本发明属于农业领域,涉及一种颗粒剂,具体涉及一种防治跳甲幼虫的新型微生物颗粒剂。
背景技术
跳甲是危害十字花科蔬菜的世界性害虫,国内遍及各省。在我国北方危害较少,一般一年3-5代。南方危害较重,一般7-8代。在华南及福建地区无越冬现象,可终年繁殖。对于跳甲的控制,一直依赖化学药剂防治,且多以防治成虫。叶面施药无法兼顾土中幼虫、蛹和卵,药剂持效期一过,蛹不断羽化出土危害。菜农只能增加施药次数和加大用药量,导致跳甲成虫抗药性增强、药剂防效下降,且严重污染环境。
本发明的目的就是解决现有跳甲防治技术中的问题,发明了一种含有真菌微微生物的颗粒剂,经过撒施土壤中,使跳甲幼虫、卵或蛹感染真菌,使其不能正常孵化或羽化,从而降低跳甲成虫基数,达到控制跳甲的目的。具有施用方便、侵染致死有效性高,起效时间快,对人畜、天敌、环境安全等特点,可以替代高毒高残留的化学杀虫剂防治地下害虫,不仅具有生态意义,而且具有重要的环保意义。

本发明旨在提供一种含有真菌微生物的颗粒剂,用于防治跳甲幼虫,兼治各种地下害虫,为防控跳甲提供一种有效管理工具。

所述真菌微生物为白僵菌、绿僵菌、玫烟色棒束孢、爪哇棒束孢、玫烟色拟青霉、淡紫拟青霉菌分生孢子粉中的一种或两种以上组成。本发明的菌种均属于现有技术,可以从市场上购买得到。
所述的载体为大米、玉米、小麦中的一种。
所述的分散助剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物、萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、对甲氧基脂肪酰胺基苯磺酸、木质素磺酸盐、聚羧酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、烷基苯磺酸钙盐、脂肪酸酯硫酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚等中的一种或几种。
所述的粘结剂为聚乙烯醇、脲醛树脂、聚乙二醇、羧甲基纤维素钠、羧甲基纤维素钙、羧丙基纤维素、糊精、淀粉糊精、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、粘性高岭土、石蜡、松香等中的一种或几种。
所述的崩解剂为羧甲基淀粉钠、低取代羟丙基纤维素、交联羧甲基纤维素钠、交联聚维酮、壳聚糖、海藻酸钠碳酸氢钠、氯化镁、氯化钠、膨润土等中的一种或几种
所述的填充剂碳酸钙、陶土、高岭土、硅藻土、膨润土、白炭黑、粘土、凹凸棒土、滑石粉、石英沙等中的一种或几种
所述的一种防治跳甲的微生物颗粒剂通过土壤撒施用于防治跳甲幼虫、兼治各种地下害虫。
所述的一种防治跳甲的微生物颗粒剂是通过以下技术方案实现:把载体用无菌水冲洗后,过滤掉水,经过100℃水蒸气灭菌1-2小时后,加入含有用10-15%真菌微生物菌液(无菌水中加入0.1-1%吐温80配制),搅拌均匀,于25℃、80-90%RH条件下培养4-7天,转入圆盘造粒机内,加入经过气流粉碎的分散助剂、粘结剂、崩解剂、填料,造粒,过筛,制得所需的杀菌药肥颗粒剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明以真菌微生物来防治跳甲幼虫,所发明颗粒剂中的载体中还含有植物正常生长所需要的各种养分。本发明绿色环保,减少环境污染,使用方便,对人和作物无害,防治跳甲效果显著,具广阔市场前景。
具体实施方式
通过以下具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但不作为本发明的限制。
一.制剂实施例
1.实施例一
本发明涉及一种防治跳甲的微生物颗粒剂生产方法工艺路线是:
(1)把大米用无菌水冲洗过滤后转入纱网内,用100℃水蒸气灭菌1小时,转入无菌铝槽内。
(2)把白僵菌菌粉加入无菌水中,再加入0.5%吐温80,搅拌成菌液,菌粉质量为菌液总量的10-15%。
(3)把菌液倒入灭菌后的大米中,菌液与大米重量比为1:(10-15),搅拌均匀,转入垫有纱网的带孔平底托盘内,置入25℃、85%RH的无菌室内,培养5天,转入圆盘造粒机内。
(4)把烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物、聚乙二醇、壳聚糖、膨润土混合搅拌均匀,过气流粉碎,分量加入造粒机内造粒得到成品。
2.实施例二
一种1000亿个/克爪哇棒束孢颗粒剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)10克爪哇棒束孢菌粉(菌粉孢子含量≥1000亿个/克)加入89克无菌水中,再加入1克吐温80搅拌均匀形成菌液。
(2)1000克大米用无菌水冲洗过滤后转入纱网内,用100℃水蒸气灭菌1小时,转入无菌铝槽内,加入菌液搅拌均匀,转入垫有纱网的带孔平底托盘内,置入25℃、85%RH的无菌室内培养,当孢子至少达到1000亿个/克停止培养。
(3)接好菌的大米转入圆盘造粒机内,把10克聚羧酸盐、1克脲醛树脂、10克氯化钠、100克高岭土混合搅拌均匀,过气流粉碎,分量加入造粒机内造粒得到1000亿个/克爪哇棒束孢颗粒剂。
