The dry powder 44 is filled in the shell 42 of the dry powder extinguisher 39, the explosive cartridge 45 is filled with explosive, and when the detection value of the second temperature sensor 40 and/or the second flame sensor 41 reaches the set value, the second temperature sensor 40 and/or the second flame sensor 41 transmits an electric signal to the controller 29. The controller 29 activates the electric initiator 48 to detonate the explosive cartridge 45, and after the explosive cartridge 45 is detonated, the sealed aluminum platinum 43 is blasted and the dry powder 44 is scattered into the engine compartment 38 to extinguish the fire. When the electric transfer link of fire fails, the electric initiator 48 fails to detonate the explosive cartridge 45, and when the temperature reaches the detonation set value of the thermal initiator 47, the thermal initiator 47 detonates the explosive cartridge 45, and after the explosive cartridge 45 detonates, the sealed aluminum platinum 43 is blasted, and the dry powder 44 is scattered into the engine room 38 to extinguish fire.
During operation of the fire safety protection system for public transportation vehicles, when the first temperature sensor and/or the first smoke detector 28 detects that the temperature and/or the smoke concentration in the carriage 27 reach the set values, the controller 29 sends alarm information to the operation display terminal 30; alarm information to be started of the spraying fire fighting device and the window breaker 31 are displayed respectively; when the driver obtains the alarm information, identifying whether fire actually occurs, if the fire actually occurs, the driver performs manual operation on the operation display terminal 30, the spraying fire-fighting device is started, the electromagnetic valve 33 is opened, the spraying fire-fighting device performs fire-extinguishing operation, if the fire does not occur, the driver closes the spraying fire-fighting device on the operation display terminal 30 to alarm, the spraying fire-fighting device is not started, and if the alarm time reaches a set value, the driver does not perform the above operation, the controller 29 controls the electromagnetic valve 33 to be automatically opened, and the spraying fire-fighting device performs fire-extinguishing operation; when the fire electromagnetic valve 33 cannot be opened, the operation valve 34 is opened, and the spray fire-fighting device is started to perform fire-extinguishing operation; when a driver obtains alarm information, identifying whether fire actually occurs, if the fire actually occurs, the driver also performs manual operation on the operation display terminal 30, the window breaker 31 is started, the gas generator 9 is powered on, the window breaker 31 is started, if no fire occurs, the driver closes the window breaker on the operation display terminal 30 to alarm, the window breaker 31 is not started, if the alarm time reaches a set value, the driver does not perform the above operation, the controller 29 also controls the gas generator 9 to be powered on, and the window breaker 31 is started; when the automatic window breaking is not started or the window breaking is unsuccessful, the passenger takes off the end cover 8 of the window breaker 31, and manually breaks the window by manually beating the manual handle 20. The controller 29 is provided with a judgment, recognition and operation time for the driver, so that misoperation in the automatic control process can be sufficiently avoided, and unnecessary loss and panic of passengers are avoided.
When the detection value of the second temperature sensor 40 and/or the second flame sensor 41 reaches the set value, the second temperature sensor 40 and/or the second flame sensor 41 transmits an electric signal to the controller 29, and the operation display terminal 30 displays the fire information in the engine compartment 38; the controller 29 controls the electric initiator 48 to act to detonate the explosive cartridge 45, a large amount of gas is generated after the explosive cartridge 45 is detonated, the sealed aluminum platinum 43 is blasted, and the dry powder 44 is scattered into the engine room 38 to extinguish the fire; when the electric transfer link fails, the electric initiator 48 fails to detonate the explosive cartridge 45, and when the temperature reaches the detonation set value of the thermal initiator 47, the thermal initiator 47 detonates the explosive cartridge 45, a large amount of gas is generated after the explosive cartridge 45 detonates, the sealed aluminum platinum 43 is blasted, and the dry powder 44 is scattered into the engine compartment 38 to extinguish fire.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the control method of the fire safety protection system for public transportation vehicles provided by the present invention, when the first temperature sensor and/or the first smoke detector 28 detects that the temperature and/or the smoke concentration in the carriage 27 reaches the set value, the controller 29 sends out the alarm information; when a driver does not operate, the window breaker 31 and the spray fire-fighting device perform linkage operation, the driver closes the alarm information of the window breaker 31 or the spray fire-fighting device, and the corresponding window breaker 31 or the spray fire-fighting device does not start operation.