In summary, the existing moxibustion apparatus at home and abroad needs to be innovated from the aspects of effectiveness, safety and reliability, labor intensity reduction of practitioners, number reduction, efficiency improvement, environmental protection and integration with modern new technologies.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems existing in the prior art, the invention aims to provide an environment-friendly smoke purifying device which has the advantages of small volume, compact structure, low energy consumption, low noise lower than 40dB (A) and high purifying efficiency, and can efficiently purify smoke. It can be used for purifying the flue gas generated in the combustion process of moxibustion or moxa cake and the like.
Further, when the special purifying agent diluent is used, the purifying rate of the smoke environment-friendly purifying device on the mixed combustion waste smoke containing mixed state coke oil, solid particle particulate matters and volatile VOC peculiar smell reaches 98.6%; and the filter pad has the advantages of good stability, corrosion resistance, attractive appearance, huge advantages compared with the current widely used activated carbon and filter pad filtering mode, and low running cost.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

Compared with the equipment for treating the flue gas by using the active carbon and filter cotton filtering mode widely used in the current moxibustion industry, the equipment for purifying the flue gas can not be saturated or poisoned and invalid after the active carbon adsorbs the flue gas, can not be invalid due to the bonding of high-viscosity tobacco tar generated after the filter cotton adsorbs the mugwort leaf and burns, can not be sticky and block a gas circuit pipeline due to the sticky tobacco tar in the purified mugwort tobacco, has the advantages of compact mute type high-efficiency smoke purifier and low use and operation cost, and has high purification efficiency.
The compact mute type high-efficiency smoke purifier is applicable to waste gas purification treatment of industrial welding, dust operation environments and other toxic and harmful operation environments after the volume and the power are increased, can also be used for indoor air disinfection, filtration and purification in large places, and front-end air purification in places with high-grade air quality requirements, and has wide application fields and markets, for example, application to closed or relatively closed spaces such as large dining halls, large building airports, railway stations, meeting rooms, medical institution public halls, shopping centers, large closed polished rice processing workshops, mining smelting industries with more dust and harmful gases, underground air-proof shelters and other underground hidden facilities and the like.
The compact mute type high-efficiency smoke purifier is applicable to environments such as hospitals and families after the volume and the power are reduced, and is used for smoking during traditional moxibustion treatment such as moxa sticks, moxa sticks or moxa boxes directly placed on acupuncture points or channels. Detailed Description
In order that the above-recited objects, features and advantages of the present invention will be more clearly understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings and appended detailed description. It should be noted that, in the case of no conflict, the embodiments of the present application and the features in the embodiments may be combined with each other.
The smoke environmental protection type purification apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is configured to be used as a high efficiency smoke purifier for purifying smoke generated by burning mugwort leaves, and preferably, the smoke environmental protection type purification apparatus is disposed in a space under a physiotherapy massage bed of a moxibustion device.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the smoke environmental protection purification device of the present invention comprises an electric box 1 and a smoke purifier box. Preferably, the electrical box is located above the smoke purifier box. The lower part of the smoke purifier box body is provided with supporting feet 2, and the supporting feet are adjustable supporting feet. The supporting feet support the smoke purifier box body.
The smoke purifier box body comprises two parts, namely a smoke purifier fixed box body and a smoke purifier movable effusion box.
The fixed box of smoke purifier is located the top of portable hydrops case of smoke purifier, the fixed box of smoke purifier sets up fixed case upper cover 3, electric box 1 sets up the top of fixed case upper cover 3 just relies on fixed case upper cover 3 supports. The upper cover 3 of the fixed box is provided with a first handle 4. The first handle 4 is configured to pull up the fixed box upper cover 3, facilitating cleaning work in the smoke purifier fixed box. The supporting feet 2 support the smoke purifier fixing box body.
The movable liquid accumulation box of the smoke purifier can be pulled out of the box body of the smoke purifier, that is, the movable liquid accumulation box of the smoke purifier can be pulled out from the lower side of the fixed box body of the smoke purifier.
