Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健食品,尤其是一种糖尿人群食用粥类的配方及制备方法。
背景技术
目前糖尿病患者逐年增加,糖尿病分为1型和2型,前者患病少,病程短,对胰岛素治疗效果好;而后者患病率高,病程长,有严重的合并症,对胰岛素等治疗效果差,要想控制好病情,除了积极治疗,还要避免常犯的一些错误。专家提醒,血糖和血脂控制不佳的患者不妨从自己身上找找原因。美国俄勒冈卫生与科技大学糖尿病健康中心主任安德鲁·阿曼博士表示,糖尿病患者看医生的时间是有限的,在99.9%的时间里,糖友是自己的“医生”。如果不了解糖尿病,不了解自己的身体状况,饮食、锻炼、吃药的效果就会打折扣。不控制饮食。饮食治疗是糖尿病治疗的基础,其目的是减轻胰岛β细胞的负担,以帮助其恢复功能。有的人认为吃降糖药了就不用控制饮食,大吃大喝,甚至大量饮酒。还有的人错误地认为控制饮食,生活就没有质量了,其结果必然是血糖和血脂长期居高不下。并且传统的粥类食品中含有淀粉较多,患者食用后极易造成血糖快速升高威胁生命的情况。
因此,设计出一种糖尿人群食用粥类的配方及制备方法是业界亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种糖尿人群食用粥类的配方,包括:苦荞30—40克、莜麦20—30克、糙米20克—30克、大豆蛋白或者花生蛋白10—20克、薏仁米5—10克、葛根5—10克、淮山药5—10克、白扁豆5—10克、麦芽糊精5—10克、木糖醇2—5克、乳酸钙200—700毫克、乳酸亚铁4—8毫克、乳酸锌4—11毫克、维生素B1:1—1.75毫克、维生素B2:1—1.75毫克、维生素C:30—75毫克、阿斯巴甜。
进一步地,所述阿斯巴甜含有苯丙氨酸。
本发明还提出一种糖尿人群食用粥类的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将苦荞、莜麦、糙米、大豆蛋白或者花生蛋白、薏仁米、葛根、淮山药、白扁豆、麦芽糊精加入适量的水并用温火熬粥;
步骤二:将木糖醇、乳酸钙、乳酸亚铁、乳酸锌、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C、阿斯巴甜溶解于水成溶液;
步骤三:将溶液加入熬粥即可。
与现有的技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:

本发明提供一种糖尿人群食用粥类的配方,包括:苦荞35克、莜麦25克、糙米20克—30克、大豆蛋白或者花生蛋白15克、薏仁米7.5克、葛根7.5克、淮山药7.5克、白扁豆7.5克、麦芽糊精7.5克、木糖醇2.5克、乳酸钙500毫克、乳酸亚铁6毫克、乳酸锌6毫克、维生素B1:1.25毫克、维生素B2:1.25毫克、维生素C:55毫克、阿斯巴甜。
优选一实施例,阿斯巴甜含有苯丙氨酸。
其中,上述一种糖尿人群食用粥类的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将苦荞、莜麦、糙米、大豆蛋白或者花生蛋白、薏仁米、葛根、淮山药、白扁豆、麦芽糊精加入适量的水并用温火熬粥;
步骤二:将木糖醇、乳酸钙、乳酸亚铁、乳酸锌、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C、阿斯巴甜溶解于水成溶液;
步骤三:将溶液加入熬粥即可。

3.一种糖尿人群食用粥类的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将苦荞、莜麦、糙米、大豆蛋白或者花生蛋白、薏仁米、葛根、淮山药、白扁豆、麦芽糊精加入适量的水并用温火熬粥;
步骤二:将木糖醇、乳酸钙、乳酸亚铁、乳酸锌、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C、阿斯巴甜溶解于水成溶液;
