When the fresh water tank 21 is sealed, the desalination machine 11 is operated, the automatic return valve 25 is opened, the public fresh water pump 22 continues to operate, the first reagent concentration detection probe 23 detects a water sample, when the water sample meets the design requirement value, the automatic return valve 25 is closed, the public fresh water pump 22 is stopped, the fresh water tank 21 is sealed, and the desalination machine 11 is sealed; when the water sample detected by the first reagent concentration detection probe 23 does not meet the design requirement value, the first medicine adding pipeline 14 is started, the water in the fresh water tank 21 is in a circulating flow state, until the water sample detected by the first reagent concentration detection probe 23 meets the design requirement, the automatic return valve 25 is closed, the public fresh water pump 22 is stopped, the fresh water tank 21 is sealed, and the fresh water machine 11 is sealed.
Starting the sealing of the desalination machine 11, opening the automatic sea discharging valve 131 for sealing, closing the automatic water production delivery valve 15, starting the first medicine adding pipeline 14, adding according to the medicine adding time and the medicine adding concentration set by the program, stopping after the adding time set by the program is reached, stopping the desalination machine 11, closing the automatic water inlet valve 121, closing the automatic sea discharging valve 131 for sealing, and completing the sealing of the whole fresh water treatment system.
The method comprises the following steps of starting system deblocking, opening a sealed automatic sea discharging valve, opening an automatic water inlet valve, starting a desalination machine, replacing the full water in the desalination machine system according to the time set by a program, completing replacement when the time set by the program is reached, opening an automatic produced water conveying valve, closing the sealed automatic sea discharging valve, enabling the produced water to enter a fresh water tank, completing system deblocking, and entering a normal operation state.