The bottom of portable hydrops case of smoke purifier is provided with truckle 5, when needs change purifying liquid, removes through truckle 5 portable hydrops case of smoke purifier.
The lateral wall of portable hydrops case of smoke purifier is provided with second handle 6, through second handle 6 pulling the portable hydrops case of smoke purifier removes, conveniently fills or changes the purifying liquid.
The fixed box of smoke purifier is the stainless steel box, the lateral wall of the fixed box of smoke purifier sets up the air inlet, air inlet department sets up flue gas and admits air kuppe 7, and the entry of flue gas air kuppe is connected with the smoke tube, the smoke tube is high temperature resistant smoke tube of taking out, the smoke tube with the entry junction of flue gas air kuppe is fixed through locking buckle, ensures sealed effective. The smoke exhaust pipe is connected to a circular pipe joint 8 connected with the guide cover of the moxibustion combustion smoke collecting box, smoke micro negative pressure generated after the moxa cone or the moxa cake is combusted is passively absorbed into the smoke purifier box for purification treatment, and purified smoke can be directly discharged indoors or discharged outdoors through an exhaust pipe connected to the smoke environment-friendly purification device through an exhaust system of a building.
The outlet of the flue gas inlet guide cover is provided with a guide flushing plate 9, and a first preset interval is arranged between the guide flushing plate and the outlet of the flue gas inlet guide cover 7. The deflector flush plate 7 comprises a first portion and a second portion, the first portion of the deflector flush plate having a first slope, preferably the first portion of the deflector flush plate being parallel to the axial direction of the flue gas inlet guide housing 7 in order to reduce the resistance.
The top end of the guide flushing plate and the upper cover of the fixed box are sealed, the top edge of the steady flow water tank extends outwards, liquid in the steady flow water tank is left at the edge, and the air passing under the guide flushing plate is flushed for the second time along the inclined side surface of the guide flushing plate, which is close to the guide plate.
The upper portion of the fixed box of smoke purifier sets up filling opening 10, the inside of the fixed box of smoke purifier just is located the position of filling opening below sets up stationary flow basin 11, preferably, stationary flow basin with the fixed box rigid coupling of smoke purifier.
A water washing tank 12 is arranged below the outlet of the flue gas inlet guide cover, and a purifying liquid is arranged in the water washing tank. One side of the flow guiding flushing plate, which is close to the outlet of the smoke gas inlet flow guiding cover, is provided with an atomization nozzle 13, the atomization nozzle is connected with the steady flow water tank through a pipeline, and after the smoke gas generated by moxibustion combustion in the gas collecting box enters the smoke gas inlet flow guiding cover 7, the smoke gas is sprayed at the outlet of the smoke gas inlet flow guiding cover 7 through the atomization nozzle 13. The liquid discharged from the atomizing nozzle 13 flows into the water washing tank 12.
Preferably, the spraying direction of the atomizer 13 is parallel to the first portion of the deflector flush plate 9. Preferably, an ozone generator is arranged at a deflector flush plate near the outlet of the flue gas inlet guide shell 7, e.g. above the atomizer head.
In parallel, an ozone generator is arranged in the electric box, and an electrode 14 of the ozone generator is arranged at the atomizing nozzle to generate high-voltage arc, so that an ozone area is formed at the nozzle.
The second part of water conservancy diversion flushing plate 9 is the horizontal direction, and through atomizer 13 spray and ozone mixed flue gas passes through in the clearance between water conservancy diversion flushing plate 9 second part and the liquid level in the washing tank, shunts through purifying guide plate 15, purifying guide plate 15 is located the inside of the fixed box of smog clarifier just is located the top of washing tank 12, set up first clearance just between purifying guide plate 15 and the last case lid of the fixed box of smog clarifier 101 also set up the second clearance so that the flue gas passes through between purifying guide plate 15's lower extreme with the liquid level in washing tank. The purification guide plate 15 is fixedly connected with the smoke purifier fixing box 101.
