Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below, the embodiments described with reference to the drawings being illustrative, and the embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below.
The air conditioner performs functions such as refrigeration/heating circulation or dehumidification through the compressor, the condenser, the expansion valve and the evaporator, can realize the regulation of the indoor environment, and improves the comfort of the indoor environment. The refrigeration cycle includes a series of processes, for example, involving compression, condensation, expansion, and evaporation, and supplies refrigerant to the air that has been conditioned and heat-exchanged.
The compressor compresses a refrigerant gas in a high-temperature and high-pressure state and discharges the compressed refrigerant gas. The discharged refrigerant gas flows into the condenser. The condenser condenses the compressed refrigerant into a liquid phase, and heat is released to the surrounding environment through the condensation process.
The expansion valve expands the liquid-phase refrigerant in a high-temperature and high-pressure state condensed in the condenser into a low-pressure liquid-phase refrigerant. The evaporator evaporates the refrigerant expanded in the expansion valve and returns the refrigerant gas in a low-temperature and low-pressure state to the compressor. The evaporator can achieve a cooling effect by heat-exchanging with a material to be cooled using latent heat of evaporation of a refrigerant. The air conditioner can adjust the temperature of the indoor space throughout the cycle.
In the related art, for the health function mode set on the air conditioner, the control key of the health function mode and the control keys of the main functions such as the cooling mode, the heating mode, etc. are usually set on the remote controller, and when the remote controller is not around or cannot be used, the local operation control of the health function mode cannot be realized, and the user experience is poor.
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a method for controlling the health function of the air conditioner, which can realize the local control of the health function mode of the air conditioner and improve the user experience.
The air conditioner health function control method according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes at least steps S1 through S2.
In step S1, a trigger signal of the health function trigger module is received.
The air conditioner comprises a health function triggering module and a health function executing module. The health function triggering module is arranged on the air conditioner body, for example, a mechanical key can be arranged on a control panel of the air conditioner to serve as the health function triggering module. The health function can be understood as the function that the health function execution module starts the back in the air conditioner, improves the indoor environment, and for example, the health function can include the ecological health functions such as carrying out the disinfection to the room air, adjusting indoor anion concentration and launching far infrared, consequently, the air conditioner is through starting the healthy function execution module of operation, can effectively improve and promote the air quality, satisfies user's healthy demand. The trigger signal is a signal which is sent by the health function trigger module and used for starting or closing the health function execution module.
Specifically, when there is the healthy function demand, the user operates the healthy function trigger module on the air conditioner, make healthy function trigger module output trigger signal to control module, respond to trigger signal, control module controls healthy function execution module according to certain control logic and starts the operation or stops the operation, therefore, can directly control whether healthy function execution module starts through user operation healthy function trigger module, and need not only rely on the remote controller to control healthy function execution module again, avoid the unable problem that realizes of healthy function that causes because of the remote controller is not on one's side or can't use often, realize the local control to the healthy function mode of air conditioner, satisfy the user to the control demand of healthy function, improve user experience.
And step S2, controlling the health function execution module to start running or stop running according to the trigger signal, wherein after the health function execution module starts running, the health function execution module is controlled to run alternately in a mode of pause running and start running.
Specifically, the method according to the embodiment of the present invention takes priority of the trigger signal output by the health function trigger module, that is, the running state of the health function execution module is immediately changed as long as the control module receives the trigger signal. Furthermore, after the health function execution module is started to operate, the control module controls the health function execution module to alternately operate in a pause operation mode and a start operation mode, namely the control module can automatically control the health function execution module to pause or start operation, and a user does not need to repeatedly operate the health function trigger module, so that the control mode is more convenient and faster, the problem that the health function execution module operates for a long time due to inconvenience of the user is avoided, and the intelligent and humanized effects are achieved.
