According to the scheme, after the air conditioner enters the negative ion purification mode, whether the air conditioner is in the wind speed self-regulation mode is judged; if the air conditioner is in the air speed self-adjusting mode, determining the power-on time and the power-off time of a negative ion purification device of the air conditioner, controlling the negative ion purification device to be alternately powered on and powered off according to the power-on time and the power-off time, and simultaneously reducing the air speed of an indoor fan of the air conditioner according to the duration time of the air conditioner in the negative ion purification mode; because the air conditioner controls the anion purification device to operate intermittently and reduces the air speed of the indoor fan, particles adsorbed in unit time of the air conditioner are reduced, and the dust accumulation effect of the air conditioner on the particles is improved, so that the probability of bonding the particles on the wall surface is greatly reduced, and the phenomenon that the wall surface provided with the air conditioner is blackened is avoided.
Based on the hardware architecture, the embodiment of the control method of the air conditioner is provided.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a first embodiment of a control method of an air conditioner according to the present invention, the control method of the air conditioner including the steps of:
step S10, after the air conditioner enters the negative ion purification mode, judging whether the air conditioner is in the wind speed self-regulation mode, and if the air conditioner is in the wind speed self-regulation mode, determining the power-on duration and the power-off duration of the negative ion purification device of the air conditioner;
in the present invention, the air conditioner is provided with an anion purification mode in which the air conditioner controls the anion purification apparatus to be in an on state to purify the indoor air.
When the air conditioner is in anion purification mode, because anion purifier continuously opens, make the air conditioner can continuously combine anion and indoor particulate matter, thereby make the particulate matter negative charge, the air conditioner is inhaling the particulate matter of negative charge through the air intake, and concentrate these particulate matters and collect, with the particulate matter in the reduction room air, play air-purifying's effect, nevertheless because anion continues to export, make the air intake continuously inhale the particulate matter of negative charge, can make wall (the air intake position of wall and air conditioner is close to) according to the air conditioner can adsorb the particulate matter of negative charge, thereby make and cause the wall to blacken.
Based on this, the air conditioner is through controlling anion purifier intermittent operation, make anion purifier interrupt the output of anion, in a cycle (with anion purifier operation a period, stop a period, as a cycle), because the output of anion is limited, can make the inspiratory particulate matter with negative electricity of air conditioner unit interval reduce (compare with anion purifier continuous operation), thereby make the air conditioner can improve the collection dirt effect of particulate matter, thereby make the absorbent particulate matter of wall significantly reduce.
Based on that the air conditioner can quickly purify indoor air to ensure the air purification requirement of a user, meanwhile, the wall surface is prevented from blackening, the power-on duration and the power-off duration of the negative ion purification device are tested to obtain the preferred values of the power-on duration and the power-off duration (the power-on duration can be any suitable value, such as 16 s; the power-off duration can be any suitable value, such as 16s), and the preferred values corresponding to the power-on duration and the power-off duration are stored in the air conditioner.
After the air conditioner enters the negative ion purification mode, the air conditioner directly acquires the stored power-on duration and power-off duration of the negative ion purification mode.
Step S20, controlling the anion purification device to alternately electrify and cut off power according to the electrifying operation time length and the power-off time length, and adjusting the wind speed of an indoor fan of the air conditioner according to the duration time length of the air conditioner in the anion purification mode, wherein the wind speed is gradually decreased along with the increase of the duration time length;
when the air conditioner collects dust of particulate matters, the air conditioner needs to be matched with an indoor fan, the larger the air speed of the indoor fan is, the more particulate matters are sucked by the air conditioner in unit time, so that the air conditioner purifies the air by combining the air speed to improve the dust collection efficiency of the indoor particulate matters; however, as the duration of the air conditioner in the negative ion purification mode increases, the indoor particulate matters are less and less, and at this time, the air speed of the indoor fan is also lower and lower to save energy consumption of the air conditioner.
