The invention discloses a parallel deck winch with independent cable arrangement units, which comprises a winch base, a supporting assembly, a cable guide assembly, a drum assembly and a driving assembly, wherein the supporting assembly is arranged on the winch base; the supporting assembly comprises a rotating block, a winch supporting frame and a winch side baffle, the cable guide assembly comprises an independent cable arranging unit and a bearing assembly, the independent cable arranging unit comprises a bidirectional screw rod, a guide rod, a driving motor I, a speed reducer I, a screw rod guide block, a guide supporting plate, a guide wheel and a guide rod fixing seat, the winding drum assembly comprises a bearing assembly and a winding drum, and the driving assembly comprises a bearing assembly, a driving motor II, a speed reducer II and a motor protective housing. The device can rotate a certain angle and can be locked at any position, and the cable arranging device is provided with an independent cable arranging unit, so that the structure is compact, safe and reliable, and convenient to use.
