本发明公开了一种新型汽车LED近光灯,包括透镜、LED灯珠、电机,透镜螺纹连接反光碗,反光碗左侧设有圆孔,圆孔内部安装有LED近光灯总成,LED近光灯总成包括LED灯珠、导电板、导热片、散热块、螺杆和电机,LED灯珠与导电板焊接固定,导电板连接导热片,导热片螺纹连接散热块,散热块左侧通过粘合剂固定有螺杆,螺杆右侧设有电机;本新型汽车LED近光灯,LED灯珠设有两个,分别安装在导电板上下两侧,由于LED光源为单面发光,近似朗伯体分布,安装有两个LED灯珠可发出与卤素灯相似的光线,有效的增强了照明亮度,导热片与反光碗的连接处设有隔热橡胶垫,可有效防止LED灯珠产生的热量传导到反光碗上,使反光碗发生形变。

一种新型汽车LED近光灯
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车照明设备技术领域,具体为一种新型汽车LED近光灯。
背景技术
由于LED发光芯片体积小,能耗低,各汽车厂商和灯具厂商已把LED 发光芯片更多的应用于汽车光环境体系当中,因此LED在车内照明装置及车外信号装置上已得到广泛的应用,并且随着白光LED技术的发展,高功率白光LED的光通量及稳定性问题得以不断改善,将在车外道路照明方面大展鸿图,然而,由于LED光源的光强空间分布与传统的卤素灯或氙气灯完全不同,LED光源为单面发光,近似朗伯体分布,而传统光源为全空间分布,在LED前照灯设计中,不能直接用LED光源替换传统光源,否则所产生的光型将不能满足车用照明的性能指标,因此,必须针对LED光源自身的发光特点进行全新设计,以满足车用照明需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型汽车LED近光灯,具备多个LED灯珠,照射高低可调的优点,解决了现有技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种新型汽车LED近光灯,包括透镜、LED灯珠、电机,所述透镜螺纹连接反光碗,所述反光碗左侧设有圆孔,圆孔内部安装有LED近光灯总成,LED近光灯总成包括LED灯珠、导电板、导热片、散热块、螺杆和电机,所述LED灯珠与导电板焊接固定,所述导电板连接导热片,所述导热片螺纹连接散热块,所述散热块左侧通过粘合剂固定有螺杆,所述螺杆右侧设有电机,所述电机通过连杆与反光碗固定。
优选的,所述LED灯珠设有两个分别安装在导电板上下两侧。
优选的,所述导热片与反光碗的连接处设有隔热橡胶垫。
优选的,所述电机输出轴端设有齿轮,齿轮与螺杆啮合。
优选的,所述散热块为圆柱状,且散热块外侧设有散热齿。
优选的,所述电机与LED灯珠为并联关系。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:本新型汽车LED近光灯,LED灯珠设有两个,分别安装在导电板上下两侧,由于LED光源为单面发光,近似朗伯体分布,安装有两个LED灯珠可发出与卤素灯相似的光线,有效的增强了照明亮度,导热片与反光碗的连接处设有隔热橡胶垫,可有效防止LED灯珠产生的热量传导到反光碗上,使反光碗发生形变,隔热橡胶垫同时还可保证LED灯珠在电机的带动下进行上下移动,电机输出轴端设有齿轮,齿轮与螺杆啮合,可根据需要调节近光灯高度,散热块为圆柱状,且散热块外侧设有散热齿,增大散热块与空气的接触面积,更有利于热量的散失,电机与LED灯珠为并联关系,可有效地确保了电机和LED灯珠都可独立工作。

实施例,一种新型汽车LED近光灯,包括透镜1、LED灯珠3、电机8,透镜1螺纹连接反光碗2,反光碗2左侧设有圆孔,圆孔内部安装有LED近光灯总成,LED近光灯总成包括LED灯珠3、导电板4、导热片5、散热块6、螺杆7和电机8,LED灯珠3与导电板4焊接固定,LED灯珠3设有两个,分别安装在导电板4上下两侧,由于LED光源为单面发光,近似朗伯体分布,安装有两个LED灯珠3可发出与卤素灯相似的光线,有效的增强了照明亮度,导电板4连接导热片5,导热片5与反光碗2的连接处设有隔热橡胶垫10,可有效防止LED灯珠3产生的热量传导到反光碗2上,使反光碗2发生形变,导热片5螺纹连接散热块6,散热块6为圆柱状,且散热块6外侧设有散热齿,增大散热块6与空气的接触面积,更有利于热量的散失散热块6左侧通过粘合剂固定有螺杆7,螺杆7右侧设有电机8,电机8与LED灯珠3为并联关系,可有效地确保了电机8和LED灯珠3都可独立工作电机8输出轴端设有齿轮,齿轮与螺杆7啮合,可根据需要调节近光灯高度,电机8通过连杆9与反光碗2固定。
工作原理:本新型汽车LED近光灯,驾驶人员通过小灯开关打开近光灯,LED灯珠3点亮,LED灯珠3发出的光线经过反光碗2反射以后向外照射出去,LED灯珠工作时产生的热量通过导热片5将热量传递给散热块6,散热块6将热量向外扩散,当驾驶人员需要调节近光灯高度时可控制电机8正反转,电机8带动齿轮转动,齿轮带动螺杆7上下移动,同时导电板4上的LED灯珠也会进行上下移动。

1.一种新型汽车LED近光灯,包括透镜(1)、LED灯珠(3)、电机(8),其特征在于:所述透镜(1)螺纹连接反光碗(2),所述反光碗(2)左侧设有圆孔,圆孔内部安装有LED近光灯总成,LED近光灯总成包括LED灯珠(3)、导电板(4)、导热片(5)、散热块(6)、螺杆(7)和电机(8),所述LED灯珠(3)与导电板(4)焊接固定,所述导电板(4)连接导热片(5),所述导热片(5)螺纹连接散热块(6),所述散热块(6)左侧通过粘合剂固定有螺杆(7),所述螺杆(7)右侧设有电机(8),所述电机(8)通过连杆(9)与反光碗(2)固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型汽车LED近光灯,其特征在于:所述LED灯珠(3)设有两个分别安装在导电板(4)上下两侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型汽车LED近光灯,其特征在于:所述导热片(5)与反光碗(2)的连接处设有隔热橡胶垫(10)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型汽车LED近光灯,其特征在于:所述电机(8)输出轴端设有齿轮,齿轮与螺杆(7)啮合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型汽车LED近光灯,其特征在于:所述散热块(6)为圆柱状,且散热块(6)外侧设有散热齿。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型汽车LED近光灯,其特征在于:所述电机(8)与LED灯珠(3)为并联关系。
