Description

Opening/closing body opening/closing device, and object to be opened/closed provided with same
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an opening/closing device, and more particularly to an opening/closing device for opening/closing an object to be opened and closed, such as a door body and an original cover, which are attached to a variety of housings (cabinets), copiers, and printers so as to be openable and closable in the vertical direction, and suitable for the opening/closing of the object to be opened and closed, and to a variety of objects to be opened and closed provided with the opening/closing device.
Background
Conventionally, such an opening/closing body opening/closing device is generally required to have a function of stably stopping and holding an opening/closing body in a state of being opened upward with respect to various opening/closing bodies in order to facilitate the entry/exit of a stored article stored inside the opening/closing body. Therefore, a conventional opening/closing device for an opening/closing member is disclosed in, for example, japanese patent publication No. 2011-129154. In the opening/closing body opening/closing device disclosed in 2011-129154, the opening/closing device is attached to both inner ends of the opening/closing body, and the arm or the stay is removed from the opening/closing device to support the opening/closing body. Many other such opening/closing body opening/closing devices have similar structures.
The opening/closing body opening/closing device disclosed in japanese laid-open patent publication No. 2011-129154 has a problem that the opening/closing body opening/closing device itself protrudes from both inner ends of the opening/closing body and has an arm or a stay that moves in and out of the opening/closing body when the opening/closing body is opened and closed, and therefore the interference with the stored material stored in or taken out of the opening/closing body occurs, and the function of stably stopping and holding the opening/closing body is insufficient at a predetermined opening angle of the opening/closing body. Further, the use of a separate elastic member or the like for a cushioning mechanism for cushioning the impact when the opening/closing body is closed is wasteful in structure. Further, although an opening/closing torque control mechanism having an opening/closing body is known from japanese laid-open patent publication No. 2009-58790, a torque peak value adjustment mechanism is not provided.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present applicant has proposed an opening/closing body opening/closing device provided between an opening/closing body and connecting the opening/closing body to the opening/closing body in an openable/closable manner, the opening/closing body opening/closing device including: a mounting member having at least a back plate and two side plates bent from the back plate and mounted on the side of the opened/closed body; an opening/closing member having at least a mounting plate to which the opening/closing body is mounted and both side plates bent from the mounting plate, the both side plates and the mounting member being rotatably mounted by a hinge shaft; a position adjusting mechanism mounted at a turning position where the hinge shaft between the both side plates of the opening and closing member serves as a fulcrum; a slide block which is contacted with the position adjusting mechanism and can be arranged in the mounting component in a sliding way; a main elastic member provided in the mounting member for pressing the slider against the position adjustment mechanism; a rotational torque control mechanism provided in the mounting member and engageable with and disengageably engageable with an engagement portion provided in the slider by a slide position of the slider which varies in accordance with a rotation angle of the opening/closing member in opening/closing operation of the opening/closing body; and an elastic force adjusting mechanism for adjusting the elastic force of the elastic member (Japanese laid-open 2016 + 213435);
the opening/closing body opening/closing device of the aforementioned application adjusts the rotation torque of the opening/closing member by the elastic force adjusting mechanism, but is not a structure that can adjust the torque peak of the opening/closing member. It is necessary to arbitrarily change the torque peak of the opening/closing member within a predetermined range for the reasons of convenience and versatility. Further, it is a technical problem to realize a function of stably holding the opening/closing body in a closed state or a fully opened state of the opening/closing body at 0 degree without using a stay or an arm.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an opening/closing body opening/closing device that can attach an opening/closing body to various types of bodies to be opened/closed in the vertical direction, can change the peak value of the opening/closing torque of the opening/closing body, and can stably maintain the function of the opening/closing body in a closed state and an open state of the opening/closing body, and various types of bodies to be opened/closed including the opening/closing body opening/closing device.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides an opening/closing member opening/closing device which is provided between an opening/closing member and an object to be opened/closed such as various kinds of objects to be opened/closed, and which connects the opening/closing member to the object to be opened/closed so as to be openable/closable in a vertical direction, the opening/closing member opening/closing device including: a mounting member having at least a back plate and two side plates provided from the back plate and mounted on the side of the opened/closed body, an opening/closing member having at least a mounting plate to which the opening/closing body is mounted and two side plates provided from the mounting plate and rotatably mounting the two side plates and the mounting member via a hinge shaft, a rotational torque control mechanism controlling a rotational torque of the opening/closing member, and a torque peak value adjusting mechanism adjusting a torque peak value of the opening/closing member at the time of opening/closing operation, the rotational torque control mechanism comprising: a rotary member that rotates together with the opening/closing member attached to the hinge shaft, and a slider that is provided on the attachment member side and slidably applies a force to the rotary member via an elastic member; the torque peak adjustment mechanism includes: a link arm connected to one end portion side of the link arm by a second link shaft on the slider side and connected to a first link shaft attached to the opening/closing member side so as to be rotatable about a link position on the slider side through the other end portion side of the link arm; and a position adjusting mechanism capable of adjusting a starting rotation position of the connecting arm provided on the opening/closing member side, wherein the position adjusting mechanism of the torque peak value adjusting mechanism includes: a first connecting member having one end portion side slidably attached to the opening/closing member in the front-rear direction and the other end portion side connected to the second connecting shaft; a second connecting member having one end portion connected to the second connecting shaft and the other end portion connected to the hinge shaft; and an adjusting member mounted on the opening/closing member and screwed with the first connecting member.