It should be noted that, after the air conditioner determines that the air supply is not required by the user, the air conditioner gradually reduces the air speed of the indoor fan according to the duration; the air conditioner is provided with an air speed self-adjusting mode (automatic air mode), and the air conditioner can adjust the air speed of the indoor fan according to the actual condition of air purification, so that after the air conditioner controls the anion purification device to be alternately powered on and powered off according to the power-on operation time length and the power-off time length, whether the air conditioner is in the automatic air mode is judged, and if yes, the air speed of the indoor fan is adjusted according to the duration time length.
In the technical scheme that this embodiment provided, because of the air conditioner control anion purifier intermittent type moves and reduces the wind speed of indoor fan, reduced the particulate matter of the unit interval internal adsorption of air conditioner, improved the laying dust effect to the particulate matter of air conditioner to the probability of the wall bonding particulate matter that significantly reduces avoids the wall of installation air conditioner the phenomenon that turns black to appear.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a second embodiment of the control method of the air conditioner according to the present invention, and based on the first embodiment, after step S20, the method further includes:
step S30, acquiring the duration of the air conditioner in the negative ion purification mode in real time, and determining the time interval of the duration;
step S40, determining the electrifying time length, the power-off time length and the wind speed of the indoor fan corresponding to the time interval, wherein the electrifying time length is gradually decreased along with the increase of the duration time length;
step S50, updating the current power-on duration, power-off duration and wind speed according to the power-on duration, power-off duration and wind speed corresponding to the time interval, wherein the power-on duration is less than or equal to 16S, and the power-off duration is less than or equal to 16S;
when the air conditioner operates in the negative ion purification mode, particulate matters of indoor air are gradually reduced, if the air conditioner is powered on and powered off alternately with fixed power-on duration and power-off duration, the air conditioner wastes energy consumption, based on the fact that the air conditioner sets that the duration of the air conditioner in the negative ion purification mode is inversely proportional to the power-on duration, the power-on duration of negative ions is reduced along with the increase of the duration, but the duration is continuously changed, if the power-on duration is determined according to the real-time updated duration, the requirement on computing resources of the air conditioner is high, first time intervals are divided for the duration, each first time interval is provided with corresponding power-on duration, and the air conditioner stores the mapping relation between the first time intervals and the power-on duration; it is to be understood that, in the present embodiment, the energization time period is stepwise decreased as the duration period increases. For example, in the present embodiment, the time interval is divided into a first intermittent time interval, a second intermittent time interval and a third intermittent time interval, wherein the time length corresponding to each intermittent time interval is preferably 5min to 30 min;
the power-on duration corresponding to the first intermittent time interval is 16s, and the power-off duration is 16 s;
the power-on duration corresponding to the second intermittent time interval is 8s, and the power-off duration is 16 s;
the power-on duration corresponding to the third intermittent time interval is 2s, and the power-off duration is 16 s.
In addition, the wind speed gear of the indoor fan comprises a strong wind gear, a weak wind gear, a breeze gear and a silent wind gear, wherein the wind speed is sequentially reduced. And the wind speed corresponds to each intermittent time interval, specifically,
the wind speed of the indoor fan corresponding to the first intermittent time interval is in a weak wind gear;
the wind speed of the indoor fan corresponding to the second intermittent time interval is in a breeze gear;
and the wind speed of the indoor fan corresponding to the third intermittent time interval is in a mute wind gear. It should be noted that the wind speed corresponding to the strong wind gear is the highest wind speed of the indoor fan;
the wind speed corresponding to the strong wind gear is obtained by multiplying a first proportional coefficient by the difference value of the highest wind speed and the lowest wind speed of the indoor fan and then adding the lowest wind speed;
the wind speed corresponding to the weak wind gear is obtained by multiplying the difference by a second proportionality coefficient and then adding the lowest wind speed, wherein the first proportionality coefficient is larger than the second proportionality coefficient;
the wind speed corresponding to the breeze gear is obtained by multiplying the difference by a third proportionality coefficient and then adding the lowest wind speed, wherein the second proportionality coefficient is larger than the third proportionality coefficient;

Certainly, five wind speed gears of strong wind, weak wind, breeze and silent wind can be divided according to the wind speed range, and specifically, the wind speed corresponding to the strong wind gear is the highest wind speed of the indoor fan;
the wind speed corresponding to the strong wind gear is less than or equal to 99% of the highest wind speed and is greater than or equal to 80% of the highest wind speed;
the wind speed corresponding to the weak wind gear is less than 80% of the highest wind speed and is more than or equal to 60% of the highest wind speed;
the wind speed corresponding to the breeze gear is less than 60% of the highest wind speed and is more than or equal to 40% of the highest wind speed;
the wind speed corresponding to the mute wind gear is less than 40% of the highest wind speed and is greater than or equal to the lowest wind speed of the indoor fan.
