Because the adhesive paper pulling mechanism adopts a reciprocating motion mode to realize adhesive pulling, the problems of adhesive pulling, slow adhesive preparation speed, more mechanism parts, relatively complex structure and the like exist; in addition, since the length L of the single adhesive tape 50a is adjusted by adjusting the stroke of the cylinder and displaying the scale, there are problems of insufficient precision, cumbersome operation, long time consumption, and the like.

The invention provides a rubberizing device 10, wherein the rubberizing device 10 adopts a mode of transversely feeding adhesive paper 500 to realize rubberizing, namely: the transfer direction of the gummed paper 500 (i.e., indicated by arrow M50 in the figure) is parallel to the moving direction of the base material 20 (i.e., indicated by arrow M20 in the figure). Specifically, the single gummed paper 50 is rectangular, having a set length L and width W. The cutting of the individual gummed papers 50 is extended in the width direction of the gummed paper 500. The pulling roller 11 is supported by sliding or rolling bearings (not shown), such as: the bearing is installed on the rubberizing platform 19. The rubberizing platform 19 is driven by the cylinder 18, and can drive the glue pulling roller 11 to move linearly between an initial position P1 and a rubberizing position P2. The outer contour of the glue roller 11 is a cylinder, and the outer surface of the glue roller is provided with a plurality of glue carrying surfaces 111 capable of adsorbing the gummed paper 500 thereon. The glue spreading roller 11 can be driven by the tension of the glue paper 500 (i.e. the adsorption force between the glue paper 500 and the glue carrying surface 111) to rotate. When the glue platform 19 is driven by the air cylinder 18 to move the glue pulling roller 11 from the initial position P1 to the gluing position P2 (i.e. moving linearly downward), the single adhesive paper 50 on the glue pulling roller 11 can be correspondingly adhered to the substrate 20 corresponding to the gluing process.
On the contrary, when the glue platform 19 is driven by the cylinder 18 to drive the glue pulling roller 11 to move from the glue applying position P2 to the initial position P1 (i.e. to move linearly upward), corresponding to the glue pulling process, the ratchet and pawl combination mechanism 13 restricts the one-way rotation of the glue pulling roller 11 by a set angle, that is, the gummed paper 500 is pulled by the glue pulling roller 11, and the set width W of a single gummed paper 50 is reached.
The glue pulling roller 11 absorbs the gummed paper 500 in a vacuum mode. Specifically, each glue carrying surface 111 is provided with a plurality of holes, so that the adhesive paper 500 and the single adhesive paper 50 can be adsorbed by using negative pressure. The length dimension of each glue carrying surface 111 is substantially equal to the set length L of the individual sheets of glue 50. The width dimension of each glue carrying surface 111 matches the set width W of a single sheet of glue 50.
The vacuum breaking control range of the glue pulling roller 11 corresponds to the glue carrying surface 111 to release the single gummed paper 50. Specifically, the ratchet-pawl combination mechanism 13 and the vacuum communication mechanism 15 are respectively fixedly installed at two ends of the glue-pulling roller 11. The vacuum communicating mechanism 15 is matched with the glue drawing roller 11 and is used for providing vacuum for adsorbing the gummed paper 500 and breaking the vacuum of the single gummed paper 50.
The glue roller 11 has a polygonal cylindrical outer contour (octagonal in fig. 2 and decagonal in fig. 3), and can absorb the adhesive paper 500 on the polygonal surfaces and rotate under the tension of the adhesive paper 500.
The ratchet and pawl combination mechanism 13 converts the linear movement of the glue pulling roller 11 into a unidirectional rotation of the glue pulling roller 11 by a set angle corresponding to a center angle (45 degrees in fig. 2 and 36 degrees in fig. 3) of a polygonal surface of the glue pulling roller 11, so that the gummed paper 500 can be conveyed parallel to the moving direction of the substrate 20, and at least one polygonal surface can adsorb a single gummed paper 50.
The single adhesive tape 50 is a condition that the adhesive tape 500 can be adhered to the base material 20 after being cut by the cutter unit 106 according to a predetermined requirement. Specifically, each polygonal surface of the glue pulling roller 11 includes a glue carrying surface 111 and two spacing grooves 113 respectively located at two sides of the glue carrying surface 111.
