Background
Some existing air conditioners have a display screen on a panel. The display screen is mainly used for displaying the working state of the air conditioner or providing touch operation for a user. In order to facilitate a user to view contents (characters or images) on the display screen, most of the display screens of the air conditioners are provided with background lights.

After the air conditioner enters the sleep mode, the first light sensation threshold value is properly increased, the time that the display screen is in a slightly bright state is shortened when the first light sensation threshold value is increased, the display screen can enter an off state earlier, and therefore the situation that the light of the display screen influences the sleep of a user is avoided.
Further, the method of the present invention further comprises: judging whether the illumination intensity is reduced by more than a first preset illumination intensity difference value in a first preset time period or not, and judging whether the numerical fluctuation range of the illumination intensity is not more than a second preset illumination intensity difference value in a second preset time period subsequent to the first preset time period; if yes, the second adjustment value is added to the first light sensation threshold value. When the light intensity value suddenly decreases within a short time (i.e. within the first preset time period, the light intensity value decreases beyond the first preset illumination intensity difference), it indicates that the user extinguishes the indoor light. In order to further determine that the user has taken a rest or that the user is no longer turning on the light, it is necessary to continue to record the amplitude of the fluctuation of the light intensity value after the light intensity value has suddenly decreased. If the fluctuation range does not exceed the second preset illumination intensity difference value within the subsequent period of time (i.e. within the second preset time period), the illumination intensity tends to be stable, and at the moment, the first light sensation threshold value is increased by the second adjustment value, so that the display screen is ensured to be turned off in time, and the rest of the user is prevented from being influenced.
Furthermore, the first adjustment value and the second adjustment value are not too large, and both the first adjustment value and the second adjustment value are less than half of the difference between the third light sensation threshold and the first light sensation threshold. Therefore, even if the user turns off the light and/or the air conditioner enters a sleep state, the first light sensation threshold value cannot be adjusted to be larger than the third light sensation threshold value, so that control errors are avoided.

Detailed Description
The present embodiment first provides an air conditioner, as shown in fig. 1, which includes: display screen 10, photosensitive element 20, parameter storage 30 and main control board 40.
The display screen 10 is provided on a panel of the air conditioner. The display screen 10 of the present invention can be adjusted in brightness. The display screen 10 has two display states of being lit and being extinguished, the lit state further including a high brightness state and a low brightness state. The high brightness state is brighter than the low brightness state, and the extinguished state means that the display screen 10 is substantially unlit.
The photosensitive element 20 is disposed inside the panel for detecting the illumination intensity of the external environment of the air conditioner. The light outside the air conditioner may be irradiated on the photosensitive area of the photosensitive element 20 through the panel. In the present embodiment, the photosensitive element 20 may be a photosensor.
The parameter storage 30 is electrically connected to the photosensitive element 20 and is configured to preset and store a first light sensing threshold, a second light sensing threshold, a third light sensing threshold and a fourth light sensing threshold. The four thresholds are related in size such that the fourth light sensation threshold is greater than the third light sensation threshold and greater than the second light sensation threshold and greater than the first light sensation threshold. In this embodiment, the air conditioner sets the display state of the display screen 10 according to the detected illumination intensity, and the first to fourth light sensation thresholds are the illumination intensity reference thresholds according to which the display screen 10 changes the display state.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a graph showing the variation of the intensity of light detected by the light sensing element 20 with time during a day (time range from morning to night and then to morning). Generally, from morning to night, the illumination intensity decreases with time; and from night to morning, the light intensity increases with time. When the time is morning, the illumination intensity value is higher and is greater than the third light sensation threshold (i.e. the value of the point C shown in the figure), and at this time, the display screen 10 is in a high brightness state, so that the user can clearly see the display content on the display screen 10. When the time is close to dusk, the illumination intensity value is reduced from being greater than the third light sensation threshold value to being smaller than the third light sensation threshold value, and at this time, the display screen 10 is in a low-brightness state to match the brightness of the external environment of the air conditioner. When the time is close to night, the illumination intensity value is reduced from being larger than the first light sensation threshold (namely the value of the point A shown in the figure) to being smaller than the first light sensation threshold, and at the moment, the display screen 10 is in an off state, so that the rest of the user is prevented from being influenced. During the course from night to early morning, the illumination intensity gradually increases, and when the illumination intensity increases from less than the second light sensation threshold (i.e., the value of point B shown in the figure) to greater than the second light sensation threshold, the display screen 10 returns from the off state to the low brightness state. When the illumination intensity value increases from less than the fourth light sensation threshold (i.e., the value of the point D shown in the figure) to greater than the fourth light sensation threshold, the display panel 10 transitions from the low-brightness state to the high-brightness state. In the present embodiment, the light intensity range sensed by the light sensing element 20 is 0 to 255. The first light sensation threshold may be 10, the second light sensation threshold may be 30, the third light sensation threshold may be 35, and the third light sensation threshold may be 80. The above data are merely illustrative for the convenience of describing the present invention and do not limit the present invention.
