本发明公开了一种可调式金刚石锯片开刃机吸盘,其特征在于:包括连接柄、圆盘支座、若干个弹性电磁吸盘和若干个螺栓,所述连接柄的上部设有螺纹孔,所述弹性电磁吸盘包括导杆、卡圈、连接板、压缩弹簧和电磁吸盘,所述圆盘支座上设有四个周向均布的腰形孔I,并在所述每个圆盘支座的腰形孔I的两侧对称设有腰形孔II,所述连接柄焊装于圆盘支座的中间部位,所述卡圈、连接板、压缩弹簧及电磁吸盘依次从上至下装于导杆上,所述导杆穿装于圆盘支座的腰形孔I中,所述圆盘支座装于连接板与压缩弹簧之间。该发明结构新颖,电磁吸盘之间的间距可调,抓放自如,可显著提高生产效率并可极大地降低工人劳动强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及金刚石锯片开刃机,特别涉及一种可调式金刚石锯片开刃机吸盘。
背景技术
金刚石锯片在使用前,必须进行开刃,以便将刀刃上的金刚石裸露出来,才能进行切割作业,现有对金刚石锯片进行开刃的方法主要是采用单磨头单工位锯片开刃机进行磨削开刃,具体方法是:先由工人将金刚石锯片(即工件)置于工作台上进行正面磨削开刃,然后,由工人从工作台中取出并将其翻面后,再次置于工作台上对金刚石锯片的背面进行磨削开刃,从而实现对金刚石锯片的开刃操作,由于工人在进行手工上下工件及对工件进行翻面时,工作量极大,给工人造成极大的劳动强度,而且生产效率极低。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种结构新颖、电磁吸盘之间的间距可调、抓放自如、可显著提高生产效率并可极大地降低工人劳动强度的可调式金刚石锯片开刃机吸盘。
为达到上述目的,本发明包括连接柄、圆盘支座、若干个弹性电磁吸盘和若干个螺栓,所述连接柄的上部设有螺纹孔,所述弹性电磁吸盘包括导杆、卡圈、连接板、压缩弹簧和电磁吸盘,所述圆盘支座上设有四个周向均布的腰形孔I,并在所述每个圆盘支座的腰形孔I的两侧对称设有腰形孔II,所述连接柄焊装于圆盘支座的中间部位,所述卡圈、连接板、压缩弹簧及电磁吸盘依次从上至下装于导杆上,所述导杆穿装于圆盘支座的腰形孔I中,所述圆盘支座装于连接板与压缩弹簧之间,所述螺栓穿装于圆盘支座的的腰形孔II中,所述连接板通过螺栓与圆盘支座连接。
本发明由于采用了由连接柄、圆盘支座、若干个弹性电磁吸盘和若干个螺栓组成的结构,弹性电磁吸盘包括导杆、卡圈、连接板、压缩弹簧和电磁吸盘,便可很方便地通过接通弹性电磁吸盘的电路来抓取工件或断开弹性电磁吸盘的电路来松开工件,从而完成上下件操作,而圆盘支座上设有四个周向均布的腰形孔I,并在每个圆盘支座的腰形孔I的两侧对称设有腰形孔II,这样,便可根据工件的大小很方便调整电磁吸盘之间的间距,以便抓放不同大小的工件。该发明结构新颖,电磁吸盘之间的间距可调,抓放自如,可显著提高生产效率并可极大地降低工人劳动强度。

参见图1至图2,本发明包括连接柄1、圆盘支座4、若干个弹性电磁吸盘2和若干个螺栓3,所述连接柄1的上部设有螺纹孔11,所述弹性电磁吸盘2包括导杆21、卡圈22、连接板23、压缩弹簧24和电磁吸盘25,所述圆盘支座4上设有四个周向均布的腰形孔I41,并在所述每个圆盘支座4的腰形孔I41的两侧对称设有腰形孔II42,所述连接柄1焊装于圆盘支座4的中间部位,所述卡圈22、连接板23、压缩弹簧24及电磁吸盘25依次从上至下装于导杆21上,所述导杆21穿装于圆盘支座4的腰形孔I41中,所述圆盘支座4装于连接板23与压缩弹簧24之间,所述螺栓3穿装于圆盘支座4的的腰形孔II42中,所述连接板23通过螺栓3与圆盘支座4连接。

1.一种可调式金刚石锯片开刃机吸盘,其特征在于:包括连接柄(1)、圆盘支座(4)、若干个弹性电磁吸盘(2)和若干个螺栓(3),所述连接柄(1)的上部设有螺纹孔(11),所述弹性电磁吸盘(2)包括导杆(21)、卡圈(22)、连接板(23)、压缩弹簧(24)和电磁吸盘(25),所述圆盘支座(4)上设有四个周向均布的腰形孔I(41),并在所述每个圆盘支座(4)的腰形孔I(41)的两侧对称设有腰形孔II(42),所述连接柄(1)焊装于圆盘支座(4)的中间部位,所述卡圈(22)、连接板(23)、压缩弹簧(24)及电磁吸盘(25)依次从上至下装于导杆(21)上,所述导杆(21)穿装于圆盘支座(4)的腰形孔I(41)中,所述圆盘支座(4)装于连接板(23)与压缩弹簧(24)之间,所述螺栓(3)穿装于圆盘支座(4)的的腰形孔II(42)中,所述连接板(23)通过螺栓(3)与圆盘支座(4)连接。
