When in use: as shown in fig. 4, the device is installed on a working platform or a table top through an installation hole 902, when the device works, a circuit board G is inserted into a jig main body seat 1 from a board inlet groove 101, because a row of rollers 901 as shown in fig. 2 are installed in the jig main body seat 1, the circuit board G with a longer section as shown in fig. 8 can realize the streamline operation, a pull handle 3 is loosened, the bottom end of the pull handle 3 can be clamped to the inserted circuit board G, a welding gun H is held by a hand as shown in fig. 8, the welding gun H is moved from one position to another position, a slide rod 8 is adjusted, a baffle 802 at the terminal end is close to the position where a component is inserted into the top surface of the circuit board G, the component is welded and melted or welded and installed, most of the generated gas is blocked by the baffle 802 made of transparent material, and the blocking moment is sucked out by an external dust suction device which is connected to a smoke suction pipe 7 on the side surface, concentration and smell are reduced, and because the baffle 802 is two positions which are symmetrically distributed, a worker can operate in a flexible direction according to the position of an inserted component on the circuit board G, and because the baffle 802 slides left and right through the connected slide bars 8 and stretches back and forth under the action of the damping type sleeve 801, the flexible practicability is higher.