When the air conditioner determines the current duration (when the air conditioner enters the negative ion purification mode, timing is started, and the timing duration is the duration), the time interval (first intermittent time interval) in which the current duration is located is determined, so that the corresponding power-on duration is determined according to the first time interval (the power-off duration corresponding to each first time interval can be consistent).
It should be noted that the air conditioner may also limit the power-off duration and the duration, and the longer the duration is, the longer the power-off duration is; of course, the duration, the power-off duration, and the power-on duration may also be defined, where the longer the duration, the shorter the power-on duration, and the longer the power-off duration (both the power-off duration and the power-on duration are provided with an upper limit value and a lower limit value).
In addition, the wind speed of the corresponding indoor fan can be set for each first time interval, and the wind speed is inversely proportional to the duration, so that the indoor fan can operate according to the wind speed corresponding to each first time interval in each first time interval.
After the air conditioner determines the electrifying time length, the power-off time length and the air speed of the indoor fan corresponding to the first time interval, updating the current electrifying time length, the power-off time length and the air speed according to the electrifying time length, the power-off time length and the air speed corresponding to the first time interval, so that the anion purification device is alternately electrified and powered off in each first time interval according to the electrifying time length and the power-off time length corresponding to each first time interval, and the indoor fan runs in each first time interval according to the air speed corresponding to each first time interval.
In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, after the air conditioner enters the negative ion purification mode, the duration of the negative ion purification mode of the air conditioner is obtained in real time, and the time interval in which the duration is located is determined, so that the energization duration, the power-off duration and the wind speed of the indoor fan of the negative ion purification device are determined according to the time interval, the negative ion purification device alternately operates and powers off in each time interval according to the energization duration and the power-off duration corresponding to each time interval, and the indoor fan operates in each first time interval according to the wind speed corresponding to each first time interval, so that the air conditioner can intelligently control the operation of the negative ion purification device by combining with the indoor air quality condition.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a third embodiment of the control method of an air conditioner according to the present invention, and based on the first or second embodiment, the control method of an air conditioner further includes:
step S60, after the air conditioner enters the negative ion purification mode, obtaining the duration of the air conditioner in the negative ion purification mode, wherein the target duration is less than or equal to 30min and greater than or equal to 5 min;
step S70, obtaining a target duration and judging whether the duration reaches the target duration;
step S80, when the duration reaches the target duration, executing the step of judging whether the air conditioner is in a wind speed self-regulation mode, and if the air conditioner is in the wind speed self-regulation mode, determining the power-on duration and the power-off duration of a negative ion purification device of the air conditioner;
step S90, when the duration time does not reach the target duration time, controlling the anion purification device to continuously operate;
when the air conditioner just starts the negative ion purification mode, because the indoor air quality is poor, the air conditioner needs to quickly reduce indoor particulate matters in order to improve the air quality, on the basis, the air conditioner starts timing when the negative ion purification mode is started, so that the duration of the air conditioner in the negative ion purification mode is obtained, then, the target duration is obtained, whether the duration reaches the target duration is judged, if yes, the air conditioner is indicated to improve the indoor air quality grade, and at the moment, the steps of determining the power-on duration and the power-off duration of the negative ion purification device of the air conditioner can be executed, so that the negative ion purification device is controlled to operate intermittently; if the air quality is not reached, the indoor air quality is poor, the particulate matters still need to be rapidly collected, and at the moment, the negative ion purification device is controlled to continuously operate to rapidly improve the air quality grade (the air speed of the indoor fan is not reduced so as to ensure the purification speed of the air conditioner).
