control voltage from the first preset voltage to a first target voltage and keeping the control voltage at the first target voltage, so that the brightness displayed by the display panel 2 is adjusted from the first preset brightness to a first target brightness; when the controller 7 lights the plurality of LED lamps with a second preset voltage, obtaining an indoor unit coil temperature and an indoor environment temperature of the air conditioner 1, calculating a difference between the indoor unit coil temperature and the indoor environment temperature, adjusting the control voltage according to the difference, adjusting the control voltage from the second preset voltage to a second target voltage and keeping the control voltage at the second target voltage, so that the brightness displayed by the display panel 2 is adjusted from the second preset brightness to the second target brightness; when the controller 7 lights the plurality of LED lamps at a third preset voltage, the control voltage is adjusted according to the detection signal so that the control voltage is decreased as the detection signal increases.
It can be understood that when the controller 7 lights the plurality of LED lamps at the first preset voltage, the second preset voltage or the third preset voltage, the controller 7 may adjust the control voltage through a difference between the temperature of the coil of the indoor unit and the temperature of the indoor environment or through a detection signal, so as to adjust the brightness displayed by the display panel 2, so that the brightness finally displayed by the display panel 2 is the brightness most comfortable for the user. For example, the controller 7 may preset a corresponding relationship between the difference and the control voltage and a corresponding relationship between the detection signal and the control voltage, when the controller 7 lights the three LED lamps at a first preset voltage, the controller 7 may determine the corresponding control voltage according to the difference between the temperature of the coil of the indoor unit and the temperature of the indoor environment, so that the control voltage decreases with the decrease of the difference, and further the luminance of the blue color displayed by the display panel 2 decreases with the decrease of the difference, and the control voltage decreases from the first preset voltage to a first target voltage and is kept stable at the first target voltage, so that the luminance of the blue color displayed by the display panel 2 also decreases from the first preset luminance to the first target luminance and is kept stable; similarly, when the controller 7 lights the three LED lamps at the second preset voltage, the controller 7 may determine the corresponding control voltage according to the difference between the indoor unit coil temperature and the indoor environment temperature, so that the control voltage decreases with the decrease of the difference, and further, the orange brightness displayed by the display panel 2 decreases with the decrease of the difference, and the control voltage decreases from the second preset voltage to the second target voltage and is kept stable at the second target voltage, so that the orange brightness displayed by the display panel 2 also decreases from the second preset brightness to the second target brightness and is kept stable; when the controller 7 lights the three LED lamps with the third preset voltage, the controller 7 determines the corresponding control voltage according to the detection signal, so that the control voltage decreases with the increase of the detection signal, thereby adjusting the brightness displayed by the display panel 2, and when the value of the detection signal is larger, the brightness of the gray displayed by the display panel 2 is darker.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of functional modules of the display panel control apparatus 8 according to an embodiment of the present invention. It should be noted that the basic principle and the technical effects of the display panel control apparatus 8 according to the embodiment of the present invention are the same as those of the foregoing method embodiment, and for the sake of brief description, the corresponding contents of the foregoing method embodiment can be referred to for the parts not mentioned in the embodiment. The display panel control device 8 can be applied to the controller 7 described above, and includes a detection signal acquisition module 9, a determination module 10, a control module 11, and an adjustment module 12.
It is understood that the detection signal acquiring module 9, the determining module 10, the control module 11 and the adjusting module 12 may be software functional modules and computer programs stored in the memory 6, and may be executed by the controller 7.
The detection signal acquiring module 9 is used for acquiring a detection signal of the photosensitive sensor 3.
It is understood that the detection signal acquiring module 9 may execute the above step S101.
The determining module 10 is configured to determine the on-time and the control voltage of the plurality of LED lamps according to the detection signal and the current operation mode of the air conditioner 1.
In this embodiment, the determining module 10 is specifically configured to determine, when the detection signal is smaller than a set threshold and the current operation mode of the air conditioner 1 is a cooling mode, that the turn-on time of the plurality of LED lamps is a first preset time, and the control voltage of the plurality of LED lamps is a first preset voltage; when the detection signal is smaller than a set threshold value and the current operation mode of the air conditioner 1 is a heating mode, controlling the conduction time of the plurality of LED lamps to be second preset time, and controlling the control voltage of the plurality of LED lamps to be second preset voltage; when the detection signal is larger than or equal to a set threshold value, determining that the conduction time of the plurality of LED lamps is a third preset time, and the control voltage of the plurality of LED lamps is a third preset voltage.