According to the air conditioner health function control method provided by the embodiment of the invention, based on the health function trigger module arranged on the air conditioner, when a health function requirement exists, a user can directly control whether the health function execution module is started or not by operating the health function trigger module without controlling the health function execution module only by a remote controller, so that the local control of the health function mode of the air conditioner is realized, and the user experience is improved. In addition, when the health function execution module starts to run, the health function execution module is controlled to run alternately in a pause running mode and a start running mode, namely, after the health function execution module is started, the health function execution module can be automatically controlled to start or pause, a user does not need to repeatedly operate the health function triggering module, and the intelligent health function execution module is more intelligent and humanized.
In some embodiments, the control module controls the health function performing module to alternately operate in a pause mode and a start mode, that is, when the health function performing module of the air conditioner is in an automatic control stage, the following steps may be performed.
And a first recording step of recording the running time of the health function execution module. The running time length can be understood as the time length of continuous work after the health function execution module is started.
And a pause control step, namely determining that the running time reaches the target running time, and controlling the health function execution module to pause running. The target operation duration may be understood as a target duration from the start of the operation to the end of the operation of the health function execution module, and the target operation duration may be a preset value or a value calculated by the control module according to an actual situation, which is not limited thereto. Specifically, when the health function execution module is automatically controlled, the control module determines the improvement condition of the health function execution module on the air quality according to whether the operation duration of the health function execution module reaches the target operation duration, that is, the health function execution module is enough to enable the indoor environment quality to be in a certain healthy state under the target operation duration. Therefore, if the running time of the health function execution module reaches the target running time, the indoor environment quality meets certain health requirements, the health function execution module does not need to run again, the control module automatically controls the health function execution module to pause, and the air conditioner is more energy-saving while the air quality is improved.
And a second recording step of recording the pause time of the health function execution module for pausing operation. The pause duration can be understood as the duration of the health function execution module after the health function execution module pauses.
And starting control, namely determining that the pause time length reaches the target pause running time length, and controlling the health function execution module to start running. The target operation pause duration may be understood as a target duration from the end of the operation to the next start of the operation of the health function execution module, and the target operation pause duration may be a preset value or a value calculated by the control module according to an actual situation, which is not limited thereto. Specifically, when the health function execution module is automatically controlled, the control module judges the change condition of the air quality of the indoor environment when the health function execution module is in the suspended operation state according to whether the suspension time length of the health function execution module reaches the target suspension operation time length, namely when the health function execution module is in the suspended operation state, the air quality of the indoor environment is changed due to the physiological activity of a user or other reasons, the change condition of the indoor air quality is automatically judged according to the target suspension operation time length, if the suspension time length of the health function execution module reaches the target suspension time length, the indoor environment quality is changed and does not reach a certain health requirement, in order to avoid the influence on the health of the user due to the continuous reduction of the indoor air quality, the control module automatically controls the health function execution module to start operation, so as to ensure that the indoor environment quality meets certain health requirements.
And circulating the first recording step, the pause control step, the second recording step and the start control step until a health function exit signal is received. The health function exit signal can be understood as a signal for controlling the health function execution module to exit the automatic control. Specifically, when the health function execution module is automatically controlled, the control module automatically and circularly runs the first recording step, the pause control step, the second recording step and the start control step until the health function exit signal is received, and the control module stops the automatic control of the health function execution module.
It can be understood that after the control module stops the automatic control of the health function execution module, the user needs to trigger the health function triggering module again when the health function execution module is started again.
In some embodiments, for the target operation duration and the target pause operation duration, the control module may calculate and obtain the target operation duration and the target pause operation duration according to a variation in actual application, for example, by obtaining a wind speed of the indoor fan and an amount of negative ions in an indoor environment, and determining the target operation duration and the target pause operation duration according to the actual variation in the wind speed and the amount of negative ions, that is, in automatically controlling the health function performing module, the target operation duration and the target pause operation duration are not unique but may be changed according to the actual variation in the wind speed and the amount of negative ions, and thus, based on the target operation duration and the target pause operation duration calculated in the above manner, the control module may more accurately grasp a timing for controlling the health function performing module in automatic control, thereby effectively improving the air quality, but also can improve the energy-saving performance.