It should be noted that the target duration can be calculated according to the air quality parameter and the preset duration, specifically, the preset duration is set in the air conditioner, the air quality level is improved to be good or excellent when the air conditioner controls the duration of the continuous operation of the negative ion purification device to be the preset duration, because the preset duration is obtained according to the set air quality parameter, if the actual indoor air quality parameter is greater than the set air quality parameter, the preset duration should be increased continuously, and if the actual indoor air quality is less than the set air quality parameter, the preset duration should be shortened, based on which the air conditioner needs to correct the preset duration according to the actual air quality parameter, and takes the corrected preset duration as the target duration, the air conditioner can obtain the air quality parameter through the detection sensor (in the present invention, the air quality parameter refers to the concentration of particulate matter, and the particulate matter detection sensor may be a PM2.5 sensor).
In the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, after the air conditioner enters the negative ion purification mode, the duration and the target duration of the negative ion purification mode of the air conditioner are obtained, and whether the duration reaches the preset duration is judged, so that the operation mode of the negative ion purification device is determined according to the judgment result, the operation of the negative ion purification device can meet the current air quality condition, and the intelligent degree of the air conditioner is high.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 shows a fourth embodiment of the method for controlling an air conditioner according to the present invention, and based on the first to third embodiments, after step S20, the method further includes:
step S100, determining a second time interval of the duration in real time;
step S110, determining a target wind speed of the indoor fan according to the second time interval;
step S120, updating the current wind speed of the indoor fan according to the wind speed corresponding to the second time interval;
the longer the duration of the air conditioner in the negative ion purification mode is, the lower the wind speed of the indoor fan is, and the duration is changed in real time, if the air conditioner determines the wind speed of the indoor fan according to the duration, the higher the requirement on the computing resources of the air conditioner is, on the basis of the requirement, second time intervals are divided for the duration, and each second time interval corresponds to the target wind speed of the indoor fan.
Therefore, after the negative ion purification device is powered on and powered off alternately according to the power-on duration and the power-off duration, the air conditioner determines a second time interval in which the duration is located, and accordingly determines the air speed of the indoor fan according to the second time interval so as to control the indoor fan to operate according to the target air speed.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, after the air conditioner controls the negative ion purification device to be alternately powered on and powered off according to the power-on duration and the power-off duration, the second time interval where the duration is located is determined, so that the wind speed of the indoor fan is determined according to the second time interval, and the computing resources of the air conditioner are saved.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a fifth embodiment of the method for controlling an air conditioner according to the present invention, and based on the first, third, or fourth embodiment, the method for controlling an air conditioner further includes:
step S130, after the air conditioner enters a negative ion purification mode, acquiring air quality parameters of a space where the air conditioner is located in real time or in a timing mode;
step S140, judging that the air quality parameter is less than or equal to a preset threshold value;
step S150, when the air quality parameter is less than or equal to a preset threshold value, executing the step of judging whether the air conditioner is in a wind speed self-adjusting mode, and if the air conditioner is in the wind speed self-adjusting mode, determining the power-on duration and the power-off duration of a negative ion purification device of the air conditioner;
step S160, when the air quality parameter is larger than a preset threshold value, controlling the negative ion purification device to continuously operate;
when the air conditioner operates in the negative ion purification mode, if the indoor air quality (in the invention, the air quality parameter refers to the concentration of particulate matter, and the particulate matter detection sensor can be a PM2.5 sensor) is poor, the air conditioner needs to rapidly reduce the indoor particulate matter in order to improve the air quality, at this time, the negative ion purification device needs to be controlled to continuously operate to rapidly purify the indoor particulate matter, and when the air quality is good, the negative ion purification device can be controlled to intermittently operate. Therefore, the air conditioner sets a preset threshold, if the air quality parameter is larger than the preset threshold, the indoor air quality is represented to be poor, and if the air quality parameter is smaller than or equal to the preset threshold, the indoor air is represented to be better.
