本发明是一种肉鸭复合微量元素的制备方法,包含添加剂和载体,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~6%虾粉,10~35%豆粕,1~10%辣椒粕,0~3%玉米,0~2.5%碳酸钙,5~20%添加剂,10~20%维生素,30~60%麦饭石,通过本方法制备的产品,可使蛋鸭产的鸭蛋黄色泽与自然放牧条件下的橘红色一致,提高了鸭蛋的保健价值和商业价值。

本发明公开了一种肉鸭复合微量元素的制备方法,属于饲料添加剂领域。
背景技术
人工圈养下的鸭蛋蛋心呈浅黄色,而散养下的蛋心呈桔红色,由于此种蛋品蛋黄色泽鲜红、味道鲜美,因而深受消费者欢迎,在国内以白洋淀和湖北孝感等地的鸭蛋较为闻名,在广东每年也有大量红卵鸭蛋出口到东南亚国家,产品走俏国内外市场,实际上蛋心的颜色是由类胡萝卜素体现的,在散养条件下,鸭通过觅食藻类、贝壳、虾、蟹、鱼等获取了一定的类胡萝卜素,从而使蛋心呈现桔红色,人工饲养条件下,要想获得高营养价值的红心鸭蛋,必须通过改善饲料,通过食物链途径得到,目前饲料研究认可的方式是在饲料中适当的添加类胡萝卜素,如叶黄素、虾青素等,类胡萝卜素不仅能改善蛋心颜色,提升感官性状,而且能增强鸭蛋营养成份,目前,国内外已有不少的人工合成色素在商品饲料中使用,但消费者出于食品安全的考虑,对添加人工合成色素的产品一直抱有戒心,而对使用天然色素的产品尤为偏好。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种肉鸭复合微量元素的制备方法,可使蛋鸭产的鸭蛋黄色泽与自然放牧条件下的橘红色一致,提高了鸭蛋的保健价值和商业价值。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种肉鸭复合微量元素的制备方法,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~6%虾粉,10~35%豆粕,1~10%辣椒粕, 0~3%玉米,0~2.5%碳酸钙,5~20%添加剂,10~20%维生素,30~60%麦饭石。
有益效果:通过本方法制备的产品,可使蛋鸭产的鸭蛋黄色泽与自然放牧条件下的橘红色一致,提高了鸭蛋的保健价值和商业价值。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种肉鸭复合微量元素的制备方法,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5%虾粉,10%豆粕,1%辣椒粕,1%玉米,1%碳酸钙,5%添加剂,10%维生素,30%麦饭石,此时色泽不是自然橘红色。
实施例2
一种肉鸭复合微量元素的制备方法,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:6%虾粉,35%豆粕,10%辣椒粕,3%玉米,2.5%碳酸钙,20%添加剂,20%维生素,60%麦饭石,此时不能提高商业价值。
实施例3
一种肉鸭复合微量元素的制备方法,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:4%虾粉,23%豆粕,5%辣椒粕, 1.5%玉米,1.25%碳酸钙,13%添加剂,15%维生素,45%麦饭石,此时可使蛋鸭产的鸭蛋黄色泽与自然放牧条件下的橘红色一致,提高了鸭蛋的保健价值和商业价值。

1.一种肉鸭复合微量元素的制备方法,包含添加剂和载体,其特征在于,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~6%虾粉,10~35%豆粕,1~10%辣椒粕,0~3%玉米,0~2.5%碳酸钙,5~20%添加剂,10~20%维生素,30~60%麦饭石。
2.根据权利要求1所述的肉鸭复合微量元素的制备方法,其特征在于,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5%虾粉,10%豆粕,1%辣椒粕,1%玉米,1%碳酸钙,5%添加剂,10%维生素,30%麦饭石。
