the electricity price setting unit is used for setting the same charging pricing for all charging piles in the charging pile alliance chain;
and the guiding unit is used for guiding the charging pile enterprise to issue the special permit based on charging pricing, so that the user can obtain charging transaction preference by using the special permit.
The invention provides a charging pile accounting management device.A charging pile alliance chain of an electric automobile is established in an establishing unit, a guarantee fund paid by a charging pile operation enterprise for winning an accounting right is obtained through an obtaining unit, a fund pool is generated according to the guarantee fund, and accounting right distribution is carried out on accounting nodes based on the guarantee fund in a determining unit; and allocating commission fees extracted according to the charging transaction to the accounting nodes actually participating in accounting in the incentive unit and the bidding unit, and indicating charging pile operation enterprises to issue general certificates according to the allocated fees, and simultaneously issuing special certificates. Therefore, the consensus mechanism based on the alliance chain solves the trust problem of each charging pile enterprise, realizes unified charging payment, encourages each enterprise to deploy and maintain accounting nodes by utilizing the incentive mechanism generated by obtaining the certificates, enhances the safety of the alliance chain, enables the user to consume by using the certificates, stimulates the bidding of each enterprise, and further can ensure the benefits of the user.

Claims (6)
1. A charging pile accounting management method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
establishing a charging pile alliance chain of the electric automobile, wherein the charging pile alliance chain comprises a transaction node and a billing node, the transaction node represents a charging pile, and the billing node represents a node with a charging fee billing function for operation and maintenance of a charging pile operation enterprise;
obtaining a guarantee fund paid by the charging pile operation enterprises for winning the accounting right, and generating a fund pool according to the guarantee fund, wherein the fund pool is used for promoting and exciting the charging operation enterprises in the charging pile alliance chain;
determining accounting nodes participating in accounting according to the deposit paid by each charging pile operation enterprise in the fund pool;
acquiring a commission charge matched with each charging transaction in each billing turn, distributing the commission charge to a billing node actually participating in billing, and indicating a charging pile operation enterprise corresponding to the billing node actually participating in billing to issue a general voucher corresponding to the distributed commission charge so as to realize the billing incentive of the charging pile operation enterprise, wherein the billing node actually participating in billing is a billing node which is generated in a block in the current round of billing and participates in billing, the general voucher is used for being sent to a user, and the user carries out the charging transaction in the charging pile based on the general voucher;
when the charging pile operation enterprise issues a special permit and sends the special permit to a user, a charging pile identifier is set for a charging pile corresponding to the charging pile operation enterprise, the special permit is indicated to be used for charging transaction of a charging pile matched with the special permit, and bidding encouragement of the charging pile operation enterprise is achieved, wherein the special permit has the charging pile identifier;
and after the user uses the general certificate of affairs and the special certificate of affairs to carry out charging transaction, the charge settlement of the charging pile operation enterprise is carried out according to the transaction fees corresponding to the general certificate of affairs and the special certificate of affairs.

The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the commission fee matched with each charging transaction in each accounting turn, the distributing of the commission fee to the accounting node actually participating in accounting, and the instructing of the charging pile operating enterprise corresponding to the accounting node actually participating in accounting to issue the general purpose certificate corresponding to the distributed commission fee comprises:
in each accounting turn, extracting and acquiring the commission charge of each charging transaction according to a preset proportion, and calculating to generate a total commission charge;
judging whether accounting nodes participating in accounting generate blocks in the accounting rounds or not, if so, determining the accounting nodes as the accounting nodes actually participating in accounting, wherein M blocks are generated in each accounting round, and M is a positive integer;
when the block number meets a preset number M, distributing the total commission charge to an accounting node actually participating in accounting, wherein the Mth block records the transaction of commission charge distribution;
and indicating a charging pile operation enterprise with an actual accounting node participating in accounting to issue a general voucher corresponding to the distributed commission charge, and realizing accounting incentive of the charging pile operation enterprise, wherein the general voucher is used for being sent to a user, and the user carries out charging transaction in the charging pile based on the general voucher.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
charging pile setting corresponding to charging pile owned by corresponding charging pile operation enterprise in charging pile alliance chain
A charging pile identifier;
setting the same charging pricing for all charging piles in a charging pile alliance chain;
based on the charging pricing, guiding the charging pile operation enterprise to issue special general certificates so as to ensure that