In the present embodiment, the light sensing element 20 is also configured to detect and acquire the illumination intensity at a plurality of time points in a day in advance. The parameter storage 30 is electrically connected to the photosensitive element 20, and is further configured to set a first photosensitive threshold according to the acquired illumination intensities at the plurality of time points. When the air conditioner is powered on for the first time, the parameter storage 30 may not store the first to fourth light sensation thresholds. In this case, the light sensing element 20 obtains the light intensities at a plurality of time points in the first day when the air conditioner is powered on for the first time, and the parameter storage 30 may analyze the light intensities at the plurality of time points and set the four appropriate threshold values. Of course, in other embodiments, the 4 thresholds may be directly stored in the parameter storage 30 before the air conditioner is shipped from the factory.
The main control board 40 is electrically connected to the display screen 10, the light sensing element 20 and the parameter storage 30, and is configured to control the display screen 10 to switch from the illuminated state to the extinguished state when the light sensing element 20 detects that the illumination intensity decreases from above the first light sensing threshold to below the first light sensing threshold. When the light sensing element 20 detects that the light intensity rises from below the second light sensing threshold to above the second light sensing threshold, the main control board 40 controls the display screen 10 to switch from off to on. When the light sensing element 20 detects that the light intensity is reduced from above the third light sensing threshold to below the third light sensing threshold, the main control board 40 controls the display screen 10 to switch from the high brightness state to the low brightness state; when the light sensing element 20 detects that the light intensity rises from below the fourth light sensing threshold to above the fourth light sensing threshold, the display screen 10 is controlled to switch from the low brightness state to the high brightness state.
The inventor creatively realized that the setting of the first light sensation threshold (i.e., the threshold when the display screen 10 is switched from the low-brightness state to the off state) can most affect the user experience. For example, when the user enters the night, the user is ready to turn off the light for sleeping, and if the first light sensation threshold is too low, the time that the display screen stays in the illuminated state is too long, the display screen 10 of the air conditioner cannot be turned off in time, and the rest of the user is affected. Therefore, it is crucial for the setting and subsequent adjustment of the first light sensation threshold.
In the present embodiment, the parameter storage 30 further adjusts the first light sensation threshold according to the intensity of the light detected by the light sensing element 20. The parameter storage 30 is further configured to record changes in illumination intensity; and increasing the second adjustment value to the first light sensation threshold value under the condition that the illumination intensity is reduced to exceed the first preset illumination intensity difference value in a preset time period and the numerical fluctuation range of the illumination intensity does not exceed the second preset illumination intensity difference value in a subsequent second preset time period.
Specifically, when the light intensity value detected by the light sensing element 20 suddenly decreases within a short time (i.e., decreases beyond the first preset illumination intensity difference within the first preset time period), which indicates that the user has extinguished the indoor light, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the light extinction within the indoor space will cause the light intensity value detected by the light sensing element 20 to suddenly decrease. The inventor considers that when the user lights out to prepare for rest, the first light sensation threshold should be appropriately raised so that the display screen 10 enters the off state more quickly to avoid affecting the user rest. In order to further determine that the user has taken a rest or that the user is no longer turning on the light, it is necessary to continue to record the amplitude of the fluctuation of the light intensity value after the light intensity value has suddenly decreased. If the fluctuation range does not exceed the second preset illumination intensity difference value within the subsequent period of time (i.e., within the second preset time period), it indicates that the illumination intensity has already become stable, and at this time, the first light sensation threshold value is increased by the second adjustment value, so as to ensure that the display screen 10 is turned off in time.
