Abstract
本发明公开一种耐腐蚀高阻燃硅芯管的制作方法,包括以下步骤:将正癸烃和十二碳烯混合搅拌均匀,升温降温,加入甲基含氢硅油,升温,继续反应得到烯烃改性硅油;将石墨烯、纳基膨润土和纳米硼化物研磨,将磷酸三乙酯、氯化石蜡搅拌,将研磨和搅拌产物混合搅拌;将羟基硬脂酸和改性硅油反应,结束后升高温度加入反应物;将聚烯烃树脂、反应产物、萘酸锌和聚丙烯酸造粒;加入色母粒、高密度聚乙烯及辅助原料通过挤出机挤压复合,真空定型及冷却以及牵引并卷取得到产品。采用上述方法后,融合度得到大幅度提高,产品整体性能得到有效提升,使反应充分均匀,大大提高了产品融合度,使得最终产品的牢靠度高,避免了脱层问题的发生,产品制造成本也低。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种硅芯管生产技术,具体地说是一种耐腐蚀高阻燃硅芯管。
背景技术
硅芯管是一种内壁带有硅胶质固体润滑剂的新型复合管道,密封性能好,耐化学腐蚀,工程造价低,广泛运用于高速公路,铁路等的光电缆通信网络系统,然而现有的硅芯管配方不合理,使得原料混合度不高,最终产品的耐腐性能非常差,阻燃性也一直难以得到大幅度提高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐腐蚀性能好、阻燃性高且制造成本低的耐腐蚀高阻燃硅芯管。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的耐腐蚀高阻燃硅芯管,由如下原料成分及重量配方比:正烃烷 230-320份、高密度聚乙烯195-225份、十二碳烯35-45份、甲基含氢硅油135-145份、羟基硬脂酸25-30份、聚烯烃树脂75-85份、色母粒10-12份、石墨烯6-8份、纳基膨润土3-5份、聚乙烯醇2-4份、萘酸锌1-2份、纳米硼化物2-4份、聚酯氨3-4份、聚丙烯酸1-2份、磷酸三乙酯3-5份、氯化石蜡2-3份、抗氧化剂1-2份、甘油5-7份、去离子水7-9份。
由如下原料成分及重量配方比:正烃烷 270份、高密度聚乙烯210份、十二碳烯40份、甲基含氢硅油140份、羟基硬脂酸27份、聚烯烃树脂80份、色母粒11份、石墨烯7份、纳基膨润土4份、聚乙烯醇3份、萘酸锌2份、纳米硼化物3份、聚酯氨3份、聚丙烯酸1份、磷酸三乙酯4份、氯化石蜡1份、抗氧化剂2份、甘油6份、去离子水8份。
所述正烃烷和十二碳烯进行混合并加入甲基含氢硅油进行制备烯烃改性硅油。
所述甲基含氢硅油、氯化石蜡混合进行制备改性液。
所述原料中还加入10-20份的硬脂酸和2-5份的三聚氰胺。
所述硬脂酸为15份,所述三聚氰胺为3份。
采用上述的配方后,合理的配方以及添加比例,使产品具有高耐磨性和高阻燃性,采用改性硅油和改性液使得各种成分能够充分进行融合,提高了整体的一致性,牢靠度高,不会产生脱层问题,另外特别是添加了多种不同功用的反应助剂,不但使得反应充分,而且使得产品各种成分效应得到最大发挥,最终使得产品整体性能非常高。

下面结合具体实施方式,对本发明的耐腐蚀高阻燃硅芯管作进一步详细说明。
实施例一:
本发明的耐腐蚀高阻燃硅芯管,由如下原料成分及重量配方比:正烃烷 230份、高密度聚乙烯195份、十二碳烯35份、甲基含氢硅油135份、羟基硬脂酸25份、硬脂酸10份、聚烯烃树脂75份、色母粒10份、石墨烯6份、纳基膨润土3份、聚乙烯醇2份、萘酸锌1份、纳米硼化物2份、聚酯氨3份、聚丙烯酸1份、磷酸三乙酯3-5份、氯化石蜡2份、抗氧化剂1份、甘油5份、去离子水7-9份,三聚氰胺2份,其中,在制备过程中需要将正烃烷和十二碳烯进行混合并加入甲基含氢硅油进行制备烯烃改性硅油,将甲基含氢硅油、氯化石蜡混合进行制备改性液,然后采用相应的工艺方法进行制备。
实施例二:
本发明的耐腐蚀高阻燃硅芯管,由如下原料成分及重量配方比:正烃烷 270份、高密度聚乙烯210份、十二碳烯40份、甲基含氢硅油140份、羟基硬脂酸27份、聚烯烃树脂80份、色母粒11份、石墨烯7份、纳基膨润土4份、聚乙烯醇3份、萘酸锌2份、纳米硼化物3份、聚酯氨3份、聚丙烯酸1份、磷酸三乙酯4份、氯化石蜡1份、抗氧化剂2份、甘油6份、去离子水8份,三聚氰胺2-5份,其中,在制备过程中需要将正烃烷和十二碳烯进行混合并加入甲基含氢硅油进行制备烯烃改性硅油,将甲基含氢硅油、氯化石蜡混合进行制备改性液,然后采用相应的工艺方法进行制备,实际上,经过验证,本发明采用多比重的高密度聚乙烯作为主要原料以及搭配着微量的萘酸锌、三聚氰胺,特别是氯化石蜡的补充加入使得产品性能得到明显改善,在具体试验中减少上述几种配方或者改变配方比例,其耐磨性和阻燃性得到20%-30%的下降。
实施例三:
本发明的耐腐蚀高阻燃硅芯管,由如下原料成分及重量配方比:正烃烷 320份、高密度聚乙烯225份、十二碳烯45份、甲基含氢硅油145份、羟基硬脂酸30份、硬脂酸20份、聚烯烃树脂85份、色母粒12份、石墨烯8份、纳基膨润土5份、聚乙烯醇4份、萘酸锌2份、纳米硼化物4份、聚酯氨4份、聚丙烯酸2份、磷酸三乙酯5份、氯化石蜡3份、抗氧化剂2份、甘油7份、去离子水9份,三聚氰胺5份,其中,在制备过程中需要将正烃烷和十二碳烯进行混合并加入甲基含氢硅油进行制备烯烃改性硅油,将甲基含氢硅油、氯化石蜡混合进行制备改性液,然后采用相应的工艺方法进行制备。

1.一种耐腐蚀高阻燃硅芯管,由如下原料成分及重量配方比:正烃烷 230-320份、高密度聚乙烯195-225份、十二碳烯35-45份、甲基含氢硅油135-145份、羟基硬脂酸25-30份、聚烯烃树脂75-85份、色母粒10-12份、石墨烯6-8份、纳基膨润土3-5份、聚乙烯醇2-4份、萘酸锌1-2份、纳米硼化物2-4份、聚酯氨3-4份、聚丙烯酸1-2份、磷酸三乙酯3-5份、氯化石蜡2-3份、抗氧化剂1-2份、甘油5-7份、去离子水7-9份。
2.按照权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀高阻燃硅芯管,其特征在于:由如下原料成分及重量配方比:正烃烷 270份、高密度聚乙烯210份、十二碳烯40份、甲基含氢硅油140份、羟基硬脂酸27份、聚烯烃树脂80份、色母粒11份、石墨烯7份、纳基膨润土4份、聚乙烯醇3份、萘酸锌2份、纳米硼化物3份、聚酯氨3份、聚丙烯酸1份、磷酸三乙酯4份、氯化石蜡1份、抗氧化剂2份、甘油6份、去离子水8份。
