本发明公开了一种机械零配件清洗装置，包括传送带，传送带为多孔结构，传送带包括弯曲部分和水平部分，弯曲部分设置在清洗容器内，清洗容器内设置有超声波振荡器，水平部分上下方分别设置有上喷洒头和下喷洒头，上喷洒头和下喷洒头的下方设置有盛水容器，盛水容器内设置有滤油网和水泵，水泵的出水端分别与上喷洒头和下喷洒头相连，水平部分的末端下方设置有盛放容器，下喷洒头与盛放容器之间设置有干燥盒，干燥盒的左右侧面设置有用于水平部分穿过的开口，干燥盒内设置有热吹风。本发明的一种机械零配件清洗装置,对机械零配件清洗效率高且清洗彻底。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种机械零配件清洗装置，属于机械加工领域。
背景技术
目前，机械零配件在生产完成后，对于其表面的污物需要进行清洗，由于零配件的规格大多偏小，其清洗过程大多采用人工清洗的方法，然后进行烘干，清洗效率低，且零配件细节部分不容易洗干净。另外，采用人工的清洗方式存在效率较低的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是，提供一种对机械零配件清洗效率高且清洗彻底的机械零配件清洗装置。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案为：
一种机械零配件清洗装置，包括传送带，所述传送带为多孔结构，所述传送带包括弯曲部分和水平部分，所述弯曲部分设置在清洗容器内，所述清洗容器内设置有超声波振荡器，所述水平部分上下方分别设置有上喷洒头和下喷洒头，所述上喷洒头和下喷洒头的下方设置有盛水容器，所述盛水容器内设置有滤油网和水泵，所述水泵的出水端分别与所述上喷洒头和下喷洒头相连，所述水平部分的末端下方设置有盛放容器，所述下喷洒头与所述盛放容器之间设置有干燥盒，所述干燥盒的左右侧面设置有用于所述水平部分穿过的开口，所述干燥盒内设置有热吹风。
所述干燥盒的个数为N个，其中N为大于等于2的整数。
所述干燥盒的个数为2个。
所述上喷洒头和下喷洒头均包括并联的左喷洒头、竖直喷洒头和右喷洒头。
所述滤油网材质为不锈钢。
所述滤油网与所述盛水容器可拆卸连接。
本发明的有益效果：本发明提供的一种机械零配件清洗装置，机构简单，集机械零配件的去油、水洗和干燥三种操作为一体，具备对机械零配件清洗效率高且清洗彻底的优点。

如图1所示，一种机械零配件清洗装置，包括传送带，机械零配件4在传送带上运动。传送带为多孔结构，方便进行去油污、水洗和干燥。传送带包括弯曲部分2和水平部分3，弯曲部分2设置在清洗容器1内，清洗容器1内设置有超声波振荡器，水平部分3上下方分别设置有上喷洒头5和下喷洒头6，上喷洒头5和下喷洒头6的下方设置有盛水容器10，盛水容器10内设置有滤油网11和水泵12，水泵12的出水端分别与上喷洒头5和下喷洒头6相连，水平部分3的末端下方设置有盛放容器15，下喷洒头6与盛放容器15之间设置有干燥盒13，干燥盒13的左右侧面设置有用于水平部分3穿过的开口，干燥盒13内设置有热吹风14。
干燥盒13的个数为N个，其中N为大于等于2的整数。
干燥盒13的个数为2个。
上喷洒头5和下喷洒头6均包括并联的左喷洒头7、竖直喷洒头8和右喷洒头9。
滤油网11材质为不锈钢。
滤油网11与盛水容器10可拆卸连接。
本发明的工作原理为：机械零配件首先放置在弯曲部分的左端，然后沿着弯曲部分进入到清洗容器中，清洗容器中的超声波振荡器对机械零配件表面的油污进行震荡清洗，然后上喷洒头和下喷洒头对机械零配件表面残留的油污或者清洗液进行水洗，清水通过水泵进行循环使用，滤油网用于吸附清水中的少量油污，最后经过干燥盒进行热吹风的干燥烘干，最后落入到盛放容器中。

1.一种机械零配件清洗装置，其特征在于：包括传送带，所述传送带为多孔结构，所述传送带包括弯曲部分(2)和水平部分(3)，所述弯曲部分(2)设置在清洗容器(1)内，所述清洗容器(1)内设置有超声波振荡器，所述水平部分(3)上下方分别设置有上喷洒头(5)和下喷洒头(6)，所述上喷洒头(5)和下喷洒头(6)的下方设置有盛水容器(10)，所述盛水容器(10)内设置有滤油网(11)和水泵(12)，所述水泵(12)的出水端分别与所述上喷洒头(5)和下喷洒头(6)相连，所述水平部分(3)的末端下方设置有盛放容器(15)，所述下喷洒头(6)与所述盛放容器(15)之间设置有干燥盒(13)，所述干燥盒(13)的左右侧面设置有用于所述水平部分(3)穿过的开口，所述干燥盒(13)内设置有热吹风(14)。
