Description

Medicine for treating intractable renal edema and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a medicine for treating intractable renal edema and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of medicines.
Technical Field
Renal edema is edema caused by glomerular injury, reduced filtration function, and intermittent accumulation of excess fluid in tissues due to various primary or secondary factors. There is no unified definition of refractory edema, and it usually means that there is no edema with obvious improvement after diuresis or combined diuresis, and it often occurs in clinical cases of various nephropathy, heart failure, late stage of liver disease, and lymphatic reflux obstruction. The intractable renal edema is usually in a progressive exacerbation trend due to poor response to conventional detumescence therapy (such as low-salt diet and diuretic), is one of the more troublesome problems in the treatment of renal diseases, and is commonly seen in primary or secondary intractable nephrotic syndrome, diabetic nephropathy and other diseases. The intractable renal edema is mainly manifested as severe sunken edema of both lower limbs, even accompanied by ascites or hydrothorax, and is difficult to resolve by conventional treatment. At present, a plurality of methods are used for treating renal edema, western medicine mostly adopts methods such as diuresis or combined diuresis for treating the renal edema, and if the available blood volume is insufficient, plasma albumin, low molecular dextran and the like are supplemented, or blood purification technology is adopted to carry out ultrafiltration treatment dialysis to carry out single-ultrasound treatment measures for detumescence. Human serum albumin can be used as one of the more common medicines in the treatment means of renal refractory edema, but is a blood product, so the price is high, the risks of anaphylactic shock, blood-borne infection and the like exist, and the glomerular epithelial cell injury, namely 'protein overload nephropathy', is caused by the increase of the output of urine albumin due to excessive input of albumin. The low molecular dextran can effectively increase blood volume as a plasma substitute drug, so that the blood perfusion of the kidney is increased, glomerular high filtration is caused, adverse reactions are also emphasized, and a plurality of reports indicate that the low molecular dextran is easy to cause anaphylactic shock, acute kidney injury and even death. Although these therapies can achieve certain therapeutic effects in a short period of time, they have many side effects and high cost, and they should be used with caution clinically. Hemodialysis blood purification treatment is relatively damaging to patients on one hand, and also causes economic and mental burdens to patients due to high cost on the other hand.
In addition, the clinical treatment method for edema still mainly adopts diuretic, but is often unsatisfactory, many edema is shown to be intractable, even the application of a large dose of diuretic is difficult to resolve, and even serious edema or excessive use of diuretic causes thromboembolism and even renal failure, which brings great trouble to clinicians. Therefore, the search for a less toxic and effective detumescence measure is a popular topic of medical workers at present.
The invention content is as follows:
the invention aims to provide a medicine for treating refractory renal edema and a preparation method thereof.