The quantity of the negative ions can be detected in real time by arranging a related sensor, and detected data are sent to the control module; or, a relation comparison table of the operation duration of the health function execution module and the anion amount may be stored in advance by the control module, so that the control module may determine the anion amount of the current indoor environment by looking up the table according to the operation duration of the health function execution module. It is understood that the higher the anion concentration in the indoor environment, the better the air quality and the more beneficial to human body. The wind speed of the indoor fan can be detected in real time by arranging a sensor, and detected data are sent to the control module.
Specifically, the control module may calculate the target operation time period and the target pause operation time period by the following formulas according to the wind speed and the amount of negative ions:
T=f(v,q)
wherein T is the target operation time or the target pause operation time, v is the wind speed of the indoor fan, and q is the anion amount of the indoor environment.
In some embodiments, the control module controls the health function performing module to alternately operate in a pause mode and a start mode, that is, when the health function performing module of the air conditioner is in an automatic control stage, the following steps may be performed.
And acquiring an indoor air quality detection value. The indoor air quality detection value can be collected by arranging a related sensor, and the detected value is sent to the control module. The indoor air quality detection value is a quality detection value of beneficial objects or harmful objects in the air, for example, the indoor air quality detection value includes detection values which affect human health such as anion quantity, toluene concentration and oxygen concentration.
And a pause control step, namely determining that the indoor air quality detection value is larger than a first preset air quality value, and controlling the health function execution module to pause. The first preset air quality value is a parameter set based on a large amount of data, for example, the indoor air quality may be digitally quantized according to experience, test, actual conditions, and the like, and the quantized numbers are subjected to range division, the divided ranges include a light pollution range, an air quality good range, and the first preset air quality value may be set to be greater than a lower limit value of the air quality good range. Specifically, in the process of automatically controlling the health function execution module, the control module judges the improvement condition of the health function execution module on the air quality by judging whether the indoor air quality detection value is larger than a first preset air quality value. That is, at the first preset air quality value, the health function execution module is sufficient to keep the indoor air quality in a certain health state. Therefore, if the indoor air quality detection value of the health function execution module is larger than the first preset air quality value, the indoor air quality meets certain health requirements, the health function execution module does not need to operate, the control module automatically controls the health function execution module to pause, and the air conditioner is enabled to be more energy-saving while the air quality is improved.
And a starting control step, namely determining that the indoor air quality detection value is smaller than a second preset air quality value, and controlling the health function execution module to start operation, wherein the second preset air quality value is smaller than or equal to the first preset air quality value. The second preset air quality value is a parameter set based on a large amount of data, and for example, the second preset air quality value may be set to be greater than or equal to the lower limit of the good air quality range and less than or equal to the first preset air quality value. Specifically, in the process of automatically controlling the health function execution module, the control module judges the change condition of the air quality of the indoor environment when the health function execution module is in the pause operation state by judging whether the indoor air quality detection value is smaller than a second preset air quality value, namely, when the health function execution module is in the suspended running state, the air quality of the indoor environment is changed due to the physiological activity of the user or other reasons, therefore, the change situation of the indoor air quality is automatically judged through the second preset air quality value, if the indoor air quality detection value is smaller than the second preset air quality value, the indoor air quality is reduced and does not reach a certain health requirement, and in order to avoid the influence on the health of a user caused by the continuous reduction of the indoor air quality, the control module controls the health function execution module to start and operate, so that the air quality is improved.
And alternately executing the pause control step and the start control step until receiving the health function exit signal. Specifically, when the health function execution module is automatically controlled, the suspension control step and the start control step are automatically and circularly executed alternately until the control module stops automatically controlling the health function execution module after receiving the health function exit signal.
In some embodiments, receiving the health function exit signal comprises at least one of: receiving the trigger signal of the health function trigger module again; acquiring the total time of the running time and the pause time of the health function execution module, and determining that the total time reaches a preset time; and acquiring an indoor air quality detection value, and determining that the indoor air quality detection value reaches a third preset air quality value, wherein the third preset air quality value is larger than the first preset air quality value.
