Abstract
The invention discloses a steam sterilizer, which comprises a cylinder body and a cylinder cover, wherein an inner cylinder with an open top is arranged in the cylinder body, a solution is arranged in the cylinder body, a heating pipe is arranged in the solution, a steam channel is formed between the inner side wall of the cylinder body and the outer side wall of the inner cylinder, and the upper end of the inner cylinder is provided with a blocking ring for opening or closing the steam channel. The invention has simple structure and convenient operation, can sterilize articles, simultaneously dries the sterilized articles and improves the qualified rate of sterilized products.

The present invention relates to a steam sterilizer.
Background
The pressure steam sterilizer is a rapid and reliable sterilization device for articles by utilizing saturated pressure steam, and has the advantages of rapid heating, thorough sterilization, safety and reliability, and no need of adding extra disinfectant, thereby being widely applied to the unit places of medical sanitation, scientific research, agriculture, food industry and the like, and being a main method for sterilizing high-temperature resistant articles at present.
In pressure steam sterilization equipment, a small vertical sterilizer and a portable sterilizer which are simple to operate, light, convenient and relatively low in cost can meet the sterilization requirement of articles with small loading capacity, so that the sterilizer is widely applied to places such as medical institutions, research rooms, tissue culture factories, food factories and beauty parlors.
However, the conventional vertical pressure steam sterilizer and the portable pressure steam sterilizer have a simple structure, and only heat the water filled in the cylinder by the temperature rising device in a sealed environment to form high pressure steam, thereby achieving a sterilization effect, and in addition, generally have no other additional functions. Therefore, in some vertical sterilizers and portable sterilizers on the market at present, because the water vapor is directly evaporated above the inner barrel, the hot and humid air sinks when being cooled, and is attached to the surface of the sterilization package to influence the drying effect. For insufficiently dried articles, the surfaces may form open fluid pathways that allow microorganisms to pass through the sterile packaging into the sterilized article, resulting in unacceptable sterilization.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims at the problems in the prior art and provides a steam sterilizer which has simple structure and convenient operation, can sterilize articles and simultaneously dry and sterilize articles.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a portable or vertical steam sterilizer comprises a cylinder body 1 and a cylinder cover 2, an inner cylinder 3 with an open top is arranged in the cylinder body 1, a water solution 5 is arranged in the cylinder body 1, a heating pipe 6 is arranged in the water solution 5, a steam channel is formed between the inner side wall of the cylinder body 1 and the outer side wall of the inner cylinder 3, and a separation ring 4 for opening or closing the steam channel is arranged at the upper end of the inner cylinder 3. The separation ring 4 is made of high-temperature-resistant rubber, and the section of the separation ring 4 is in a shape of an inverted right angle, a triangle, a square or a circle.
In this embodiment, the bottom of the inner barrel 3 is provided with an opening, the opening is connected with one end of the exhaust member 7, the other end of the exhaust member 7 is fixed at the bottom of the barrel 1, and a silica gel sealing ring 8 is arranged at the joint of the opening and the exhaust member 7 (the silica gel sealing ring 8 has a one-way function and can only exhaust air, and the aqueous solution 5 in the barrel 1 cannot enter the inner barrel 3). Further, a PT100 temperature sensor is provided on the exhaust port 7. The PT100 temperature sensor can sense temperature, can effectively adjust water temperature, and can better achieve the effects of sterilization and drying.
In this embodiment, a tripod 9 is provided in the cylinder 1, and an inner barrel 3 is provided at the upper end of the tripod 9. The tripod 9 is arranged in the barrel body 1 and used for fixing the inner barrel 3. This arrangement facilitates better securing of the inner barrel 3 within the barrel 1.
In this embodiment, the cylinder cover 2 is provided with a safety valve 10. When the pressure in the cylinder body 1 reaches a certain value, the safety valve 10 can be automatically opened to release the pressure, so that the pressure in the cylinder body 1 is prevented from continuously rising, and the sterilizer is protected.
The invention utilizes the gap between the barrel 1 and the inner barrel 3 to form a steam channel, and a blocking ring 4 made of high-temperature resistant rubber is arranged. The placement of the baffle ring 4 is shown in figure 1, the structural view of the baffle ring 4 is shown in one of figure 2, and it should be understood that the cross-sectional view of the baffle ring 4 shown in figure 2 is only a partial structure in a plurality of styles, in order to make the patent of the invention easier to understand. Indeed, it is within the scope of the present invention for the barrier collar 4 to have a similar conditionally selective vapor barrier effect.
The present embodiment is a portable pressure steam sterilizer with a volume of 20L (main structure is shown in FIG. 1). Meanwhile, a portable pressure steam sterilizer of the same volume without the barrier ring 4 was used as a control example (the main structure is shown in FIG. 5).
The working principle of the invention is as follows: as shown in figure 1, firstly distilled water is added into a cylinder body 1, an inner barrel 3 is installed by taking a tripod 9 and an exhaust member 7 which are welded at the bottom of the cylinder body 1 as supports, a silica gel sealing ring 8 is installed at the joint of an opening at the bottom of the inner barrel 3 and the exhaust member 7, articles to be sterilized are placed in the silica gel sealing ring, and a blocking ring 4 is fixedly installed at the edge of the opening of the inner barrel 3, so that a sealed space is formed between the cylinder body 1 and the inner barrel 3. As shown in fig. 2, the barrier ring 4 is placed in an inverted right angle style.
As shown in fig. 3, the cartridge cover 2 is closed and heating is started. The gas pressure in the cylinder 1 increases as the container is heated. When the pressure rises to a certain value, the blocking ring 4 with the inverted-right-angle structure is pushed open by the water vapor in the cylinder body 1, the water vapor can enter the inner barrel 3, the cold air in the inner barrel 3 is discharged through the opening at the bottom of the inner barrel 3 and the exhaust member 7 through the cold discharging procedure of the sterilizer, the water vapor is uniformly diffused in the cylinder body 1, high-temperature saturated steam is obtained, and the sterilization purpose is achieved through constant temperature and time keeping.
Referring to fig. 4, after reaching the predetermined temperature and maintaining constant temperature and pressure for a certain time, the heating is stopped after the sterilization is completed, the safety valve 10 is opened to reduce the pressure in the sterilizer to zero, and at this time, the separation ring 4 is closed again, so that a sealed space is formed between the barrel body 1 and the inner barrel 3 again. The cover 2 is opened, and the high-temperature residual heat of the water in the sterilized cylinder body 1 is used as a drying heat source. Because the isolating ring 4 is closed, and under the action of the silica gel sealing ring 8, hot water in the cylinder body 1 cannot diffuse to the inner barrel 3, and the humidity in the inner barrel 3 cannot be increased; the sealed space between the cylinder body 1 and the inner barrel 3 keeps a certain temperature, the damp and hot air in the inner barrel 3 is continuously discharged outwards, meanwhile, the cold air outside is continuously supplemented, so that the moisture on the surface of the sterilized article is continuously evaporated outwards, and the aim of quick drying is finally achieved. The drying purpose is achieved, and the drying temperature is 40-100 ℃.
As shown in figure 5, in the comparison example without the baffle ring 4, because the high-temperature residual water in the cylinder body continuously evaporates outwards, a damp and hot air mass is formed above the cylinder opening of the sterilizer, and the damp and hot air mass condenses into water after being cooled and adheres to the surface of the sterilized article, so that the damp and hot air cannot be discharged, and the sterilized article cannot be dried.
Therefore, the barrier ring 4 provided by the invention can increase the drying effect of a vertical pressure steam sterilizer or a portable pressure steam sterilizer, and maintain the sterility of sterilized articles.
