本发明公开了一种速干面料及衣物,由速干层、导湿层、织物层组成,衣物面料从内向外分布有所述速干层、所述导湿层、所述织物层,所述速干层、所述导湿层、所述织物层通过针线缝合、胶粘合为一个所述复合面料;复合面料从内向外,将汗液、水分逐层排出,位于最里面的所述速干层面料保持、接近干燥状态,汗液、水分在最外层的所述织物层进行聚集、蒸发;所述速干层为化纤织物制成的面料,将聚酯纤维线材编织为面料,其面料表面有多个微小的通孔,具有良好的疏水、排水的功能;所述导湿层由吸水材料、疏水材料混合织物,通过编织成为网格状结构的面料,其具有吸水、疏水、导水的功能;所述织物层为化纤、棉、麻材料编织制成的面料,具有一定的吸水、储水的功能。其特别适合用于秋冬季天气转凉及气温较低时,进行运动时穿着使用。

一种速干面料及衣物
技术领域
本发明涉及速干面料,尤其涉及从内向外逐层排汗且内干外湿效果的速干衣面料。
背景技术
背景技术
现有的速干衣,通过材料及编织工艺,让衣物的排汗效果很好。并且,通过混合织物,让衣物保持速干的效果,还有着舒适的穿着体验。但是,大量运动后。或者,天气酷热环境下,人体大量排出汗液,即使汗液被速干衣从内排出到衣物外,汗水还是会聚集在衣物表面,从而导致衣物表面的汗水聚集在衣物表面及衣物内部空隙之间,或者,通过速干衣上的微孔回流至衣物内部,造成速干功能的下降或丧失。
本发明的目的是提供一种通过多层面料逐层排汗,将汗液、水分从内向外逐层传导至最外层聚集、蒸发,保持衣物贴身的内层是相对干燥的。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案: 一种速干面料及衣物,由速干层、导湿层、织物层组成,衣物面料从内向外分布有所述速干层、所述导湿层、所述织物层,所述速干层、所述导湿层、所述织物层通过针线缝合、胶粘合为一个复合面料;所述复合面料从内向外,将汗液、水分逐层排出,位于最里面的所述速干层面料保持、接近干燥状态,汗液、水分在最外层的所述织物层进行聚集、蒸发;
所述速干层为化纤织物制成的面料,将聚酯纤维线材编织为面料,其面料表面有多个微小的通孔,具有良好的疏水、排水的功能;
所述导湿层由吸水材料、疏水材料混合织物,通过编织成为网格状结构的面料,其具有吸水、疏水、导水的功能;
所述织物层为化纤、棉、麻材料编织制成的面料,具有一定的吸水、储水的功能。
进一步地,还包括:所述速干层外、所述织物层表面设有至少一条条状柱体结构,其具有吸水、储水的功能;所述条状柱体结构具有一定的厚度及宽度,可以通过手指挤压排出汗液、水分。
进一步地,所述条状柱体结构为直线、曲线的柱体线条。
进一步地,还包括:所述复合面料从内向外,由所述速干层、所述织物层缝合、粘合组合为所述复合面料。
进一步地,所述速干层面料为塑料薄膜,塑料薄膜上矩阵分布有多个小通孔结构。
进一步地,还包括:所述速干层为聚酯纤维同棉质材料混合编织的织物。
进一步地,还包括:所述导湿层由吸水层、排水层复合组成,吸水层部分贴合于所述速干层表面,排水部分贴、缝合于所述织物层上。
本发明的良好效果为:通过所述速干层快速的将身体产生的汗水排到所述导湿层,所述导湿层将吸收的汗液疏导至所述织物层,所述织物层用于汗液的聚集及蒸发。在光照和风干的作用下,促使汗液的快速干燥。该衣物最大的特点是贴身穿着的内层相对的干燥、舒适,而衣物的最外层则是相对的潮湿。这样,大量运动后,产生的大量汗液,不会或减少给穿着衣物的人员产生不适感。该结构面料制成的衣物、裤子既能保暖,又能减少衣物上的汗水变冷导致身体不适或诱发感冒的可能,还能防止人员运动出汗后导致的衣物粘身。其特别适合用于秋冬季天气转凉及气温较低时,进行运动时穿着使用。

