(1) according to the total weight of the SBS modified asphalt coating material, 52 wt% of petroleum asphalt, 8 wt% of minus-two-wire oil, 11 wt% of SBS modifier, 4 wt% of APAO modifier, 5 wt% of C5 petroleum resin, 2 wt% of montmorillonite, 2 wt% of tris (2, 4-di-tert-butyl) phenyl phosphite and 16 wt% of 200-mesh talcum powder are heated to 180 ℃ for shearing and blending, and are stirred and developed for 5-6 hours to obtain the SBS modified asphalt coating material on the upper surface;
(2) heating 49 wt% of petroleum asphalt, 9 wt% of minus-grade petroleum, 10 wt% of SBR modifier, 6 wt% of SBS modifier, 5 wt% of C5 petroleum resin, 4 wt% of montmorillonite and 17 wt% of 200-mesh talcum powder to 180 ℃ by the total weight of the following surface self-adhesive modified asphalt coating material, shearing and blending, and stirring and developing for 5-6 hours to obtain a lower surface self-adhesive modified asphalt coating material;
(3) the specific method for processing the waterproof roll is the same as that in the step (3) of example 1.
Example 4
(1) According to the total weight of the SBS modified asphalt coating material on the upper surface, 54 wt% of petroleum asphalt, 9 wt% of minus-second-order oil, 10 wt% of SBS modifier, 5 wt% of APAO modifier, 6 wt% of C5 petroleum resin, 5 wt% of montmorillonite, 3 wt% of tris (2, 4-di-tert-butyl) phenyl phosphite and 18 wt% of 200-mesh talcum powder are heated to 180 ℃ for shearing and blending, and are stirred and developed for 5-6 hours to obtain the SBS modified asphalt coating material on the upper surface;
(2) heating 50 wt% of petroleum asphalt, 8 wt% of minus-grade petroleum oil, 10 wt% of SBR modifier, 5 wt% of SBS modifier, 6 wt% of C5 petroleum resin, 3 wt% of montmorillonite and 18 wt% of 200-mesh talcum powder to 180 ℃ based on the total weight of the lower surface self-adhesive modified asphalt coating material, shearing and blending, and stirring and developing for 5-6 hours to obtain a lower surface self-adhesive modified asphalt coating material;
(3) the specific method for processing the waterproof roll is the same as that in the step (3) of example 1.
Comparative example 1
The difference between the comparative example and the example 1 is that the SBS modified asphalt coating material on the upper surface and the self-adhesive modified asphalt coating material on the lower surface do not contain montmorillonite, and talcum powder with the same mass percentage is respectively added; the other components, the amounts and the preparation process are the same as those of the example 1.
Comparative example 2
The comparative example differs from example 1 in that: the coating materials on the upper and lower surfaces of the polyester tire are the self-adhesive modified asphalt coating materials on the lower surface prepared in the step (2) of the embodiment 1; the specific processing method of the waterproof roll comprises the following steps: pre-dipping the qualified polyester tire in a pre-dipping tank, taking out the pre-dipping tank after the polyester tire is squeezed by a squeezing roller, simultaneously coating pure self-adhesive materials on the upper surface and the lower surface in an oil coating tank, setting the thickness according to requirements, then coating an edge film, coating the edge film for sand distribution, then cooling a water bed, and finally coating an isolation film on the lower surface after the water bed is cooled.
Test example
The performances of the waterproof coiled materials prepared in the examples 1-4 and the comparative examples 1-2 are respectively tested according to GB 18242-2008 and GB/T23260-2009, wherein the tests of low-temperature flexibility, heat resistance, coiled material tension, water impermeability, thermal aging dimensional change rate, artificial climate accelerated aging property and mineral aggregate adhesion are carried out according to GB 18242-2008; testing the peeling strength of the coiled material and the coiled material according to the GB/T23260-2009 standard; the specific test results are shown in table 1:

Claims (8)

1. A preparation method of a composite self-adhesive shale surface modified asphalt waterproof coiled material is characterized by comprising the following steps:
sequentially carrying out pre-dipping, squeezing, coating of an upper surface modified asphalt coating material by a first blade coating box, edge covering, sand distribution, rolling compaction, steering by a steering roller, coating of a lower surface self-adhesive modified asphalt coating material by a second blade coating box, coating of an isolating film and cooling and shaping by a roller on a polyester tire to obtain the composite self-adhesive shale surface modified asphalt waterproof coiled material;
wherein the upper surface modified asphalt coating material is SBS modified asphalt coating material, and comprises the following components by weight: 48-58 wt% of petroleum asphalt, 7-12 wt% of softener, 10-16 wt% of SBS modifier, 3-6 wt% of APAO modifier, 2-6 wt% of petroleum resin, 2-5 wt% of modified asphalt stabilizer, 2-3 wt% of antioxidant and 14-18 wt% of filler;
the lower surface self-adhesive modified asphalt coating material comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 45-52 wt% of petroleum asphalt, 8-15 wt% of softener, 10-16 wt% of SBR modifier, 5-9 wt% of SBS modifier, 4-7 wt% of petroleum resin, 3-6 wt% of modified asphalt stabilizer and 15-20 wt% of filler;
the modified asphalt stabilizer is montmorillonite.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the distance between the cloth box used in the sanding process and the first blade coating box is 60-100 cm.
3. The production method according to claim 1, wherein the roll compaction is a two-pass roll compaction with a roll gap of more than 1 m.
4. The production method according to claim 1, wherein the production method further comprises: (1) uniformly mixing all the components of the prepared upper surface modified asphalt coating material, and then heating, shearing and blending to obtain the upper surface modified asphalt coating material; (2) and uniformly mixing the components of the prepared lower surface self-adhesive modified asphalt coating material, and then heating, shearing and blending to obtain the lower surface self-adhesive modified asphalt coating material.
5. The preparation method according to claim 4, wherein in the step (1), the shear blending is carried out by heating to 175-190 ℃ and stirring for 5-6 h; in the step (2), heating to 175-190 ℃ for shearing and blending, and stirring for 5-6 h.
6. The preparation method according to claim 1, wherein the petroleum asphalt is 90# heavy-duty petroleum asphalt, the softening agent is minus two-wire oil, the SBS modifier is star-shaped SBS with the molecular weight of 18-25 ten thousand, the petroleum resin is C5 petroleum resin, the antioxidant is tris (2, 4-di-tert-butyl) phenyl phosphite, and the filler is talcum powder.
7. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the polyester core is a polyester spun-bonded nonwoven fabric having a grammage of 200-250g/m2The thickness is 1.1-1.5 mm.
8. The composite self-adhesive shale surface modified asphalt waterproof coiled material prepared by the preparation method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