Preferably, the rotational torque control means is a locking means for locking the opening/closing body at a predetermined opening/closing angle, and the locking means is constituted by: a rotating member rotatably mounted on the hinge shaft together with the opening/closing member; and a locking member slidably provided on the side of the rotary member via an elastic member, the locking member engaging with a first locking recess and a second locking recess of the rotary member at a predetermined rotation angle of the opening/closing member.
Preferably, the rotational torque control means has a rotational torque adjusting means for adjusting the rotational torque of the opening/closing member on the slider side.
Preferably, a damper mechanism is provided between the slider and the rotary member, the damper mechanism including a fluid damper that brings a front end of a piston rod into press contact with a cam portion provided in the rotary member from a predetermined rotation angle in a closing direction of the opening/closing member.
An opening/closing body includes the various opening/closing bodies of the opening/closing body opening/closing device described above.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an opening and closing device for an opening and closing member, which can prevent a stored article from being disturbed when the opening and closing member is moved in and out of the body, can easily open the body by rotating a torque control mechanism without sensing the original weight of the opening and closing member when the opening and closing member is operated, can prevent the opening and closing member from falling down suddenly when the opening and closing member is closed, and can improve the operability thereof. Further, the opening/closing torque of the opening/closing member can be adjusted by using the rotational torque adjusting mechanism, and the torque peak value of the opening/closing member can be adjusted by providing the torque peak value adjusting mechanism, so that the opening/closing member opening/closing device with higher convenience can be provided.

Next, the operation and effect of the opening/closing body opening/closing device 4 of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 12a to 15c as the rotation torque control means a. Fig. 12a to 12c show a state in which the opening/closing angle of the opening/closing body 3 to be closed by the opening/closing body 2 is 0 degrees, and in this state in which the opening/closing angle is 0 degrees, the main elastic members 13, 13 are pressed and compressed by the slider 12 which is pulled toward the spring holder 11 by the connecting arms 18, 18 and the second connecting shaft 20, and the convex portions 15a, 15a of the respective locking members 15, 15 fall into the first locking concave portions 10c, 10c of the rotary member 10. Then, since the bullet members 14, 14 press the locking members 15, 15 against the first locking recesses 10c, 10c side of the rotary member 10, the opening/closing body 3 is locked in this closed state and maintains a stable closed state. The convex portion 16c of the cap 16b attached to the piston rod 16a of the fluid damper 16 protruding through the piston rod insertion hole 5i provided in the front plate 5d of the attachment member 5 is in press contact with the second cam portion 10f provided on the outer periphery of the rotary member 10.
Fig. 13a to 13c show a state in which the opening/closing body 3 is opened by 30 degrees from the state shown in fig. 12a to 12c in which the opening/closing angle is 0 degree. In this state, the opening/closing member 8 is rotated clockwise, the convex portions 15a and 15a of the lock members 15 and 15 are disengaged from the first lock concave portions 10c and 10c of the rotating member 10, and the first cam portions 10e and 10e pressed against the outer periphery of the rotating member 10 are rotated and biased in the upward opening direction by the shape of the first cam portions 10e and 10e, so that the opening/closing body 3 can be opened easily without feeling the original weight.
Fig. 14a to 14c show a state in which the opening/closing body 3 is opened to 60 degrees from the state shown in fig. 12a to 12c, and in this state, the opening/closing body 3 is pressed against the convex portions 15a, 15a of the lock members 15, 15 against the first cam portions 10e, 10e of the rotary member 10, and therefore, the opening angle is maintained at 60 degrees without being naturally dropped.
Fig. 15a to 15c show a state in which the opening/closing body 3 is opened from the state shown in fig. 12a to 12c to 100 degrees, and at the opening angle of 100 degrees, since the convex portions 15a, 15a of the locking members 15, 15 fall into the second locking concave portions 10d, 10d of the rotating member 10, and the bullet-shaped members 14, 14 press the convex portions 15a, 15a of the locking members 15, 15 into the second locking concave portions 10d, the opening/closing body 3 is stably held at the opening angle of 100 degrees, and even if the opened/closed body 2 is shaken or shaken, the opened/closed body does not easily fall and is closed.
Next, when the opened opening/closing body 3 is to be closed, the protruding portions 15a and 15a of the lock members 15 and 15 are separated from the second lock recessed portions 10d and 10d of the rotary member 10 and brought into pressure contact with the first cam portions 10e and 10e of the rotary member 10, and the opening/closing body 3 is closed by rotating the opening/closing member 8 counterclockwise in the figure. When the opening/closing body 3 reaches a predetermined closing angle, the second cam portion 10f of the rotary member 10 is pressed against the convex portion 16c of the cover 16b of the fluid damper 16, and therefore, the opening/closing body 3 is prevented from dropping abruptly and closing slowly.
