Abstract
The application discloses a ball liner yarn winding device which comprises a yarn winding table, a pressing mechanism and a rope drawing mechanism, wherein the yarn winding table is used for placing a woven gauze, the pressing mechanism is positioned above the yarn winding table and used for pressing a ball body and can stretch up and down, and the rope drawing mechanism is positioned on one side of the yarn winding table; the yarn winding table comprises a base and a placing table which is fixed on the base through a spring and used for placing the ball inner container; a winding shaft and a motor for driving the winding shaft to rotate are further mounted on the two sides of the spring on the base; a pull rope connected with the bottom surface of the placing table is wound and fixed on the winding shaft; the upper surface of the placing table is provided with an arc surface; a drawstring is inserted at the edge of the woven gauze; the rope drawing mechanism comprises a rotating motor and a rope drawing shaft fixed on a rotating shaft of the rotating motor; one end of the drawstring is fixed on the drawstring shaft. Technical Field
The present disclosure relates generally to ball bladder manufacturing equipment, and more particularly, to a ball bladder yarn winding device.
Background
The production process of the ball inner container comprises rubber mixing, leather making, press molding, sulfonation, inspection, yarn winding and the like, in the prior art, the yarn winding is finished by winding the yarn on the surface of a ball body after being soaked in glue and mainly manually winding. All the procedures of the ball body are dispersed, a plurality of processes need to be completed by manual operation, the centralized and automatic production degree is not high, the production efficiency is low, and particularly in the yarn winding step, the yarn winding process of the ball liner is accelerated, and the yield of the yarn winding product is very necessary to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks and deficiencies of the prior art, it is desirable to provide a ball liner yarn winding device, which includes a yarn winding table for placing a woven gauze, a pressing mechanism located above the yarn winding table and capable of extending up and down for pressing a ball, and a rope drawing mechanism located on one side of the yarn winding table; the yarn winding table comprises a base and a placing table which is fixed on the base through a spring and used for placing the ball inner container; a winding shaft and a motor for driving the winding shaft to rotate are further mounted on the two sides of the spring on the base; a pull rope connected with the bottom surface of the placing table is wound and fixed on the winding shaft; the upper surface of the placing table is provided with an arc surface; a drawstring is inserted at the edge of the woven gauze; the rope drawing mechanism comprises a rotating motor and a rope drawing shaft fixed on a rotating shaft of the rotating motor; one end of the drawstring is fixed on the drawstring shaft.

Please refer to fig. 1, which is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a ball liner yarn winding device of the present application, including a yarn winding table 10 for placing a woven gauze, a pressing mechanism 20 located above the yarn winding table 10 and capable of extending up and down for pressing a ball, and a rope drawing mechanism 30 located at one side of the yarn winding table 10; the yarn winding table 10 comprises a base 11 and a placing table 12 which is fixed on the base 11 through a spring and used for placing the ball inner container 40; a winding shaft 13 and a motor for driving the winding shaft 13 to rotate are further mounted on the two sides of the spring on the base 11; a pull rope 14 connected with the bottom surface of the placing table is wound and fixed on the winding shaft 13; the upper surface of the placing table 12 is provided with an arc surface; a drawstring is inserted at the edge of the woven gauze; the rope drawing mechanism 30 comprises a rotating motor 31 and a rope drawing shaft 32 fixed on a rotating shaft of the rotating motor; one end of the withdrawal string is fixed to the withdrawal string shaft 32.
In a preferred embodiment, the central portion of the withdrawal string shaft 32 is provided with a through hole penetrating radially.
In a preferred embodiment, the pressing mechanism 20 includes an air cylinder 21, a push rod 22 fixed on a piston rod of the air cylinder 21, and an inverted cone rubber sheet fixed at a bottom end of the push rod.
In a preferred embodiment, two sides of the base 11 extend upwards to form a limiting wall, and a clamping groove for clamping the placing table 12 is formed in the limiting wall.

The ball liner yarn winding device is characterized by comprising a yarn winding table (10) for placing a woven gauze, a pressing mechanism (20) which is positioned above the yarn winding table (10) and can stretch up and down and press a ball body, and a rope drawing mechanism (30) positioned on one side of the yarn winding table (10); the yarn winding table (10) comprises a base (11) and a placing table (12) which is fixed on the base (11) through a spring and used for placing the ball inner container (40); a winding shaft (13) and a motor for driving the winding shaft (13) to rotate are further mounted on the two sides of the spring on the base (11); a pull rope (14) connected with the bottom surface of the placing table is wound and fixed on the winding shaft (13); the upper surface of the placing table (12) is provided with an arc surface; a drawstring is inserted at the edge of the woven gauze; the rope drawing mechanism (30) comprises a rotating motor (31) and a rope drawing shaft (32) fixed on a rotating shaft of the rotating motor; one end of the drawstring is fixed on the drawstring shaft (32).
2. The ball bladder yarn winding device according to claim 1, wherein a through hole penetrating radially is provided in the middle of the draw-off shaft (32).
3. The yarn winding device for the ball bladder according to claim 2, wherein the pressing mechanism (20) comprises an air cylinder (21), a push rod (22) fixed on a piston rod of the air cylinder (21), and an inverted cone-shaped rubber sheet fixed at the bottom end of the push rod.
4. The yarn winding device for the ball inner container according to claim 3, wherein limiting walls extend upwards from two sides of the base (11), and clamping grooves for clamping the placing table (12) are formed in the limiting walls.