The gummed paper 500 is first conveyed downward to a position close to the upper surface of the base material 20, then conveyed horizontally, and then conveyed around and adsorbed on the surface of the pulling roll 11. With the structure, the glue pulling roller 11 can apply enough uniform pulling force to the gummed paper 500, and the gummed paper 500 can be pulled efficiently and stably.
The cutter mechanism 17 includes a cutter 171 engaged with the glue roller 11 and a cutter glue removing assembly 173 engaged with the cutter 171. The cutter adhesive removing assembly 173 is used to remove the adhesive remaining on the cutter 171. The cutter 171 can cut the adhesive sheet 500 into individual adhesive sheets 50 along the longitudinal direction of the glue pulling roller 11. Specifically, the cutting blade 171 may extend into the spacing groove 113 to cut the adhesive sheet 500 into the individual adhesive sheets 50 along the length direction of the glue roller 11.
The rubberizing platform 19 comprises a vertical plate for mounting the glue pulling roller 11. The vertical plate is driven by the cylinder 18 to move up and down. Wherein, when the rubberizing platform 19 is located at the upper position, it corresponds to the initial position P1 of the glue pulling roller; the gluing station 19, when in the lower position, corresponds to the gluing station P2 of the glue roller. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the cylinder 18 may be implemented using other drive elements, such as a motor.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the glue pulling roller 11 adopts a vacuum manner to absorb the glue paper 500 and the single glue paper 50. Wherein, the vacuum breaking control range of the glue pulling roller 11 corresponds to a polygonal surface of the glue pulling roller 11 to release a single glue paper 50. In other embodiments, the glue roller 11 may electrostatically attract the glue paper 500. Similarly, the static electricity breaking control range of the glue pulling roller 11 corresponds to a polygonal surface of the glue pulling roller 11 to release a single glue paper 50. In this embodiment, the peripheral contour of the glue pulling roller 11 is a polygonal cylinder; accordingly, the glue-carrying surface 111 is a plane. In other embodiments, the peripheral profile of the pulling roll 11 may be a cylinder; accordingly, the glue-carrying surface 111 is a circular arc surface.

The ratchet-pawl combination mechanism 13 comprises a ratchet 135 arranged at one end of the glue drawing roller 11, and a fixed pawl 137 and a follow-up pawl 139 matched with the ratchet 135. The follow-up pawl 139 is mounted on the adhesive applying platform 19 and can move up and down along with the adhesive pulling roller 11. The fixed pawl 137 is fixed to a structure other than the taping platform 19 and does not move up and down with the taping platform 17. When the rubberizing platform 19 drives the glue pulling roller 11 to move from the initial position P1 to the rubberizing position P2, and then returns to the initial position P1 from the rubberizing position P2, the ratchet-pawl combination mechanism 13 restricts the one-way rotation of the glue pulling roller 11 by a set angle.
The operation principle of the rubberizing device 10 substantially comprises: referring to fig. 7 to 10, fig. 7 to 10 are exploded views of the gluing device of the present invention during the gluing process, wherein the gluing platform 19 moves the glue pulling roll 11 from the initial position P1 to the gluing position P2, the follower pawl 139 keeps abutting against the third ratchet 1357 of the ratchet 135, the ratchet 135 cannot rotate, and the fixed pawl 137 is slidingly sprung away from the first ratchet 1353 of the ratchet 135 and is shifted to contact with the second ratchet 1355 adjacent to the first ratchet 1353.
Referring to fig. 11 to 16, fig. 11 to 16 are exploded schematic views of the gluing device of the present invention during the glue drawing process, in which the gluing platform 19 drives the glue drawing roller 11 to return from the gluing position P2 to the initial position P1, while the fixed pawl 137 keeps abutting against the second ratchet 1355 of the ratchet 135, drives the ratchet 11 to rotate (rotate 36 degrees counterclockwise), and the follower pawl 139 shifts to contact with the fourth ratchet 1359 adjacent to the third ratchet 1357.
It should be noted that the above interference means that the specified pawl 137 or the following pawl 139 interferes with the ratchet teeth of the ratchet wheel 135, so that the ratchet wheel 135 cannot rotate; the above contact means that the fixed pawl 137 or the following pawl 139 comes into contact with the ratchet teeth of the ratchet wheel 135, but does not affect the rotation of the ratchet wheel 135.