As shown in fig. 12a to 12c, the closed opening/closing body 3 stably maintains the closed state of the opening/closing body 3 by the protruding portions 15a, 15a of the locking members 15, 15 falling into the first locking recessed portions 10c, 10c of the rotating member 10.
Next, the torque peak value of the opening/closing body 3 is adjusted by the torque peak value adjusting mechanism B, and the adjusting member 23 is rotated in either of the left and right directions. That is, as shown in fig. 16a to 16c, the opening/closing angle of the opening/closing member 8 is 0 degree, but the pointed protrusions 25c, 25c of the second members 25, 25 indicate the midpoint of the angle mark 8i in the state where the opening/closing body 3 is closed. When the adjustment member 23 is rotated in either of the left and right directions from this state, the first member 24 of the first linking member 21 is guided by the slide pins 26, 26 and slides in the front-rear direction of the opening/closing member 8. At this time, the first connecting shaft 19 is guided into the longitudinal guide holes 8g and 8g provided in the both side plates 8b and 8b of the opening/closing member 8 by the second members 25 and 25, and is turned around the second connecting shaft 20 as a fulcrum in the vertical direction. In this way, when the opening/closing body 3 is moved from the opening angle 0 degree to the opening start position by the opening/closing member 8, and the torque peak of the hinge torque of the opening/closing body opening/closing device 4 is 60 degrees at 0 degree at the center of the indication angle mark 8i, the torque peak is moved upward from the reference position when the first connecting shaft rod 19 is located below the longitudinal guide holes 8g and 8g of the opening/closing member 6 as shown in fig. 16a to 16 c. When the first connecting shaft 19 is on the upper side of the elongated guide holes 8g, the torque peak moves to the lower side than the reference.
In the present embodiment, when the torque peak angle standard is 60 degrees, the torque peak can be adjusted in a range of 50 degrees of minus 10 degrees and 70 degrees of plus 10 degrees as shown in fig. 16a to 16 c. Referring to fig. 17, a torque curve of the opening/closing body 3 shown by M1 in the figure is a reference torque curve of the opening/closing body opening/closing device 4 shown by a curve N1, and the torque peak is 60 degrees at this time. Curve N2 shows the torque peak at 50 degrees when the first connecting rod 19 is positioned below the longitudinal guide holes 8g, 8g of the opening/closing member 6. Further, a torque curve of the first connecting rod 19 on the upper side of the longitudinal guide holes 8g, 8g of the opening/closing member 8 is shown by a curve N3, and the torque peak at this time is 70 degrees. As described above, the torque peak of the opening/closing body opening/closing device 4 of the present invention can be adjusted within the range of 50 degrees to 70 degrees with reference to 60 degrees.
Next, the operation of the lock mechanism a1 will be described. The locking mechanism a1 is composed of first locking recesses 10c, 10c provided in the rotary member 10, locking members 15, 15 slidably provided in the second locking recesses 10d, 10d and the spring holder, and bullet-shaped members 14, and in this embodiment, when the opening angle of the opening/closing member 8 is 0 degree, the protruding portions 15a, 15a of the locking members 15, 15 protruding from the locking member insertion holes 5h, 5h provided in the front plate 5d of the mounting member 5 are fitted into the first locking recesses 10c, and the opening/closing member 8 is locked at the opening/closing angle of 0 degree, and when the opening/closing angle is 100 degrees, the locking is performed by the protruding portions 15a, 15a of the locking members 15 being fitted into the second locking recesses 10d, and stably held at the opening/closing angle 100 degrees. In addition, the installation positions and the number of the first locking recesses 10c and the second locking recesses 10d and 10d are not limited to the embodiment, and the installation positions and the number may be changed or increased or decreased as needed.
Next, when the operation of the rotational torque adjustment mechanism a2 is described, the adjustment screw 17 provided on one main elastic member 13 side is turned in either of the left and right directions, and the receiving portion 17b moves in the axial direction of the adjustment screw 17, so that the rotational torque of the opening/closing member 8 is adjusted by the variation in the elastic force of the main elastic member 13.
The damper mechanism a3 is composed of the fluid damper 16, and when the opening/closing body 3 is closed and the opening/closing member 8 reaches a predetermined closing angle from the open state, the convex portion 16c of the cover 16b protruding from the rod insertion hole 5i provided in the front plate 7d of the attachment member 5 is brought into contact with the second cam portion 10f of the rotary member 10 to apply braking, and the opening/closing body 3 attached to the opening/closing member 8 can be gradually closed without being suddenly closed.
In another embodiment, the hinge shaft 9 may be divided into two parts, and the two side plates 8b and 8b on the opening/closing member 8 side and the two side plates 5b and 5b of the mounting member 5 may be connected to each other, but not shown.
