Abstract
The invention discloses a pipe joint which comprises a joint body (10), a pipe body (30) and a screwing nut (50) sleeved on the pipe body (30), wherein the joint body (10) is provided with a first matching surface (13), the pipe body (30) is provided with a second matching surface (32) matched with the first matching surface (13), the screwing nut (50) is connected with and tensions the joint body (10) and the pipe body (30), the pipe body (30) is provided with an outward convex annular shoulder part (34), the screwing nut (50) is provided with an inward convex inner ring (52), and the pipe joint further comprises an elastic sealing element (70) arranged between the shoulder part (34) and the inner ring (52). According to the pipe joint, the elastic sealing element is arranged between the screwing nut and the pipe body, the restoring force of the elastic sealing element can enhance the contact fit between the pipe body and the joint body, and the sealing performance is better.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to a pipe joint.
Background
The pipe joint is a part for connecting a pipeline in a hydraulic system or installing the pipeline on a hydraulic component, and is widely applied to the hydraulic system. Fig. 1 shows a conventional pipe joint in the prior art, which includes a joint body 10, a pipe body 30 and a tightening nut 100, wherein the tightening nut 100 causes the joint body 10 and the pipe body 30 to abut against each other, thereby completing the connection between the joint body 10 and the pipe body 30, but after a period of use or vibration occurs, the tightening nut 100 is easily loosened, which results in leakage due to poor sealing.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems occurring in the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a pipe joint having a better sealing performance, in which a nut is not easily loosened.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the pipe joint comprises a joint body, a pipe body and a screwing nut sleeved on the pipe body, wherein the joint body is provided with a first matching surface, the pipe body is provided with a second matching surface matched with the first matching surface, the screwing nut is connected and tightened with the joint body and the pipe body, the pipe body is provided with an outer convex annular shoulder, the screwing nut is provided with an inner convex inner ring, and the pipe joint further comprises an elastic sealing element arranged between the shoulder and the inner ring.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further non-limiting detail with reference to the following preferred embodiments and accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, a pipe joint according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a joint body 10, a pipe body 30, a tightening nut 50, and an elastic sealing member 70.
As shown in fig. 3, a pipe thread 11 connected to a metal pipe (not shown) is provided at one end of a coupling body 10, and a fastening portion 12 having a hexagonal cross-section is provided at the middle thereof, and the fastening portion 12 can be clamped by a tool such as a spanner to facilitate mounting and dismounting when the pipe coupling is mounted; the joint body 10 further includes a first mating surface 13 provided at the other end thereof and a fastening thread 14 provided between the first mating surface 13 and the fastening member 12.
As shown in fig. 4, the pipe body 30 includes a pipe portion 31 and an annular shoulder portion 34 provided at one end of the pipe portion 31 to protrude outward, and the end is further provided with a second mating surface 32 that mates with the first mating surface 13. The first mating surface 13 and the second mating surface 32 may be vertical planes that mate with each other, or may be tapered surfaces that mate with each other as in the present embodiment.
As shown in fig. 4, the tightening nut 50 is fitted over the tubular body 30 and has an inner surface provided with an internal thread 51 for engaging with the fastening thread 14 and an inner ring 52 projecting inward. The preferred inner ring 52 engages the outer surface of the tube portion 31.
An elastic seal 70 is provided between the tightening nut 50 and the tubular body 30, in particular between the shoulder 34 and the inner ring 52. The resilient seal 70 may be a conventional seal ring, preferably of rubber.
After the first and second mating surfaces 13, 32 are in contact with each other, the tightening nut 50 is screwed to move the tightening nut 50 toward the connector body 10, and the inner ring 52 presses the elastic sealing member 70 to deform and generate a pressing force between the first and second mating surfaces 13, 32. After the installation is completed, the elastic restoring force of the elastic sealing member 70 continuously applies pressure to the inner ring 52 and the shoulder 34, and the shoulder 34 is pushed leftward. The inner ring 52 is subjected to a rightward force, and the rightward force is further transmitted to the coupling body 10, so that the coupling body 10 is subjected to a rightward force, and the first and second engagement surfaces 13 and 32 are engaged with each other more firmly. Moreover, the elastic restoring force is continuously applied between the internal thread 51 and the fastening thread 14, so that the tightening nut 50 is not easily loosened and is more firmly tightened.
In addition, if a certain leakage occurs between the first and second mating surfaces 13, 32, as shown in fig. 5, the liquid will fill the gap between the tightening nut 50 and the coupling body 10, the tube body 30, and press the upper surface of the elastic sealing member 70, so that the elastic sealing member 70 deforms and is tightly pressed between the shoulder 34, the tube portion 31 and the inner ring 52, thereby enhancing the sealing effect; further, with the pressure F1 of the liquid, the resilient seal 70 will apply greater forces F2 and F3 to the shoulder 34 and the inner ring 52, respectively, thereby increasing the compressive force between the first and second mating surfaces 13, 32 and enhancing the sealing performance. As shown in fig. 6, in order to prevent the elastic seal 70 from being crushed by excessive pressing force when the fastening nut 50 is attached, a step 33 abutting against the shoulder 34 is provided on the tube 31, and the diameter of the step 33 is interposed between the tube 31 and the shoulder 34; the fastening nut 50 is provided with a convex portion 53 which is in close proximity to the inner ring 52 and engages with the stepped portion 33; when the inner ring 52 abuts against the step 33, the distance between the convex portion 53 and the shoulder portion 34 is slightly smaller than the sectional width of the elastic seal 70, so that the elastic seal 70 is compressed to some extent without being damaged.
According to the pipe joint, the elastic sealing element is arranged between the screwing nut and the pipe body, the restoring force of the elastic sealing element can enhance the contact fit between the pipe body and the joint body, and the sealing performance is better; and when the leakage happens, the elastic sealing element can also strengthen the extrusion force between the pipe body and the joint body by means of liquid pressure, so that the sealing property is enhanced.
