Abstract

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of communication equipment, in particular to a fan control panel and a fan plug-in box.
Background
With the higher and higher service rate and larger cross capacity of optical communication bearing, the power consumption of the whole subrack is also larger and larger, and the heat dissipation pressure is also larger and larger, so that the reliability of the fan plug box must meet higher requirements. However, due to the space limitation of the sub-rack and the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) area of the PCB controlling the operation of the fans to ensure the efficient air exchange efficiency of the fans, one PCB is shared by 6 or 8 fans in one fan box. Once a PCB fails, all fans stall may cause the temperature of the PCB to momentarily rise outside of the normal operating temperature range.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides a fan control board and a fan insert box, so as to solve the problem of how to protect a PCB board in a fixed installation space.

Taking fig. 1 as an example, the A, B device in fig. 1 is installed on the first surface 111 of the PCB 11, the installation position (+ X position, where X is greater than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 0.5L, and L is the length of the PCB) of the a device and the installation position (-X position) of the B device are bilaterally symmetrical at the midpoint position O, the height of the a device is h1, and the height of the B device is h 2; the A1 and B1 devices are installed on the first surface 121 of the PCB 12, the installation position of the A1 device and the installation position of the B1 device are bilaterally symmetrical by a midpoint position O, the height of the A1 device is h1, and the height of the B1 device is h 2; the sum of the heights of the a1 and B devices h1+ h2< Hz, and the sum of the heights of the a and B1 devices h1+ h2< Hz.
It is conceivable that the height of the device itself, if high, may be offset from other devices when mounted on a PCB. Still taking fig. 1 as an example, the height of the C device is higher, and when the C device is mounted on the first surface 111 of the PCB 11, other devices are not mounted at the symmetrical positions, that is, the C device is staggered from other devices, so that the sum of the heights of the devices is prevented from being larger than Hz, and the height of the mounting space of the fan control board is increased.
In this embodiment, the PCB boards 12 stacked on the lower side are fixedly mounted, and the PCB boards 11 stacked on the upper side are floatingly mounted.
In particular, the fixing member 13 may comprise a stud and a nut (not shown in the drawings), and the PCB is provided with a stud hole corresponding to the stud, for example, as shown at 115 on the PCB 11;
the PCB 12 stacked below is fixed and limited by the fit of the stud and the nut, and limited left and right by a first positioning pin 122;

In this embodiment, the stud includes a stud body and a stud head; the diameter of the stud head is smaller than that of the stud hole; the height of the stud head is greater than the thickness Hp of the PCB.
Illustratively, the stud hole 115 on the PCB 11 has an oval shape, and the oval stud hole 115 has a size of 5.8mm by 5.3mm, i.e., a major axis is 5.8mm, a minor axis is 5.3mm, and a stud head has a diameter of 5.0mm, so that the stud head can float left and right without limitation. The thickness Hp of the PCB board 11 is 2.4mm, the height of the stud head is 2.6mm, therefore, the thickness of the stud head and the PCB board can realize the upper and lower floating of 0.2mm without limit.
Further, the PCB board further includes a power socket (shown in fig. 114, 124) and a signal socket (shown in fig. 113, 123); the first alignment pin 122, the second alignment pin 112, the power receptacle and the signal receptacle are located on the same side of the fan control board.
Furthermore, a positioning pin (not shown in the attached drawings) is installed on the first surface of the PCB board, and the positioning pin can ensure accurate positioning during PCB installation.
According to the fan control board provided by the embodiment of the invention, through two identical PCB boards, each PCB board drives one group of fans to operate; the protection of the fan drive control is realized under the conditions that the structure of the fan inserting box is not changed and the installation space of the fan control panel is not increased.
Second embodiment
A second embodiment of the present invention provides a fan box, which includes a box body, two sets of fans, and a fan control board;
the fan control board can refer to the description of the first embodiment, and is not described herein.
The two groups of fans are positioned in the box body; the fan control panel is connected with the two groups of fans and used for driving the two groups of fans to operate.
It should be noted that the number of the fans may be 6 or 8, and the specific number is not limited herein.
According to the fan inserting box disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, each PCB drives one group of fans to operate through two identical PCBs; the protection of the fan drive control is realized under the conditions that the structure of the fan inserting box is not changed and the installation space of the fan control panel is not increased.