The preset time can be time set based on experience, the preset time can be enough to ensure that the quality of the indoor air meets the excellent air quality requirement, and the indoor air cannot be rapidly reduced to the pollution degree due to the short-term activities of the user. The third preset air quality value is a parameter set based on a large amount of data, for example, the third preset air quality value may be set to be greater than a lower limit of an air quality optimal range, and the third preset air quality value may also be sufficient to ensure that the quality of the indoor air meets an excellent air quality requirement, and the indoor air is not rapidly reduced to a pollution degree due to short-term activities of the user.
Specifically, when the trigger signal of the health function trigger module is received again, the control module controls the health function execution module to quit the automatic control and stop running based on the principle that the trigger signal output by the health function trigger module is taken as priority; when the total time length of the operation time length and the pause time length of the health function execution module, namely the total time length of the health function execution module in the automatic control stage is determined to reach the preset time length, the indoor air quality meets the excellent air quality requirement at the moment and the indoor air cannot be rapidly reduced to the pollution degree due to the short-term activity of a user, so that the control module controls the health function execution module to quit the automatic control and stop the operation, the energy saving performance is improved, and the energy waste caused by closing the health function execution mode when the user goes out for a long time is avoided; when the indoor air quality detection value reaches the third preset air quality value, the indoor air quality is in an excellent air quality standard, and the indoor air cannot be rapidly reduced to the pollution degree due to short-term activities of the user, so that the control module controls the health function execution module to quit automatic control and stop running, energy conservation is improved, and energy waste caused by closing the health function execution mode when the user goes out for a long time is avoided.
In some embodiments, after receiving the trigger signal of the health function triggering module, and controlling the health function execution module to start or stop running, it is further determined whether to start the health function execution module according to current state information of the air conditioner, where the current state information includes a normal running state or a standby state. If the current state information is that the air conditioner is in a standby state, the control module forbids to respond to the trigger signal, namely, the health function execution module is not allowed to be started, so that the condition that a user triggers by mistake is avoided; and if the current state information is that the air conditioner is in a normal running state, the control module responds to the trigger signal.
In some embodiments, when the health function execution module is controlled to start or stop running according to the trigger signal, the control module detects the current switch state of the health function execution module. If the current health function execution module is in a closed state, responding to a trigger signal, and controlling the health function execution module to be changed from stop operation to start operation so as to start the health function; and if the current health function execution module is in an open state, responding to a trigger signal, and controlling the health function execution module to change from starting operation to stopping operation so as to stop the health function.
The following describes an example of the method for controlling the health function of the air conditioner according to the embodiment of the present invention with reference to fig. 2, and the following details are provided.
In step S3, the user triggers the health function trigger module to cause the health function trigger module to output a trigger signal.
In step S4, the control module receives a trigger signal.
In step S5, the control module determines whether the air conditioner is in a standby state. If in the standby state, step S6 is executed, otherwise step S7 is executed.
In step S6, the control module disables the response to the trigger signal, i.e., the health function execution module is not turned on.
In step S7, the control module determines the current switch status of the health function execution module, i.e., determines whether the health function execution module is operating. If in the on state, step S8 is executed, otherwise step S9 is executed.
In step S8, the control module controls the health function execution module to forcibly stop operating.
In step S9, the control module controls the health function execution module to start operation.
In step S10, the air conditioner starts timing, and step S11 is executed.
Step S11, determine whether the control module receives the trigger signal of the health function trigger module. If the trigger signal is received, the step S12 is performed, otherwise, the step S13 is performed.
In step S12, the control module controls the health function execution module to forcibly stop operating.
In step S13, the control module determines whether the operating time period T0 of the health function executing module has reached the target operating time period T1. If the operating time period T0 reaches the target operating time period T1, step S14 is executed.
In step S14, the control module controls the health execution function module to automatically suspend operation.
In step S15, the air conditioner starts timing.
Step S16, determine whether the control module receives the trigger signal of the health function trigger module. If the trigger signal is received, the process returns to step S9, otherwise, step S17 is executed.
In step S17, the control module determines whether the health function execution module has reached the target pause duration T2, T3, and if the pause duration T2 has reached the target pause duration T3, then step S19 is executed, otherwise step S18 is executed.
In step S18, the control module controls the health function execution module to continue operating.
And step S19, the control module controls the health function execution module to automatically start running.
