In recent years, roller mills have been widely used in domestic and foreign cement production.
However, most of the vertical roller mills in the prior art are leishmanization mill pressurizing type vertical mills, namely, the grinding rollers are pressurized by a hydraulic cylinder tensioning device arranged in the upright posts, and the structure not only occupies large area and has heavy weight, but also is inconvenient for installation and maintenance of the hydraulic cylinders.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, a mutually spare multiple roll cement vertical roller mill 20 for grinding a material is disclosed, wherein the mutually spare multiple roll cement vertical roller mill 20 includes a grinding disc 5, a plurality of grinding roll groups 17, a plurality of swing mechanisms 19, and a hydraulic control device 6, wherein:
the grinding disc 5 is used for placing materials, is mainly used for providing rigid support for the materials, and enables a plurality of grinding roller groups 17 to grind the materials on the grinding disc 5; there may be no particular requirement for the choice of the grating disc 5 in the present invention, as is conventional in the art.
A plurality of grinding roller sets 17 set up in mill 5 top, and the grinding roller quantity of every grinding roller set 17 is two, and the symmetry sets up in mill 5 both sides, and the grinding roller of two symmetries together swings the grinding cement material, and other grinding rollers are out of work simultaneously.

The specific realization method is that the first grinding roller 1 and the third grinding roller 3 are connected with the hydraulic control device 6 through one control valve, the second grinding roller 2 and the fourth grinding roller 4 are connected with the hydraulic control device 6 through another control valve, and the two control valves are connected in parallel with the hydraulic control device 6 to realize control.
When the control mode is implemented, each grinding roller can be connected to the hydraulic control device 6 through one control valve independently, and each grinding roller can be controlled independently through the hydraulic control device 6. Meanwhile, the first grinding roller and the second grinding roller do not work simultaneously, so that the working time of the whole vertical mill is longer, and the maintenance and the adjustment are more convenient.
Referring to fig. 2, the swing mechanism 19 disclosed in this embodiment further includes a swing arm 11 and a swing cylinder 7, the swing cylinder 7 is disposed on the base frame, and the swing cylinder 7 is connected to the corresponding grinding roller through the swing arm 11. The swing mechanism 19 further disclosed in this embodiment further includes a pin 18, and the swing arm 11 is hinged to the swing cylinder 7 through the pin 18, but the swing mechanism 19 disclosed in this embodiment is not limited.
The pressurizing structure of the grinding roller set 17 of the invention is different from the prior pressurizing structure, and as shown in figure 1, the invention utilizes the rodless cavity of the swing oil cylinder 7 to push the swing arm 11 upwards, and utilizes the reaction force of the swing arm 11 to grind cement clinker on the grinding roller. According to the principle that the pressure is larger when the pressure intensity is larger than the area of the rodless cavity, the lever principle is reasonably utilized, and the swing arm 11 transmits torque to pressurize the grinding roller.
In a preferred embodiment, please refer to fig. 1 and 2, further comprising a bottom frame 9, wherein the bottom frame 9 is disposed around the grinding disc 5, the swing mechanism 19 is disposed on the bottom frame 9, and the bottom frame 9 is mainly used for providing a rigid support for the swing mechanism 19 and forming a sealed space with the middle housing.
The hydraulic control device 6 is connected to the plurality of swing mechanisms 19, as shown in fig. 1, the hydraulic control device 6 can selectively control one of the grinding roller sets 17 of the plurality of grinding roller sets 17 to swing for grinding the material through the plurality of swing mechanisms 19, and the rest of the grinding roller sets 17 do not work. The swing oil cylinder 7 of each grinding roller disclosed in the embodiment is independently connected to the hydraulic control device 6, the hydraulic control device 6 controls the grinding rollers to swing together with the symmetrical grinding rollers to grind cement materials, and meanwhile, the rest grinding rollers do not work.
In a preferred embodiment, referring again to fig. 1, the multiple roll cement vertical roller mill 20, which is ready for use, further comprises a middle housing 10, a plurality of bridge plates 12 and a bearing seat 13 arranged on each bridge plate 12, wherein the middle housing 10 is arranged above the underframe 9 and covers the grinding disc 5, one end of each grinding roll passes through the middle housing 10 and is positioned in the middle housing 10, the other end of each grinding roll is arranged outside the middle housing 10 and is connected with a swing arm 11, and the swing arm 11 is arranged on the bearing seat 13.
In a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the multi-roll cement vertical roller mill 20, which is prepared for each other, further comprises a sealing plate 8 detachably disposed at a position corresponding to each grinding roller passing through the middle housing 10 and connected to each grinding roller, and the middle housing 10 is provided with a connecting hole corresponding to the sealing plate 8, and the middle housing 10 is sealed when the sealing plate 8 is placed in the corresponding connecting hole.
In another preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 1 again, the multi-roll cement vertical roller mill 20 for mutual standby further comprises a sealing cover plate 14, which is arranged on the middle shell 10 and corresponds to the position of each grinding roll, when the grinding roll needs to be maintained, a pair of opposite grinding rolls are disassembled for maintenance, the disassembled grinding roll is plugged by using the sealing cover plate 14, and the connecting hole of the detachable sealing plate 8 is directly used for plugging.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the top of the middle housing 10 is further provided with an outwardly protruding ring plate 15, and the ring plate 15 is used for winding and supporting the pipes of the multi-roll cement vertical roller mill 20 which are spare to each other, so that the grinding roller pipes can be well arranged, and the design of the whole vertical mill is simple and the occupied space is small. In another preferred embodiment, a plurality of clips 16 are further provided on the ring plate 15 for fixing the pipes 71 of the multi-roll cement vertical roller mill 20 in standby with each other to prevent the pipes 71 from loosening or slipping off.
