本发明涉及抗菌衬衫面料。
背景技术
伴随着第二次产业的发展,白领阶层增加,作为绅士、商务人士的标准风格西服样式也确定下来。衬衫在配合西服和领带中以白色为中心逐步推进,素材也由棉开发出化学纤维。防缩、防皱等机能性加工也随之得以发展,价格也降低,逐渐使衬衫这一服饰走入到平常老百姓的家中,成为大众化的服饰。这类衬衫的特性是材料更易打理,甚至终身不用熨烫。另一方面也揭开了衬衫品牌化及细分的序幕,使用高级纯棉布料和量身定制的高级衬也逐渐出现,这类衬衫更注重衬衫自身的面料以及制作的工艺,面料更加的考究,工艺更加的复杂用以满足中产阶级以及那些追求品位及品质生活的人群。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术的不足,从而提供一种抗菌衬衫面料,具有良好的抗菌功能,而且透气效果佳。
发明所采用的技术方案是这样的:一种抗菌衬衫面料,包括由下述重量份纤维混纺织造而成:30-50份棉纤维、10-30份圣麻纤维、10-20份大豆蛋白纤维、20-30份胶原纤维、5-8份竹纤维、4-8份海藻炭纤维、3-5份纳米级抗菌银离子母粒原生纤维,再经过抗菌后整理而成;所述抗菌后整理步骤为,在抗菌整理液中浸渍,所述抗菌整理液中抗菌整理剂重量百分比含量为0.05-0.25%,所述抗菌整理剂,由如下重量份的组分组成 :十二烷基葡萄糖苷 30-50 份、1-(2,4- 二 氯苯基 )-2-(1- 咪唑基 )-O- 异丁基乙酮肟 10-30 份、乙氧基喹啉 10-30 份、聚六亚甲基双 胍盐酸盐 10-30 份。
进一步改进的是:所述抗菌衬衫面料的表面涂有疏水性的氟季胺硅烷耦合剂涂层。
进一步改进的是:所述氟季胺硅烷耦合剂涂层内加入透气助剂,所述透气助剂包括以下重量百分比的组分:2,5-二氨基甲基呋喃:18 -30,碳酸亚丙酯:18 -30,C12-C14烷基缩水甘油醚:8 -16,三缩水甘油基对氨基苯酚:8 - 16,二环戊二烯二环氧化物:8 -16,乙醇:18 -30,苯甲酸钠:1 - 3,三羟甲基丙烷三缩水甘油醚:1-3,水:45-80。
通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:竹纤维、海藻炭纤维、纳米级抗菌银离子母粒原生纤维均具有抗菌杀菌功能,此外还通过了抗菌后整理进一步提高抗菌效果。

本发明公开一种抗菌衬衫面料,包括由下述重量份纤维混纺织造而成:30-50份棉纤维、10-30份圣麻纤维、10-20份大豆蛋白纤维、20-30份胶原纤维、5-8份竹纤维、4-8份海藻炭纤维、3-5份纳米级抗菌银离子母粒原生纤维,再经过抗菌后整理而成;所述抗菌后整理步骤为,在抗菌整理液中浸渍,所述抗菌整理液中抗菌整理剂重量百分比含量为0.05-0.25%,所述抗菌整理剂,由如下重量份的组分组成 :十二烷基葡萄糖苷 30-50 份、1-(2,4- 二 氯苯基 )-2-(1- 咪唑基 )-O- 异丁基乙酮肟 10-30 份、乙氧基喹啉 10-30 份、聚六亚甲基双 胍盐酸盐 10-30 份。
所述抗菌衬衫面料的表面涂有疏水性的氟季胺硅烷耦合剂涂层,纳米硅粒子层和疏水性氟季胺硅烷耦合剂层的结合,水分子不容易通过,而气体分子可以通过,从而使织物具有拒水透气的效果,使人们在穿着的过程中感觉舒服。
为了提高衬衫的透气效果,所述氟季胺硅烷耦合剂涂层内加入透气助剂,所述透气助剂包括以下重量百分比的组分:2,5-二氨基甲基呋喃:18 -30,碳酸亚丙酯:18 -30,C12-C14烷基缩水甘油醚:8 -16,三缩水甘油基对氨基苯酚:8 - 16,二环戊二烯二环氧化物:8 -16,乙醇:18 -30,苯甲酸钠:1 - 3,三羟甲基丙烷三缩水甘油醚:1-3,水:45-80。
银的抗菌机理,为金属离子作用和光催化作用:
1、银的化学结构决定了银具有较高的催化能力,高氧化态银的还原势极高,足以使其周围空间产生原子氧。原子氧具有强氧化性可以灭菌;
2、Ag+可以强烈地吸引细菌体中蛋白酶上的巯基(-SH),迅速与其结合在一起,使蛋白酶丧失活性,导致细菌死亡。
3、当细菌被Ag+杀后,Ag+又由细菌尸体中游离出来,再与其它菌落接触,周而复始地进行上述过程,这也是银杀菌持久性的原因。
4、经权威机构(SGS)检测,该产品对金黄色葡萄球菌,大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌的抗菌率可达99%以上,且经150次洗涤后,抗菌率不变。
