一种大直径锌铝合金镀层密闭索合绳方法,异形钢丝的进线角度为25°,保证异形钢丝合绳时自然成型,定径辊孔径为索绳径的1.03倍,合绳时,在分线盘处滴高耐腐蚀润滑脂,减少钢丝表面与分线盘的摩擦,同时随着钢丝的进线,润滑脂同时进入合绳瓦,减少异形钢丝相互之间的摩擦和异形钢丝表面与合绳瓦的摩擦,降低了钢丝合金镀层的刮伤。本发明有效解决了在合索过程中,异形钢丝表面的因合金镀层较软合金镀层易损伤的问题,同时也减少索了内应力,稳定索的结构。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种大直径锌铝合金镀层密闭索合绳方法,属于金属制品加工技术领域。
背景技术
目前,国内柔性悬索结构体系大型场馆设计及建设越来越多,结构有以下特点:(1)屋盖系统采用全柔性车辐式索桁架结构+拱支撑膜结构,平面投影内开口椭圆形,结构新颖美观,受力明确;(2)索网体系为双层索网结构,上层为上径向索+上环索,下层为下径向索+下环索,上下层索系之间通过吊索和刚性撑杆连接;(3)上、下环索,上、下径向索直径大,通常大于100mm,索钢丝表面镀锌铝合金镀层,索结构为密闭索。由于此类密闭索结构复杂,表面质量要求较高,国内主要依靠进口。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种大直径锌铝合金镀层密闭索合绳方法,解决密闭索合绳过程中,异形钢丝表面因合金镀层较软造成合金镀层损伤以及索内应力大,索结构不稳定技术问题。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
(1)根据合绳设备、异形钢丝的几何尺寸、索的捻向,设计合绳异形钢丝进线的合理的进线角度,进线角度为25°,保证异形钢丝合绳时自然成型,减少异形钢丝表面的摩擦刮伤;
(2)设计选择分线装置的材质及表面处理方法;
(3)设计定径装置定径辊孔形,定径辊孔径为索绳径的1.03倍设计,选择材质及表面处理方法;
(4)在合绳时,在分线盘处滴高耐腐蚀润滑脂,减少钢丝表面与分线盘的摩擦,同时随着钢丝的进线,润滑脂同时进入合绳瓦,减少异形钢丝相互之间的摩擦和异形钢丝表面与合绳瓦的摩擦,降低了钢丝合金镀层的刮伤。
本发明的有益效果:
有效解决了在合索过程中,异形钢丝表面的因合金镀层较软合金镀层易损伤的问题,同时也减少索了内应力,稳定索的结构。

1.一种大直径锌铝合金镀层密闭索合绳方法,其特征在于包括如下实施步骤:
(1)根据合绳设备、异形钢丝的几何尺寸、索的捻向,设计合绳异形钢丝进线的合理的进线角度,进线角度为25°,保证异形钢丝合绳时自然成型,减少异形钢丝表面的摩擦刮伤;
(2)设计选择分线装置的材质及表面处理方法;
(3)设计定径装置定径辊孔形,定径辊孔径为索绳径的1.03倍,选择材质及表面处理方法;
(4)在合绳时,在分线盘处滴高耐腐蚀润滑脂,减少钢丝表面与分线盘的摩擦,同时随着钢丝的进线,润滑脂同时进入合绳瓦,减少异形钢丝相互之间的摩擦和异形钢丝表面与合绳瓦的摩擦,降低了钢丝合金镀层的刮伤。
