The embodiment is a process of automatically setting preset time period information according to sunrise and sunset time of a position where a household appliance to be subjected to display light control is located. The historical sleep start time and the historical sleep end time may be obtained by monitoring a physiological indicator of a user by a wearable device of the user, and reflect a time that the user is in a sleep state within a period of time, for example, within one month, where the time includes a start time that the user is in the sleep state, i.e., the historical sleep start time, and an end time that the user is in the sleep state, i.e., the historical sleep end time.
In this embodiment, the home appliance may record and store the illumination intensity at different times to obtain a historical illumination record. and the daytime threshold determining subunit is used for comparing the second illumination intensity with a second preset intensity, taking the smaller value of the second illumination intensity and the second preset intensity as a second extinguishing intensity threshold corresponding to the daytime time period, and taking the larger value of the second illumination intensity and the second extinguishing intensity threshold corresponding to the daytime time period.

Claims (7)

1. A light control method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring time information and ambient illumination intensity;
determining a target time period corresponding to the time information according to preset time period information, wherein the preset time period information comprises corresponding relations between each time information and each time period;
acquiring a turning-off intensity threshold and a turning-on intensity threshold corresponding to the target time period; the target time period comprises a night time period, the extinguishing intensity threshold corresponding to the night time period is a first extinguishing intensity threshold, and the lighting intensity threshold corresponding to the night time period is a first lighting intensity threshold; the target time period further comprises a daytime time period, the extinguishing intensity threshold corresponding to the daytime time period is a second extinguishing intensity threshold, and the lighting intensity threshold corresponding to the daytime time period is a second lighting intensity threshold;
controlling display light according to the ambient illumination intensity, and the extinguishing intensity threshold and the lighting intensity threshold corresponding to the target time period;
the step of controlling the display light according to the ambient light intensity, the extinguishing intensity threshold and the lighting intensity threshold corresponding to the target time period comprises the following steps:
if the ambient illumination intensity is less than or equal to the extinguishing intensity threshold corresponding to the target time period, and the duration of maintaining the ambient illumination intensity less than or equal to the extinguishing intensity threshold corresponding to the target time period is greater than the preset extinguishing duration, controlling the display lamp light to be extinguished;
if the ambient illumination intensity is greater than or equal to the lighting intensity threshold corresponding to the target time period, and the duration of maintaining the ambient illumination intensity greater than or equal to the lighting intensity threshold corresponding to the target time period is greater than the preset lighting duration, controlling the display lamp to light;
before the step of obtaining the extinguishing intensity threshold and the lighting intensity threshold corresponding to the target time period, the method further includes:
acquiring historical sleep starting time and historical sleep ending time of a user in a sleep state;
acquiring historical illumination intensity corresponding to each historical sleep starting time, averaging the historical illumination intensity corresponding to each historical sleep starting time to obtain first illumination intensity, acquiring historical illumination intensity corresponding to each historical sleep ending time, and averaging the historical illumination intensity corresponding to each historical sleep ending time to obtain second illumination intensity;
and determining a first extinction intensity threshold and a first lighting intensity threshold corresponding to the night time period according to the first illumination intensity, and determining a second extinction intensity threshold and a second lighting intensity threshold corresponding to the daytime time period according to the second illumination intensity.
2. The light control method according to claim 1, wherein the preset turning-off duration corresponding to the night time period is a first preset turning-off duration, and the preset lighting duration corresponding to the night time period is a first preset lighting duration;
the step of controlling the display light according to the ambient light intensity, the extinguishing intensity threshold and the lighting intensity threshold corresponding to the target time period comprises the following steps:
if the ambient illumination intensity is less than or equal to the first extinguishing intensity threshold value, and the time for maintaining the ambient illumination intensity less than or equal to the first extinguishing intensity threshold value is longer than a first preset extinguishing time, controlling the display lamp light to be extinguished;
and if the ambient illumination intensity is greater than or equal to the first lighting intensity threshold value, and the duration for maintaining the ambient illumination intensity greater than or equal to the first lighting intensity threshold value is greater than a first preset lighting duration, controlling the lighting of the display lamp.

The light control method of claim 2, wherein the first extinction intensity threshold is less than the second extinction intensity threshold, and the first illumination intensity threshold is less than the second illumination intensity threshold; the preset extinguishing time corresponding to the daytime time period is a second preset extinguishing time, and the preset lighting time corresponding to the daytime time period is a second preset lighting time;
the step of controlling the display light according to the ambient light intensity, the extinguishing intensity threshold and the lighting intensity threshold corresponding to the target time period comprises the following steps:
if the ambient illumination intensity is less than or equal to the second extinguishing intensity threshold value, and the time for maintaining the ambient illumination intensity less than or equal to the second extinguishing intensity threshold value is longer than a second preset extinguishing time, controlling the display lamp light to be extinguished;
and if the ambient illumination intensity is greater than or equal to the second lighting intensity threshold value, and the duration for maintaining the ambient illumination intensity greater than or equal to the second lighting intensity threshold value is greater than a second preset lighting duration, controlling the lighting of the display lamp light.

The light control method according to claim 3, wherein before the step of determining the target time period corresponding to the time information according to preset time period information, the preset time period information including a corresponding relationship between each time information and each time period, the method further comprises:
acquiring position information of household electrical appliances to be subjected to display light control;
acquiring sunrise time and sunset time according to the position information and the time information;
determining the night time period and the daytime time period according to the sunrise time and the sunset time;
and determining the corresponding relation between the night time period and each piece of time information and the corresponding relation between the day time period and each piece of time information, and taking the corresponding relation between the day time period and each piece of time information and the corresponding relation between the night time period and each piece of time information as the preset time period information.

The light control method of claim 1, wherein the determining a first extinction intensity threshold and a first illumination intensity threshold corresponding to the night time period based on the first illumination intensity, and determining a second extinction intensity threshold and a second illumination intensity threshold corresponding to the day time period based on the second illumination intensity comprises:
comparing the first illumination intensity with a first preset intensity, taking the smaller value of the first illumination intensity and the first preset intensity as a first extinguishing intensity threshold corresponding to the night time period, and taking the larger value of the first illumination intensity and the first preset intensity as a first lighting intensity threshold corresponding to the night time period;
and comparing the second illumination intensity with a second preset intensity, taking the smaller value of the second illumination intensity and the second preset intensity as a second extinguishing intensity threshold corresponding to the daytime time period, and taking the larger value of the second illumination intensity and the second extinguishing intensity threshold corresponding to the daytime time period.

A light control device, characterized in that the light control device comprises a memory, a processor and a light control program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the light control program when executed by the processor implementing the steps of the light control method according to any one of claims 1-5.