In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, after the air conditioner enters the negative ion purification mode, the air quality parameter of the space where the air conditioner is located is obtained, and whether the air quality parameter is smaller than or equal to the preset threshold value is judged again, so that the operation mode of the negative ion purification device is determined according to the judgment result, the operation of the negative ion purification device can accord with the current air quality condition, and the intelligent degree of the air conditioner is high.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a method for controlling an air conditioner according to the present invention, which is characterized in that after step S20, the method further includes:
step S170, when a wind speed adjusting instruction is received, the wind speed self-adjusting mode is exited, and the power-on duration and the power-off duration are updated according to the wind speed corresponding to the wind speed adjusting instruction;
step S180, controlling the indoor fan to operate according to the wind speed corresponding to the wind speed adjusting instruction, and controlling the negative ion purification device to alternately power on and power off according to the updated power-on duration and the updated power-off duration;
when the air conditioner is in the negative ion purification mode, a user may feel that the current air volume of the air conditioner needs to be adjusted, based on the fact that the user sends an air speed adjusting instruction to the air conditioner, the adjustment of the air speed changes the suction volume of the air conditioner to particles, and in order to maintain the suction volume of the particles of the air conditioner (under the suction volume, the integration efficiency of the air conditioner is high), the air conditioner needs to adjust the power-on duration and the power-off duration of the negative ion purification device.
If the air speed adjusting instruction received by the air conditioner is to increase the air speed of the indoor fan, the suction amount of the particulate matters is increased, the negative ion output of the negative ion purification device needs to be reduced, and therefore the electrifying time of the negative ion purification device needs to be reduced;
if the air speed adjusting instruction received by the air conditioner is to reduce the air speed of the indoor fan, the suction amount of the particulate matters is reduced, the negative ion output of the negative ion purification device needs to be increased, and the electrifying time of the negative ion purification device needs to be increased;
considering that the power-on time period has an upper limit value and a lower limit value, the air conditioner may adjust the power-off time period when the power-on time period reaches the lower limit value or the upper limit value, for example, when the power-on time period is reduced to the lower limit value, the power-off time period may be increased. Of course, the power-on duration and the power-off duration can be adjusted at the same time, the power-off duration also has an upper limit value and a lower limit value, and the higher the wind speed is, the higher the power-off duration is.
Therefore, when the air conditioner receives the wind speed adjusting instruction, the air conditioner exits the wind speed self-adjusting mode, and the power-on time and the power-off time are updated according to the wind speed corresponding to the wind speed adjusting instruction, so that the indoor fan is controlled to operate according to the wind speed corresponding to the wind speed adjusting instruction, and the anion purification device is controlled to be alternately powered on and powered off according to the updated power-on time and the updated power-off time.
In the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, after receiving the wind speed adjusting instruction, the air conditioner exits from the wind speed self-adjusting mode, and updates the power-on duration and the power-off duration according to the wind speed corresponding to the wind speed adjusting instruction, so that the anion purification device operates according to the updated power-on duration and the updated power-off duration, the dust collection efficiency of the air conditioner on particles is maintained, and wall blackening is avoided.
The invention also provides an air conditioner, which comprises an anion purification device, a processor, a memory and a control program of the air conditioner, wherein the control program of the air conditioner is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, and when being executed by the processor, the control program of the air conditioner realizes the steps of the control method of the air conditioner according to the embodiment.