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the control method of the fire safety protection system for public transportation vehicles provided by the present invention, when the liquid level sensor 36 detects that the liquid level of the gas-liquid tank 32 is lower than or higher than the set value, the controller 29 sends out alarm information, and the alarm information is not released until the personnel adjusts the liquid level of the gas-liquid tank 32 to the normal liquid level; when the pressure sensor 37 detects that the gas pressure of the gas-liquid tank 32 is lower than the set value, the controller 29 gives an alarm message, and the alarm message is not released until the person adjusts the gas pressure of the gas-liquid tank 32 to the normal pressure.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the fire safety protection system for public transportation vehicles is provided, in which the mounting plate 3 of the window breaker 31 has a mounting seat 25 for connection with a window frame, and a mounting hole 26 provided on the mounting seat 25.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the fire-fighting safety protection system for the public transportation vehicle is provided, wherein the end of the manual striker pin 7 of the window breaker 31, which is close to the mounting plate 3, is provided with a conical thimble 18, and the middle part of the manual striker pin is provided with a cylindrical boss 19 which is in sliding connection with the manual sliding cavity 11. The cylindrical boss 19 ensures that the manual striker pin 7 slides along the manual sliding cavity 11 without falling off and deviating in direction.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the fire protection system for public transportation vehicles is provided, the gas generator 9 of the window breaker 31 is located in the closed cavity between the end of the automatic sliding cavity 12 far away from the through hole 13 and the automatic striker 10, one side of the automatic sliding cavity 12 is provided with a hole for the cable to pass through, the sealing gasket 15 and the closed nut 24 are installed in the hole, and the sealing gasket 15 and the closed nut 24 seal the closed cavity.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the fire safety protection system for public transportation vehicles further comprises a smoke detector or temperature detector 17 connected in parallel with the start button 16 and controlling the start of the gas generator 9, and a control circuit connected with the smoke detector or temperature detector. When a fire occurs, the smoke detector or the temperature detector 17 in the carriage transmits detection data to a control circuit connected with the smoke detector or the temperature detector through an electric signal, after the detection data reach a system set value, the control circuit automatically outputs a starting signal, and after the gas generator 9 is controlled to be electrified, chemical agents in the gas generator 9 are detonated to work, and the automatic striker 10 is pushed to act, so that the automatic window breaking is realized.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the present invention provides a fire safety protection system for public transportation vehicles, wherein the sealing aluminum platinum 43 is fixed at the open end of the housing 42 by the circular collar 49; the thermal initiator 47 is connected with the explosive cartridge 45 through a first glass fiber tube 50 and a plug tube 51; the electrical initiator 48 is connected to the explosive cartridge 45 by a second fiberglass tube 52. The first glass fiber tube 50 and the second glass fiber tube 52 have the functions of heat insulation and insulation, the reliability of the dry powder fire extinguisher 39 is improved, and the plug tube 51 is convenient to connect.
Compared with the traditional window breaking hammer, the window breaking device 31 provided by the technical scheme of the invention avoids the defects of easy loss, high operation difficulty, weak window breaking capability and the like of the traditional window breaking hammer. The window breaker 31 is high in automation degree, and the window breaking can be realized without any operation by a passenger by pressing the start button 16 by a driver, so that the window breaking efficiency is improved, and the reliability of the window breaking is also improved. Under the effect of the reset spring 5, the manual striker 7 is reset, the manual part can repeatedly break the window, when the manual handle 20 is shot, if the window cannot be successfully broken because of insufficient strength, under the effect of the reset spring 5, the manual striker 7 can quickly and automatically rebound and reset, and the next manual window breaking is performed.
According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the manual striker pin 7, the automatic striker pin 10, the double-channel double-safety scheme is adopted, and the automatic operation and the manual operation are not mutually influenced, so that the reliability of breaking the window is improved.
The gas-liquid tank 32 adopts a gas-liquid integrated type, compared with the mode of arranging a liquid tank and a gas tank in the prior art, the defects that the two are in need of coordination and cooperation, a connecting pipeline is easy to leak and the like can be avoided, and the reliability can be improved.
The technical proposal provided by the invention is provided with the second temperature sensor 40 and/or the second flame sensor 41, the controller 29 can automatically detonate the explosive cartridge 45, and the thermal initiator 47 detonates the explosive cartridge 45, thereby improving the reliability.
The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, but various changes and modifications can be made within the spirit of the present invention as defined in the appended claims and description, and the same technical problems can be solved and the intended technical effects can be obtained, so that it is not repeated.