In this embodiment, the first preset time period may be 3s to 5s, and the second preset time period may be 10 min. The first predetermined illumination intensity difference may be 50. The fluctuation range refers to a difference between a maximum value and a minimum value of the light intensity values occurring in a second preset time period, and the second preset light intensity difference may be 5. The second adjustment value may be 4. Of course, the above recited values are merely provided to describe the present invention in more detail, and in other embodiments, the above recited values may be varied.
In this embodiment, the air conditioner further includes a sleep mode, and the sleep mode is an operation mode in which the air conditioner is also started to operate when the user sleeps at night. The parameter storage 30 is further configured to increase the first adjustment value to the first light sensation threshold after the air conditioner enters the sleep mode.
The user can actively control the air conditioner to enter the sleep mode, for example, a button of the "sleep mode" is arranged on a remote controller of the air conditioner, and the user can directly control the air conditioner to enter the sleep mode by using the remote controller. The air conditioner may also automatically enter a sleep mode, for example, if the user has not operated the air conditioner for a longer period of time, the air conditioner may automatically enter the sleep mode. After the air conditioner enters the sleep mode, the first light sensation threshold value is properly increased, so that the display screen 10 can enter the off state more quickly, and the rest of the user is prevented from being influenced. The first adjustment value may be 4.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating a method for adjusting a threshold of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention. The air conditioner is provided with a display screen 10 and a photosensitive element 20, the display screen 10 has two display states of lighting and extinguishing, the photosensitive element 20 is used for detecting the illumination intensity of the external environment of the air conditioner, and the air conditioner sets the display state of the display screen 10 according to the detected illumination intensity, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
in step S302, a first light sensation threshold is preset. When the light sensing element 20 detects that the light intensity is reduced from above the first light sensing threshold to below the first light sensing threshold, the air conditioner controls the display screen 10 to be switched from the illuminated state to the extinguished state. In some other embodiments, the first light sensation threshold value may be directly stored in the air conditioner before the air conditioner leaves the factory.
Step S304, judging whether the air conditioner enters a sleep mode. The air conditioner of the embodiment comprises a sleep mode, and the sleep mode is an operation mode that the air conditioner is started to operate when the user sleeps at night.
In step S306, if the determination result in step S304 is yes, the first adjustment value is increased to the first light sensation threshold. After the air conditioner enters the sleep mode, the first adjustment value is increased to the first light sensation threshold value. After the air conditioner enters the sleep mode, the first light sensation threshold value is properly increased, so that the display screen 10 can enter the off state more quickly, and the rest of the user is prevented from being influenced. The first adjustment value may be 4.
In step S308, if the determination result in step S304 is negative, the first light sensation threshold is not adjusted.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a threshold adjustment method according to an embodiment of the present invention, which sequentially performs the following steps:
step S402, detecting and acquiring the illumination intensity of a plurality of time points in a day in advance. After the air conditioner is powered on and started for the first time, light sensation detection data of a plurality of time points within 24 hours in the first day are counted in advance. In this embodiment, a time point may be selected every 30min, that is, 48 time points are selected in 24 hours for data acquisition. In other embodiments, more time points may be selected.
In step S404, a first light sensation threshold is set according to the acquired light intensities of the plurality of time points. After the plurality of illumination intensity values are obtained, data analysis is carried out on the environment light within 24 hours or an image with the variation of illumination intensity along with time is drawn, so that a proper first light sensation threshold value is obtained.
Step S406, determining whether the air conditioner enters a sleep mode.
In step S408, if the determination result in step S406 is yes, the first adjustment value is increased to the first photo threshold.
In step S410, if the determination result in step S416 is no, the first light sensation threshold is not adjusted.