The purified guide plate after being washed twice continuously by the guide washing plate is divided into a first path of gas and a second path of gas, and the first path of gas flows backwards through a gap between the purified guide plate and the inner wall of the upper cover of the fixed box; and the second path of gas is conveyed backwards through the purification guide plate and the floating dirt mass on the liquid surface of the water washing tank. The first path of gas accounts for 70% of the total amount of the gas flow, and the second path of gas accounts for 30% of the total amount of the gas flow, so that a large amount of gas containing moisture is subjected to gravity to sink and dewater.
Preferably, the purge baffle 15 has a second slope, and the lower end of the first portion of the deflector flush plate 9 and the lower end of the purge baffle 15 form a first angle if they extend downward.
A condenser 16 is arranged above the end of the water washing tank 12 along the flue gas advancing direction, the condenser 16 is connected with a condensate storage tank, and condensate in the condensate storage tank is pumped into the condenser 16 by a condensate circulating pump for refrigeration. The flue gas split by the purification guide plate 15 is condensed by the condenser 16. The condenser 16 has a third inclination, and the upper end of the condenser 16 and the upper end of the purifying guide plate 15 form a second included angle if extending upwards.
The opposite of condenser 16 the lateral wall department of the fixed box of smoke purifier is provided with axial fan 17, axial fan's outside is provided with protection filter screen 18, protection filter screen can play safety protection's effect, further, protection filter screen 18 is first filter screen, and it can prevent that inside clarifier from spilling over the outer pollution that produces of fan and can prevent that outside foreign matter from getting into the fan, influence system operation.
Preferably, the first filter screen is a stainless steel screen or an air-conditioning plastic or metal filter screen.
A downward-inclined water flow channel 19 is provided at the lower end of the condenser 16 and outside the water washing channel. A solid-liquid separator 20 is provided below the gutter. The solid-liquid separator comprises a second screen 21.
A pump (not shown) is disposed within the partitioned water tank.
The movable type effusion tank of the smoke purifier is internally provided with a partition water tank 22, and the partition water tank is internally provided with a first separation structure 23 and a second separation structure 24. The first and second separation structures are parallel to each other and are perpendicular to the bottom surface of the partitioned water tank 22.
The first and second separating structures 23 and 24 divide the dividing box into three regions, which are a first region 25, a second region and a third region, respectively. And a solid-liquid separator is arranged above the first area, and a second filter screen is arranged in the solid-liquid separator and is configured to filter impurities flowing into the solid-liquid separator. A filter screen box is arranged in the solid-liquid separator 20, and a second filter screen is arranged in the filter screen box. The solid-liquid separator is located directly below the launder 19, and the liquid remaining from the launder flows into the solid-liquid separator.
Preferably, the second filter screen 21 is one or more of low density cotton filter, activated carbon, coconut shell, bamboo carbon fiber or the like.
The filtered purge liquid remaining from the solid liquid separator 20 flows into the first zone 25.
Defining a separation structure within the partitioned water tank adjacent to the second handle 6 as a first separation structure; the separation structure in the partition water tank far away from the second handle is set to be a second separation structure, the lower part of the second separation structure is fixedly connected with the bottom surface of the partition water tank, and the height of the second separation structure is a second preset distance.
The lower part of the first separation structure is a first preset distance from the bottom surface of the partition water tank, and the upper part of the first separation structure is flush with the upper surface of the partition water tank, namely the upper part of the first separation structure is fixedly connected with the top surface of the partition water tank.
The first preset distance is smaller than the second preset distance. So that the floating matters and the like in the liquid flowing into the first area of the partition water tank from the solid-liquid separator are further blocked by the first separation structure, the liquid entering the second area of the partition water tank can flow into the third area of the partition water tank from the top of the second separation structure after being filtered again, and meanwhile, the second separation structure blocks the impurities which have high density and sink into the bottoms of the first area and the second area of the partition water tank.
