厚朴温中汤，中医方剂名。为理气剂，具有温中行气，燥湿除满之功效。主治脾胃寒湿气滞证。脘腹胀满或疼痛，不思饮食，四肢倦怠，舌苔白腻，脉沉弦。临床常用于治疗急慢性胃炎、慢性肠炎、胃溃疡、胃肠功能紊乱等属脾胃气滞寒湿证者。用法：上两味须要各研各贮，用时以米饮汤加入生姜汁一匙，盐一撮为丸，服之立止。胃脘疼痛，胸闷胁痛，畏寒喜热，以及妇女痛经等。本方与厚朴温中汤均有温中行气止痛之功，但厚朴温中汤温中燥湿，主治脾胃寒湿气滞证；本方治胃兼能疏肝，二方同中有异。

【歌诀】：厚朴温中陈草苓，干姜草蔻木香停，煎服加姜治腹痛，脘腹胀满用皆灵。
【配方组成】：厚朴姜制、陈皮去白，各一两(各9g)，甘草炙、茯苓去皮、草豆蔻仁、木香各五钱(各5g)，干姜七分(2g)。
【使用方法】：合为粗散，每服15g，水二盏，生姜三片，煎至一盏，去滓温服，食前温服。忌一切冷物。现代用法：按原方比例酌定用量，加姜3片，水煎服。
【功效和作用】：寒湿气滞证。脘腹胀满或疼痛，不思饮食，舌苔白腻，脉沉弦。
【主治】：脾胃寒湿气滞证。脘腹胀满或疼痛，不思饮食，四肢倦怠，舌苔白腻，脉沉弦。
【方义】：本方证因脾胃为寒湿所伤，气机壅阻而致。脾胃主受纳、腐熟和运化水谷，若起居不适，外受寒湿之邪，或恣食生冷之物，则使脾胃受寒湿所伤。寒湿凝滞，脾胃气机壅阻，不通则痛，故见脘腹胀满或疼痛；脾胃运化失司，则不思饮食；脾胃主肌肉四肢，湿邪困于脾胃，则四肢倦怠。治当行气温中，燥湿除满。方中厚朴行气消胀，燥湿除满，为君药。草豆蔻温中散寒，燥湿除痰，为臣药。陈皮、木香行气宽中；干姜、生姜温脾暖胃以散寒；茯苓渗湿健脾以和中，共为佐药。甘草益气健脾，调和诸药，功兼佐使。诸药合用，寒湿得除，气机得畅，脾胃复健，则胀痛自解。
【配伍特点】：以行气为主，兼以温中燥湿以除满。
【运用】：本方为治疗脾胃寒湿气滞的常用方。临床应用以脘腹胀痛，舌苔白腻为辨证要点。本方重点在于温中，对于客寒犯胃致脘痛呕吐者，亦可用之。
【加减化裁】：痛甚者，可加肉桂、良姜以温中散寒。兼身重肢肿者，可加大腹皮以下气利水。
【禁忌】：本方药性温燥，脘腹胀满，属于气虚不运或胃阴不足者，不宜使用，以免耗气伤阴。气滞化热者亦忌用。