In step S412, the illumination intensity is continuously detected, and the change of the illumination intensity with time is recorded. The change of the illumination intensity specifically refers to the increase and decrease of the numerical value of the illumination intensity and the increase and decrease range.
Step S414, determining whether the illumination intensity decreases by more than a first preset illumination intensity difference within a first preset time period. The first preset time period may be 3s to 5 s. The first predetermined illumination intensity difference may be 50.
In step S416, if the determination result in step S414 is yes, it is continuously determined whether the numerical fluctuation range of the illumination intensity does not exceed the second preset illumination intensity difference value in the second preset time period subsequent to the first preset time period. The fluctuation range refers to a difference between a maximum value and a minimum value of the light intensity value occurring in the second preset time period. If the determination result in step S306 is yes, that is, the illumination intensity suddenly drops in a short time, indicating that the user is off the light, and is ready to enter the rest state. At this time, it is necessary to further observe the numerical change of the light intensity. In this embodiment, the second predetermined illumination intensity difference may be 5. The second adjustment value may be 4, and the second preset time period may be 10 min.
In step S418, if the determination result in step S414 is negative, the first light sensation threshold is not adjusted. If the light intensity does not drop suddenly in a short time, which indicates that the user does not perform the light-off operation, the first light sensation threshold is not changed, and the display screen 10 is turned off according to the normal threshold.
In step S420, if the determination result in step S416 is yes, the second adjustment value is increased to the first light sensation threshold. If the numerical fluctuation range of the illumination intensity does not exceed the second preset illumination intensity difference value in the subsequent second preset time period, the illumination intensity tends to be stable, the user has a rest or the user does not turn on the light any more, and at the moment, the second adjustment value is increased to the first light sensation threshold value. The first light sensation threshold value is increased, which means that the time that the display screen 10 is in the slightly-bright state is shortened, the display screen 10 can enter the off state earlier, and therefore the influence of light of the display screen 10 on the sleep of the user is avoided. If the determination result in the step S416 is negative, the first light sensing threshold is not changed, and the display screen 10 is turned off according to the normal threshold.
The method of the embodiment further comprises the following steps: a second light sensation threshold value, a third light sensation threshold value and a fourth light sensation threshold value are preset. The three light sensation thresholds can also be obtained by performing data analysis on the ambient light within 24 hours or drawing an image of the change of the illumination intensity along with the time.
When the light sensing element 20 detects that the light intensity is increased from below the second light sensing threshold to above the second light sensing threshold, the air conditioner controls the display screen 10 to be switched from off to an illuminated state; when the light sensing element 20 detects that the light intensity is reduced from above the third light sensing threshold to below the third light sensing threshold, the air conditioner controls the display screen 10 to switch from the high brightness state to the low brightness state; when the light sensing element 20 detects that the light intensity rises from below the fourth light sensing threshold to above the fourth light sensing threshold, the air conditioner controls the display screen 10 to switch from the low brightness state to the high brightness state.
The third light sensation threshold is set to be greater than the second light sensation threshold and less than the fourth light sensation threshold in consideration of the work and rest time of the user. Generally, the user still can move when the user turns black (about 7 and 8 o' clock) in the evening; but in the early morning the user will not get up to do so until it is bright. Therefore, in order to make the time when the air conditioner display screen 10 is in the off state coincide with the rest time of the user, the fourth light sensation threshold is set to be greater than the third light sensation threshold, and the second light sensation threshold is set to be greater than the first light sensation threshold.
The first adjustment value and the second adjustment value are not too large, and in this embodiment, both the first adjustment value and the second adjustment value are smaller than a half of a difference between the third light sensation threshold and the first light sensation threshold. Therefore, even if the user turns off the light and/or the air conditioner enters a sleep state, the first light sensation threshold value cannot be adjusted to be larger than the third light sensation threshold value, so that control errors are avoided.
Thus, it should be appreciated by those skilled in the art that while a number of exemplary embodiments of the invention have been illustrated and described in detail herein, many other variations or modifications consistent with the principles of the invention may be directly determined or derived from the disclosure of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of the invention should be understood and interpreted to cover all such other variations or modifications.
