As shown in fig. 1, a fresh water safeguard system for a ship comprises 4 modules, namely a water making module 10, a water storage module 20, a water using module 30 and a monitoring module 9.
The water making module 10 mainly comprises a seawater desalination device 1 and a water quality adjusting and disinfecting device 2. The seawater desalination device 1 can be a distillation method water making machine or a reverse osmosis seawater desalination device and mainly has the function of converting seawater into fresh water; the water quality adjusting and sterilizing device 2 is mainly used for conditioning and sterilizing fresh water.
The water storage module 20 mainly comprises a water tank 3, a water tank circulating filter device 4, a water tank disinfection device 5 and the like. The water tank circulating filter device 4 can purify the fresh water in the water tank, keep the turbidity in a required range and simultaneously play a role in allocating the fresh water among the water tanks; the water tank disinfection device 5 is mainly used for realizing fresh water preservation of each water tank and ensuring that microorganism indexes in the water tanks meet requirements in a long storage time.
The water utilization module 30 mainly comprises a variable-frequency constant-pressure water supply device 6, a hot water device 7 and a terminal processing device 8, wherein the variable-frequency constant-pressure water supply device 6 is mainly used for outputting fresh water with constant pressure and water quantity meeting the requirements for a user side; the water heating device 7 mainly heats fresh water, and the types of the water heating device include a steam water heating unit, an instant electromagnetic water heater and the like. The terminal treatment device 8 is mainly used for further disinfecting and filtering the fresh water to generate direct drinking water for users, and the terminal treatment device comprises a filter element type treatment device and a nanofiltration type treatment device, and can realize 0.22 micron filtration.
The monitoring module 9 applies a centralized and distributed control technology which is based on the PLC and realizes the centralized management function of each process of the daily water system through the industrial Ethernet, can reduce the energy consumption of the system, reduce the maintenance working intensity, improve the management level and ensure the water supply quality. And automatic detection, adjustment, control and accident alarm in the production process are realized through the monitoring system. The system can ensure that all equipment in the system operates in a specified state, prevent accidents in the bud and realize uninterrupted and reliable water supply.

Fresh water in the water tank 3 can be conveyed to a user side at constant pressure through the variable-frequency constant-pressure water supply device 6. The hot water device 7 can heat the fresh water to provide domestic hot water; through the terminal treatment device 8, the fresh water can be further sterilized and filtered to provide direct drinking water.
The monitoring module 9 can monitor and manage the states of other 3 module devices, and the monitoring system can automatically detect, adjust, control and give an alarm to accidents in the production process. The system can ensure that all equipment in the system operates in a specified state, prevent accidents in the bud and realize uninterrupted and reliable water supply.