二、田间生测实施例
药效试验在广东省农业科学院植物保护研究所油菜试验地进行,该地常年种植油菜,跳甲连年发生,虫口密度较大。油菜播种前实施例二颗粒剂撒施土表浅松土,对照药剂50%辛硫磷乳油(市售)于播种后2500倍液淋根,对照药剂10%氯氰菊酯乳油(市售)于油菜出苗2天后1000倍液喷雾。实验每小区面积约100平方米,设空白对照,重复3次。
药效调查:于油菜出苗后10、15、20天,调查跳甲头数。每小区随机取3个样点进行调查,每样点0.25㎡纪录跳甲头数,计算药效。
表1油菜地跳甲田间药效试验结果
田间药效试验表明:油菜播种前撒施颗粒剂后,油菜保苗最好,苗后10天较空白对照防效达93.2%,对比药剂的防效仅达55.8%、66.0%,苗后20天,颗粒剂的药效仍达88.1%,对比药剂药效仅为23.1%、35.1%。从药剂防效试验结果看:本发明颗粒剂是防治跳甲危害的优良制剂。常规来说,对于跳甲的防控,一般情况下是把乳油、悬浮剂等剂型兑水进行叶面喷施,但叶面施药无法兼顾土中幼虫、蛹和卵,药剂持效期一过,蛹不断羽化出土危害。菜农只能增加施药次数和加大用药量,导致跳甲成虫抗药性增强、药剂防效下降,且严重污染环境。本发明一种防治跳甲的微生物颗粒剂,从源头上解决了跳甲防治的难题,所发明颗粒剂中的载体中还含有植物正常生长所需要的各种养分。本发明绿色环保,减少环境污染,使用方便,对人和作物无害,防治跳甲效果显著,具广阔市场前景。
Claims (10)
1.一种防治跳甲的微生物颗粒剂,其特征是:杀虫活性成分为真菌微生物;以颗粒剂总重量计,其中:真菌微生物0.1%~2%,载体50-80%,分散助剂0.5%~3%,粘结剂0.1%~5%,崩解剂0.1~5%,其余为填充剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种防治跳甲的微生物颗粒剂,其特征是:所述真菌微生物为白僵菌、绿僵菌、玫烟色棒束孢、爪哇棒束孢、玫烟色拟青霉、淡紫拟青霉菌分生孢子粉中的一种或两种以上组成。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种防治跳甲的微生物颗粒剂,其特征是:所述的载体为大米、玉米、小麦中的一种或多种。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种防治跳甲的微生物颗粒剂,其特征在于,所述的分散助剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物、萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、对甲氧基脂肪酰胺基苯磺酸、木质素磺酸盐、聚羧酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、烷基苯磺酸钙盐、脂肪酸酯硫酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或几种。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种防治跳甲的微生物颗粒剂,其特征是:所述的粘结剂为聚乙烯醇、脲醛树脂、聚乙二醇、羧甲基纤维素钠、羧甲基纤维素钙、羧丙基纤维素、糊精、淀粉糊精、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、粘性高岭土、石蜡、松香中的一种或几种。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种防治跳甲的微生物颗粒剂,其特征是:所述的崩解剂为羧甲基淀粉钠、低取代羟丙基纤维素、交联羧甲基纤维素钠、交联聚维酮、壳聚糖、海藻酸钠碳酸氢钠、氯化镁、氯化钠、膨润土中的一种或几种。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种防治跳甲的微生物颗粒剂,其特征是:所述的填充剂碳酸钙、陶土、高岭土、硅藻土、膨润土、白炭黑、粘土、凹凸棒土、滑石粉、石英沙等中的一种或几种。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种防治跳甲的微生物颗粒剂通过土壤撒施用于防治跳甲幼虫、兼治各种地下害虫。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种防治跳甲的微生物颗粒剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:把载体用无菌水冲洗后,过滤掉水,经过100℃水蒸气灭菌1-2小时后,加入含有用10-15%真菌微生物菌液,搅拌均匀,于25℃、80-90%RH条件下培养4-7天,转入圆盘造粒机内,加入经过气流粉碎的分散助剂、粘结剂、崩解剂、填充剂,然后造粒,过筛,制得所需的微生物颗粒剂。
10.根据权利要求9所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述真菌微生物菌液以无菌水中加入0.1-1%吐温80配制。
