The cleaning mechanism 9 comprises an annular pipe 9a, a vertical pipe 9b and a connecting pipe 9c, the annular pipe 9a is fixed on the inner wall of the stirring cylinder body 7a, the vertical pipe 9b is communicated with the annular pipe 9a, the connecting pipe 9c is communicated with the vertical pipe 9b, one end of the connecting pipe 9c penetrates through the side wall of the support frame 1, and a plurality of spraying holes are formed in the annular pipe 9 a; when the feed processing is completed, the connecting pipe 9c is connected with the tap water pipe, so that tap water enters the annular pipe 9a through the connecting pipe 9c and the vertical pipe 9b, and all the spraying holes on the annular pipe 9a can spray water to clean the inside of the stirring cylinder 7 a.
The quantitative blanking device 8 comprises a conveying belt 8a and a weighing device 8b, the weighing device 8b is located under the discharging end of the second discharging pipeline 7e, the conveying belt 8a is located beside the weighing device 8b, two L-shaped baffles 8c which are symmetrically arranged are arranged on the conveying belt 8a, a buzzer 8d and two rotating pieces 8e which are symmetrically arranged are arranged on the side wall of the conveying belt 8a away from the weighing device 8b, a placing groove is formed in one end of each rotating piece 8e, a limiting column 8e1, a spring 8e2 and a proximity sensor 8e3 are arranged in each placing groove, one end of the spring 8e2 is sleeved on the limiting column 8e1, and the other end of the spring 8e2 is connected to the proximity sensor 8e 3; the workman will bear the weight of finished box and put on conveyer belt 8a, conveyer belt 8a carries the box to weighing device 8b in proper order, and when the box of foremost was contradicted to proximity sensor 8e3, conveyer belt 8a stop work, work of first solenoid valve 7e1 lets the finished product flow to the box in from stirring barrel 7a, and as soon as the weight reaches, first solenoid valve 7e1 stop work, bee calling organ 8d will take place the warning and remind people to take this box away.
The second feeding device 3 and the third feeding device 4 have the same structure and respectively comprise a feeding hopper 3a and a feeding pipeline 3b, the feeding hopper 3a is mounted on the mounting support 1d through bolts, one end of the feeding pipeline 3b is connected to the bottom end of the feeding hopper 3a, the other end of the feeding pipeline 3b penetrates through the support frame 1 and is positioned right above the stirring cylinder 7a, and the feeding pipeline 3b is provided with a second electromagnetic valve 3b 1; the two second electromagnetic valves 3b1 are opened to let the other types of feed in the two feeding hoppers 3a fall into the mixing cylinder 7a through the corresponding feeding pipes 3b, respectively.