A liquid level indicator 29 is provided in the mobile liquid product tank of the fume purifier, which is configured to show the liquid level in the liquid product tank. The movable hydrops box of the smoke purifier is close to the second handle and is provided with an air-tight rubber ring 28 at the contact part of the movable hydrops box of the smoke purifier and the box body of the smoke purifier, so that the box body of the smoke purifier can form a closed space, a negative pressure state is kept, and then a combustion chamber forms negative pressure.
Preferably, the liquid level height identifier is a water tank liquid level scale. The side wall of the movable effusion tank of the smoke purifier is provided with a liquid level height observation window so as to observe the liquid level of the water tank. Before use, the liquid level gauge of the water tank is observed, so that the liquid level is within a reasonable scale range, and the pump is prevented from being burnt out due to liquid shortage and long-time work. The lower part of the partition water tank is provided with a drain hole, and a sewage disposal valve is arranged at the drain hole.
Preferably, the drain hole is provided directly under the second separation structure, which simultaneously expands the third region of the partitioned water tank and the second region of the partitioned water tank, so that the liquid in each region of the partitioned water tank can be simultaneously discharged when the purge valve is opened.
In parallel, drain holes are respectively arranged below the third area and the second area of the partitioned water tank, and a trash cleaning valve 27 is arranged at the drain holes so as to respectively discharge the liquid in each area of the partitioned water tank according to actual needs.
The upper part of the partition water tank is provided with a liquid-solid separation tank, and the solid-liquid separator is arranged in the solid-liquid separation tank.
A sterilizing device 26 is provided in a third region of the partitioned water tank to sterilize and irradiate microorganisms to avoid odor generation so as to recycle the liquid in the partitioned water tank. Preferably, the disinfection lamp is a disinfection lamp, for example, a UV disinfection lamp.
Preferably, a first pipeline, a second pipeline and a pump are arranged in a third area of the partition water tank, the first pipeline is connected to the atomizing nozzle, and the first pipeline is a high-pressure pipeline; the second pipeline is connected to the steady flow water tank, liquid in the third area of the partition water tank after ultraviolet irradiation is pumped to the atomizing nozzle through the high-pressure pipeline by the pump, the second pipeline is provided with a pressure regulating valve and is a low-pressure pipeline, and liquid in the third area of the partition water tank after ultraviolet irradiation is pumped to the steady flow water tank through the low-pressure pipeline by the pump.
For the first filling or replacement of a new cleaning solution, for example, cleaning a mixture, care should be taken: when the liquid level scale of the partition water tank shows that the filling liquid reaches the vicinity of the calibrated scale, starting a working power switch of the efficient smoke purifier, continuously filling the purifying mixed liquid into the water tank of the efficient smoke purifier until the liquid level in the liquid level scale of the partition water tank reaches the required scale range, taking out a second filter screen of the liquid-solid separator after the use every day, replacing filter paper on the second filter screen, bagging and sealing the filter paper and waste residues, and putting new filter paper into a filter screen box in the separator; meanwhile, the liquid level height scale is checked, clear water is properly supplemented or new purified mixed liquid is replaced according to actual conditions, and when the intelligent environment-friendly automatic moxibustion physiotherapy machine with ultrasonic wave and moxibustion functions is large in workload and frequent in use, the purified mixed liquid and the flushing liquid solid separator are preferably replaced daily; if the household use and each physiotherapy interval time are long, the purified mixed solution is replaced at least once every week; when the water tank is not used for a long time, the water tank and the partition water tank need to be emptied, so that the liquid in the water tank is prevented from being spoiled. The waste purifying liquid in the equipment is replaced and discharged, the movable part of the smoke environment-friendly purifying device is moved into a cleaning room or a toilet, a blow-down valve at the bottom of a partition water tank is opened, the waste components in the waste purifying liquid belong to natural easily degradable types, the self-degradability is good, the waste purifying liquid can be directly discharged into a sewage pipeline, the waste purifying liquid is treated by an urban domestic wastewater treatment plant, and liquid-solid separators can be combined into domestic garbage and are burnt.
