The invention has the advantages of controllable product quality, convenient construction and installation and transportation cost saving.

Background
The existing GRC wallboard is pre-buried in the GRC panel by a connecting piece or an anchoring piece, and is fixedly connected with a light steel keel back frame through the connecting piece or the anchoring piece to form a whole, and the whole is transported to a construction site for installation. Some problems exist in the scheme, including that the transportation cost is too high, the radiation range of a factory is small, and when a construction site is far away from the factory, the transportation cost can be obviously increased, because the back frame and the GRC panel are fixedly connected into a whole, the size is large, and the transportation space is occupied. The production conditions of the GRC panel are harsh, the quality of the panel is difficult to ensure when the GRC panel is produced on a construction site, and the qualified rate is low.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the invention is as follows: it is an object to provide a modular GRC wallboard to address the above-mentioned problems with the prior art. It is a further object to provide a GRC panel for a modular GRC wallboard.
The technical scheme is as follows: a combined GRC wallboard comprises a GRC panel, a back frame and a connecting assembly for fixedly connecting the GRC panel and the back frame; a plurality of protruding parts are integrally formed on the inner side of the GRC panel, and sleeves with internal threads are embedded in the protruding parts; the back frame is provided with a through hole; coupling assembling includes screw rod, nut and a plurality of gasket and backing plate, the one end spiro union of screw rod in the sleeve pipe, the other end pass behind the through-hole on the back of the body frame with the nut spiro union cooperation, gasket and backing plate are located the both sides of the back of the body frame respectively.

Specifically, the GRC wallboard mainly comprises a GRC panel, a light steel keel back frame and a connecting assembly. As shown on the right side of the figure, the inside of the GRC panel 1 is provided with a number of protrusions 1a which are integrally formed when the GRC panel is produced. A sleeve 1b to be internally threaded is embedded in each boss. The left side in the figure is a light steel keel back frame which is formed by welding a plurality of horizontal square tubes 2a and vertical square tubes 2b, and the connecting parts of the horizontal square tubes and the vertical square tubes are provided with welding seams 2 b. And through holes 2c are formed in the positions corresponding to the convex parts along the length direction of the vertical square tube. The connecting assembly comprises a screw rod 3, a nut 5, a gasket 1c and a backing plate 4. When the back frame is installed, one end of the screw rod is fixed with the sleeve in a threaded mode, and the other end of the screw rod penetrates through the gasket, the through hole in the back frame and the base plate in sequence and is fixed through the nut.
In the technical scheme, the embedded part is a sleeve instead of a steel bar connecting piece, so that the embedded part does not need to be integrally formed with the back frame of the light steel keel during production, the GRC panel and the back frame of the light steel keel can be manufactured respectively in a factory, and are installed after being transported to a construction site to be manufactured into the GRC wallboard unit. The GRC panel and the light steel keel back frame can be separately transported, so that the transportation space is saved, and the transportation cost is reduced. Meanwhile, the two are fixed by the connecting component in the work of a construction site, so that the operation is simple and the quality is controllable. Compared with the prior art that GRC panels are directly produced on construction sites or GRC panels and back frames are welded, the technical scheme has obvious technical advantages. In the above embodiment, the back frame is a steel frame or a light steel frame, and technicians may adopt back frames of other materials or structures according to working conditions.
In a further embodiment, the upper edge or upper end portion, the left edge and/or the right edge of the GRC panel is/are bent inwardly to form a bend, and when adjacent GRC wall panels are assembled, the bend and the edge of another wall panel form a bending channel, and multiple sealing structures, such as sealing strips or sealant, can be disposed in the bending channel.
The assembly steps of the invention are as follows:
GRC panels are manufactured at the factory with an internally threaded sleeve pre-embedded in the GRC panel. And (3) drilling holes in the vertical square pipe in advance according to the position of the sleeve, wherein the diameter of each hole is not less than the sum of 2 times of the tolerance and the diameter of the screw.
And screwing the screw on the sleeve, sleeving the sleeve with a steel base plate, a pre-drilled vertical square pipe and the steel base plate, and connecting the vertical square pipe and the GRC panel together by using a screw cap. Because the diameter of the hole is larger than that of the screw and is not a tight hole, the connection can only bear loads in the inner and outer directions.
And fixedly connecting the base plate close to the beam bottom with the vertical square pipe in a welding mode. Since the tie plate is a tight hole, the connection can support loads in 3 directions, i.e., up and down, left and right, and inside and outside. The distance and the number of the vertical square pipes in the left-right direction can be determined according to the positions of the sleeves in the left-right direction. The horizontal square pipe and the vertical square pipe are connected together in a welding mode.
In summary, the present invention separates the GRC panels from the light gauge back frame. GRC panels, square tubes, spare and accessory parts and the like can be prefabricated in factories and then transported to the field for assembly. The transportation cost of GRC wallboard is primarily volume control, not weight control. Compared with the traditional factory transportation that the light steel keel back frame and the GRC panel are connected into a whole, the invention can greatly save the transportation space, thereby greatly saving the transportation cost.

Claims (5)
1. A combined GRC wallboard is characterized by comprising a GRC panel, a back frame and a connecting assembly for fixedly connecting the GRC panel and the back frame; a plurality of protruding parts are integrally formed on the inner side of the GRC panel, and sleeves with internal threads are embedded in the protruding parts;
the back frame is provided with a through hole; the connecting assembly comprises a screw, a nut, a plurality of gaskets and a base plate, one end of the screw is in threaded connection with the sleeve, the other end of the screw penetrates through a through hole in the back frame and then is in threaded connection with the nut, and the gaskets and the base plate are respectively positioned on two sides of the back frame;
the upper edge of the GRC panel is bent inwards to form a bent part;
the left edge and/or the right edge of the GRC panel are/is bent inwards to form a bent part;
when adjacent GRC wallboard is assembled, the edge of kink and another wallboard forms a passageway of buckling, sets up multiple seal structure in this passageway of buckling, seal structure includes sealing strip or sealed glue.

The combined GRC wallboard of claim 1, wherein the back frame comprises a cross keel and a vertical keel fixedly connected with each other, a through hole is formed in the vertical keel at a position corresponding to the sleeve, one end of the screw is screwed in the sleeve, and the other end of the screw passes through the gasket, the through hole in the back frame and the base plate in sequence and then is fixed by a nut.
3. The modular GRC wallboard of claim 2, wherein the cross runners and the mullions are steel square tubes and are welded and fixed.
4. A combined GRC wallboard according to claim 3 wherein the back frame is a light gauge steel back frame.
5. A GRC curtain wall comprising the modular GRC wall panel of any one of claims 1 to 4.
