巴拿马病属维管束病害,是一种植物病原真菌侵染引起的病害,病原为镰刀菌属香蕉枯萎病菌,由病菌产生的毒素中毒所致。发病后期,黄褐色的维管束纤维上下贯穿成长条形,纵切病株的假茎或块茎,可以发现维管束呈褐变的现象。根部木质导管变为红棕色,一直延伸至球茎内,后变黑褐色而干枯。这种病原真菌通过感染香蕉根部,扩展到球茎和假茎,并在维管束组织中阻碍香蕉的养分和水分传导,最终导致病变。
香蕉巴拿马病蔓延快,一旦发生很难彻底根除,严重影响世界各香蕉生产国香蕉产业的发展。
发明内容
本发明的第一个目的在于提供一种防治香蕉巴拿马病的微生物药物制剂,该微生物药物制剂具有良好的防治香蕉巴拿马病的作用且安全无污染。
本发明的第二个目的在于提供一种防治香蕉巴拿马病的微生物药物制剂的制备方法。
为实现以上目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种防治巴拿马病的微生物药物制剂,主要由以下重量份数的原料制成:鱼腥草3~5份、枳实1~2份、桃叶6~10份、柴胡3~6份、狼把草1~3份、稻壳10~15份、壳聚糖6~9份、木薯渣4~7份、甘蔗渣2~8份、木霉菌1~2份、枯草芽孢杆菌0.5~1份。
上述防治巴拿马病的微生物药物制剂,主要由以下重量份数的原料制成:鱼腥草4~5份、枳实1~2份、桃叶6~8份、柴胡3~6份、狼把草1~3份、稻壳10~15份、壳聚糖6~9份、木薯渣4~7份、甘蔗渣5~8份、木霉菌1~2份、枯草芽孢杆菌0.5~1份。
上述防治巴拿马病的微生物药物制剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将鱼腥草、枳实、桃叶、柴胡、狼把草、稻壳混合得混合物,之后加入混合物3~5倍质量的水煎煮2~4h,过滤,得第一滤液及滤渣;
2)将滤渣加入相对于滤渣质量2~3倍的水,煎煮1~2h,过滤,得第二滤液;合并第一滤液和第二滤液,之后浓缩、干燥得干膏,粉碎成粉末,然后加入木霉菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、壳聚糖、木薯渣、甘蔗渣,搅拌均匀即得。
步骤1)中的煎煮温度为90~100℃。
步骤2)中的煎煮温度为90~120℃。
鱼腥草(拉丁学名:Houttuynia cordata Thunb.)是中国药典收录的草药,草药来源为三白草科植物蕺菜的干燥地上部分。鱼腥草味辛,性寒凉,归肺经。能清热解毒、消肿疗疮、利尿除湿、清热止痢、健胃消食,用治实热、热毒、湿邪、疾热为患的肺痈、疮疡肿毒、痔疮便血、脾胃积热等。现代药理实验表明,本品具有抗菌、抗病毒、提高机体免疫力、利尿等作用。
桃叶,味苦,性平,在我国各地均有分布,含有熊果酸、橙皮素等化学成份,具有清热解毒,祛风清热、杀虫的功效,适用于疟疾,痈疖,痔疮,湿疹,阴道滴虫等症的治疗。
木薯渣,是木薯提取淀粉后的副产物,主要指标包括粗纤维、粗灰分、水分。木薯渣、甘蔗渣具有高的碳氮比,可抑制镰刀菌属香蕉枯萎病菌的生长。
木霉菌和枯草芽孢杆菌具有生长繁殖速度快、能迅速占领营养空间、产生抗菌素等多种特点,对香蕉枯萎病病菌的菌丝生长具有显著的抑制作用,且能在香蕉植株内定殖,具有很好的防病和促生作用。

2)将滤渣加入相对于滤渣质量3倍的水,于100℃煎煮1h,过滤,得第二滤液;合并第一滤液和第二滤液,之后浓缩、干燥得干膏,粉碎成粉末,然后加入木霉菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、壳聚糖、木薯渣、甘蔗渣,搅拌均匀即得。
实验例
选取三亩实验香蕉种植地,每亩为1组,试验分为A、B、C三组,A、B、C三组分别施实施例1-3中的微生物药物制剂,其它管理条件均相同。施药方法为将实施例1-3中的微生物药物制剂分别洒在A、B、C试验田中香蕉周围的土壤表面,两天后将土壤表面的微生物药物制剂拌入土壤中,含微生物药物制剂的土壤厚度为5cm。从三个试验田中各随机抽取20株对其施药前后的受害株数进行调查,结果如表1所示:

实施例1-3中的防治巴拿马病的微生物药物制剂,主要由六味中药与两种微生物制成,其中木薯渣、甘蔗渣具有高的碳氮比,可抑制镰刀菌属香蕉枯萎病菌的生长,木霉菌和枯草芽孢杆菌具有生长繁殖速度快、能迅速占领营养空间、产生抗菌素等多种特点,对香蕉枯萎病病菌的菌丝生长具有显著的抑制作用,且能在香蕉植株内定殖,具有很好的防病和促生作用,再加上鱼腥草等中药的协同作用,本发明的防治巴拿马病的微生物药物制剂,达到有效防治香蕉巴拿马病的功效,且所有原料均无毒无污染,使用后不会引起有害物质的残留,可以得到绿色、安全无害的香蕉,利于人们的人体健康。