如图1-4所示,一种速干面料及衣物,由速干层1、导湿层2、织物层3组成,衣物面料从内向外分布有所述速干层1、所述导湿层2、所述织物层3,所述速干层1、所述导湿层2、所述织物层3通过针线缝合、胶粘合为一个复合面料4;所述复合面料4从内向外,将汗液、水分逐层排出,位于最里面的所述速干层1面料保持、接近干燥状态,汗液、水分在最外层的所述织物层3进行聚集、蒸发;所述速干层1为化纤织物制成的面料,将聚酯纤维线材编织为面料,其面料表面有多个微小的通孔,具有良好的疏水、排水的功能;所述导湿层2由吸水材料、疏水材料混合织物,通过编织成为网格状结构的面料,其具有吸水、疏水、导水的功能;所述织物层3为化纤、棉、麻材料编织制成的面料,具有一定的吸水、储水的功能。
具体的,所述速干层1、所述导湿层2、所述织物层3通过针线缝合、连接,局部液可以通过热熔融合、胶粘合的方式将各个功能层进行复合连接。在人体大量运动后,产生的大量汗液,通过面料中的所述速干层1,将汗液、水分导、排出至所述导湿层2。所述导湿层2吸收所述速干层1导、排出的汗液、水分。并且,再次向外导、排液体至所述织物层3。所述织物层3吸收汗液、水分后,将汗液、水分积存于所述织物层3内部及表面。此时,最外层的所述织物层3是潮湿的,而内层的所述速干层1时相对干燥的,特别是所述速干层1贴合身体一面相对来说更为干燥。所述织物层3表面的液体由阳光照射晒干、或由风吹干。该结构面料制成的衣物,能达到内干、外湿的效果。特别适合秋冬季运动,其既能保暖,又能快速排汗,并避免汗液冷却后造成衣物穿着的不适感。
所述速干层1具有排出液体的功能。因为,其由聚酯纤维化纤材料编织而成。或者,由混合纤维织物。再或者,通过打孔薄膜制成。并且,织成的面料中含有多个矩阵排列的小孔,有利于液体、水分的排出。其保湿效果差,但是,排液、疏水效果很好。加之,其外部为所述导湿层2,所述导湿层2可以吸收液体,这也有利于液体、水分、汗液的吸收。

所述导湿层2则是吸水材料和疏水材料混合织成的混合网状结构的织物,其网眼相对较大,呈蜂窝状结构分布在所述速干层1的外表面。通过吸水材料吸收所述速干层1表面一定面积范围内的液体及湿气,吸收的汗液聚集到一定程度后,通过疏水材料将吸收到的汗液及水分等液体、湿气导、排到所述织物层3中。吸水材料为高分子聚合物,高吸水树脂等化纤材料制品。根据需要,所述导湿层2为双层复合结构,贴合所述速干层1一面为吸水材料,贴合所述织物层3一面为聚酯纤维材料织成的织物。所述导湿层2还可以是由化纤织物制成,仅有排汗液、水分的功能,不使用吸水材料。
所述织物层3选用的材料有很多种类,大体可以分为棉、麻、化纤,或者,混纺材料。其在美观的同时,还具有一定的吸水、储水的功能。这样,从所述速干层1排出的汗液集聚在所述织物层3中,能防止大量出汗后,汗液、水分等液体回流、浸湿到衣物内层的所述速干层1中。保证了所述速干层1的相对干燥。在所述织物层3中的液体,由于材质的原因,干燥时间相对较长,干燥速度相对较慢。但是,由于位于最外层,能通过行走产生的气流,或是风吹、光照及衣物表面的液体的挥发、干燥,实现面料的干燥。根据需要,所述织物层3通过化纤材料和棉质材料相结合后,混合纺织后形成具有储水及排水于功能于一体的复合所述织物层3。所述织物层3上印刷有各种色彩及图案。
所述速干层1、所述导湿层2、所述织物层3组成的所述复合面料4,可以制成各种衣物、裤子,其通常是贴身穿着。以及床套、被单等产品。

1.一种速干面料及衣物,其特征在于,由速干层、导湿层、织物层组成,衣物面料从内向外分布有所述速干层、所述导湿层、所述织物层,所述速干层、所述导湿层、所述织物层通过针线缝合、胶粘合为一个复合面料;所述复合面料从内向外,将汗液、水分逐层排出,位于最里面的所述速干层面料保持、接近干燥状态,汗液、水分在最外层的所述织物层进行聚集、蒸发;
所述速干层为化纤织物制成的面料,将聚酯纤维线材编织为面料,其面料表面有多个微小的通孔,具有良好的疏水、排水的功能;
所述导湿层由吸水材料、疏水材料混合织物,通过编织成为网格状结构的面料,其具有吸水、疏水、导水的功能;
所述织物层为化纤、棉、麻材料编织制成的面料,具有一定的吸水、储水的功能。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种速干面料及衣物,其特征是,还包括:所述速干层外、所述织物层表面设有至少一条条状柱体结构,其具有吸水、储水的功能;所述条状柱体结构具有一定的厚度及宽度,可以通过手指挤压排出汗液、水分。
3.根据权利要求1、2所述的一种速干面料及衣物,其特征是:所述条状柱体结构为直线、曲线的柱体线条。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种速干面料及衣物,其特征是,还包括:所述复合面料从内向外,由所述速干层、所述织物层缝合、粘合组合为所述复合面料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种速干面料及衣物,其特征是:所述速干层面料为塑料薄膜,塑料薄膜上矩阵分布有多个小通孔结构。
