“爱美之心人皆有之”,人类对美化自身的化妆品自古以来就有不断的追求
粉饼,由多种粉体原料(包括颜料)及黏合剂(油脂成分)经混合、压制而成的饼状固体美容制品,具有遮盖、附着、涂展、赋色、修饰的功能,视使用的方式的不同分为干用、湿用及干湿两用型。此类产品多具清凉感而大多用于夏季。粉饼造就轻柔的哑光质感。粉饼的魅力在于滑爽、轻盈的触感。小巧的粉盒,既便于外出携带,使用起来也方便。但缺点是海绵容易沾上过多的粉,导致涂抹过厚。
粉饼在化妆中起到一个重要的作用,能在最终定妆时起到修饰容颜的作用,是化妆中必不可少的产品。

本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种双修粉饼的生产配方及工艺,它配方设计合理,修颜效果好,融合性佳,遮瑕效果好,可以很好的体现侧颜,打造立体轮廓感,可以让妆容更加有质感,并富有光泽感。它能通过光的折射缓解黑眼圈、眼袋、细纹等问题,能打理出好像天鹅绒般光滑均匀的肤质;且工艺简单,操作方便,制作成本低。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:所述双修粉饼的生产配方包含A相、B相、C相;所述A相的重量比组份为:天然滑石粉20-25%、硅处理云母粉40-45%、玉米淀粉5-7%、PMMA粉末2-4%、聚二甲基硅氧烷4-6%、T-48钛白粉2-4%、微蜡粉3-5%、豆蔻酸镁2-4%、尼龙粉3-5%、硅处理二氧化硅1-3%;所述B相的重量比组份为:向日葵籽油6-8%、硬脂酸锌4-6%、PE9010 0.7-0.9%;所述C相的重量比组份为:T-48钛白粉3-5%、生育酚乙酸酯2-3%和色粉0.01-0.02%;
双修粉饼的生产工艺包含以下步骤:
1、先将称好的A相基料倒入一轴三侧搅拌机里,然后取适量基料和C相用高速小粉碎机粉碎数遍,每遍1-2分钟,转速控制在25000转左右;
2、将步骤1中粉碎好的物料倒入一轴三侧搅拌机里,高速混合搅拌数次,每次4-6分钟,转速控制在3000转左右;
3、低速混合搅拌步骤2中的物料,并加入B相,搅拌2-5分钟,转速控制在1500转左右;
4、将步骤3中所得物料通过一轴三侧搅拌机高速混合搅拌数次,每次5-6分钟,转速控制在3000转左右;
5、用粉碎机粉碎数遍,粉碎细度为100目即可。

所述生育酚乙酸酯通过天然维生素E的制备提取法以C1~C4的低碳醇或含(5%~15%)C3~C5低碳酮的醇酮混合物为抽提剂,从植物油中提取。如在100g粗棕榈油中加入50mL的甲醇,在45℃下振荡萃取,于-10~-20℃下取甲醇相冷冻过夜,过滤除去析出的甾醇和脂肪酸类结晶,母液蒸馏除去甲醇得维生素E浓缩,含量11%。

所述PMMA粉末平均粒径:约5.5~8.5μm,pH值:5.0~7.5,具有优异的吸油性能,可以较好地吸收皮脂、汗液等皮肤分泌物;高折射率的特点使入射光线产生散射,淡化面部明暗对比,实现遮瑕效果;球形的构造赋予化妆品良好的滑爽性和优异的柔滑手感;用于含有有机溶ji(乙醇等)的液体化妆品中具有良好的分散性和稳定性;透明的特性可使部分光线透过,降低面部的苍白感,达到自然的妆效;所述的硅处理二氧化硅是高效的抗结剂和自由流动剂,能提高储存稳定性和粉状产品的分散性;所述硬脂酸锌主要用作香粉的粘附剂,以增加香粉在皮肤上的附着力,硬脂酸锌质轻柔软,加到粉类化妆品中即包覆在其它粉末外面,使香粉人易透水;所述生育酚乙酸酯通过天然维生素E的制备提取法以C1~C4的低碳醇或含(5%~15%)C3~C5低碳酮的醇酮混合物为抽提剂,从植物油中提取。如在100g粗棕榈油中加入50mL的甲醇,在45℃下振荡萃取,于-10~-20℃下取甲醇相冷冻过夜,过滤除去析出的甾醇和脂肪酸类结晶,母液蒸馏除去甲醇得维生素E浓缩,含量11%。
本具体实施方式所述的一种双修粉饼的生产配方及工艺,配方设计合理,修颜效果好,融合性佳,遮瑕效果好,可以很好的体现侧颜,打造立体轮廓感,可以让妆容更加有质感,并富有光泽感。它能通过光的折射缓解黑眼圈、眼袋、细纹等问题,能打理出好像天鹅绒般光滑均匀的肤质;且工艺简单,操作方便,制作成本低。

Claims (7)
1.一种双修粉饼的生产配方及工艺,其特征在于:所述双修粉饼的生产配方包含A相、B相、C相;所述A相的重量比组份为:天然滑石粉20-25%、硅处理云母粉40-45%、玉米淀粉5-7%、PMMA粉末2-4%、聚二甲基硅氧烷4-6%、T-48钛白粉2-4%、微蜡粉3-5%、豆蔻酸镁2-4%、尼龙粉3-5%、硅处理二氧化硅1-3%;所述B相的重量比组份为:向日葵籽油6-8%、硬脂酸锌4-6%、PE9010 0.7-0.9%;所述C相的重量比组份为:T-48钛白粉3-5%、生育酚乙酸酯2-3%和色粉0.01-0.02%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双修粉饼的生产配方及工艺,其特征在于:所述双修粉饼的生产工艺包含以下步骤:
(1)、先将称好的A相基料倒入一轴三侧搅拌机里,然后取适量基料和C相用高速小粉碎机粉碎数遍,每遍1-2分钟,转速控制在25000转左右;
(2)、将步骤(1)中粉碎好的物料倒入一轴三侧搅拌机里,高速混合搅拌数次,每次4-6分钟,转速控制在3000转左右;
(3)、低速混合搅拌步骤(2)中的物料,并加入B相,搅拌2-5分钟,转速控制在1500转左右;
(4)、将步骤(3)中所得物料通过一轴三侧搅拌机高速混合搅拌数次,每次5-6分钟,转速控制在3000转左右;
(5)、用粉碎机粉碎数遍,粉碎细度为100目即可。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双修粉饼的生产配方及工艺,其特征在于:所述向日葵籽油替换为甘油。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种双修粉饼的生产配方及工艺,其特征在于:所述聚二甲基硅氧烷替换为季戊四醇四异硬酯酸酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种双修粉饼的生产配方及工艺,其特征在于:所述微蜡粉替换为鲸蜡硬酯乙基己酸酯。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种双修粉饼的生产配方及工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)、(2)、(3)中均设有过滤筛选结构,用于物料搅拌后与出料前的筛选。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种双修粉饼的生产配方及工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中搅拌时,前3分钟左右的时间向同一方向搅拌,后续逆向搅拌。
