本发明提供一种能快速散热的LED发光体,包括透明灯罩、LED发光源、散热铝板、供电电源、凹面灯罩和透明基板;若干个所述LED发光源粘合固定在所述散热铝板上端,若干个所述LED发光源错开排列设置;所述散热铝板通过卡扣固定安装在所述透明基板上端凹槽内;所述供电电源可拆装的卡接固定在所述透明基板的卡槽内;所述供电电源通过导线穿过所述散热铝板与所述LED发光源连接;所述凹面灯罩可拆装的卡接固定在所述透明基板下端凹槽内;所述透明基板的形状呈工字形。本发明结构简单,采用两面固晶,且两面搓开,避免发光芯片之间相互挡光,发光更均匀,光效更高,提高散热效果。

一种能快速散热的LED发光体
技术领域
本发明涉及照明技术领域,尤其涉及一种能快速散热的LED发光体。
背景技术
LED灯以质优、耐用、节能为主要特点,投射角度调节范围大,10W的亮度相当于普通60W白炽灯。抗高温、防潮防水、防漏电。使用电压有:110V、220V可选,外罩可选玻璃或PC材质。灯头与普通日光灯一样。
LED光源具有使用低压电源、耗能少、适用性强、稳定性高、响应时间短、对环境无污染、多色发光等的优点,虽然价格较现有照明器材昂贵,仍被认为是它将不可避免地替代现有照明器件。LED发光体是LED灯的重要部件,但目前大多LED发光体发光不均匀,散热效果差,并且LED发光体易断裂。
发明内容
要解决的技术问题
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种能快速散热的LED发光体,以克服现有技术中发光不均匀,散热效果差,并且LED发光体易断裂的缺陷。
技术方案
为解决所述技术问题,本发明提供一种LED发光体,包括透明灯罩、LED发光源、散热铝板、供电电源、凹面灯罩和透明基板;若干个所述LED发光源粘合固定在所述散热铝板上端,若干个所述LED发光源错开排列设置;所述散热铝板通过卡扣固定安装在所述透明基板上端凹槽内;所述供电电源可拆装的卡接固定在所述透明基板的卡槽内;所述供电电源通过导线穿过所述散热铝板与所述LED发光源连接;所述凹面灯罩可拆装的卡接固定在所述透明基板下端凹槽内;所述透明基板的形状呈工字形。
优选的,所述LED发光源底部固有荧光粉。
优选的,所述LED发光体形状为三角形或者长条形。
优选的,所述LED发光源为蓝光芯片。
有益效果为:本发明的能快速散热的LED发光体,结构简单,采用两面固晶,且两面搓开,避免发光芯片之间相互挡光,发光更均匀,光效更高,提高散热效果。

下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
如图1所示,本发明的一种能快速散热的LED发光体,包括透明灯罩1、LED发光源2、散热铝板3、供电电源4、凹面灯罩5和透明基板6;若干个所述LED发光源2粘合固定在所述散热铝板3上端,若干个所述LED发光源2错开排列设置;所述散热铝板3通过卡扣固定安装在所述透明基板6上端凹槽内;所述供电电源4可拆装的卡接固定在所述透明基板6的卡槽内;所述供电电源4通过导线穿过所述散热铝板3与所述LED发光源2连接;所述凹面灯罩5可拆装的卡接固定在所述透明基板6下端凹槽内;所述透明基板6的形状呈工字形。
如图1所示,所述LED发光源2底部固有荧光粉。所述LED发光体形状为三角形或者长条形。
如图1所示,所述LED发光源2为蓝光芯片。
上述能快速散热的LED发光体,结构简单,采用两面固晶,且两面搓开,避免发光芯片之间相互挡光,发光更均匀,光效更高,提高散热效果;采用高强度透明基板,使LED发光体不易断裂;发光芯片底部固有导热反光层,使蓝光不从底面射出;发光芯片设置在上述凹槽内,发光芯片侧面不漏蓝光,并且加大了高强度透明基板的导热面积,加快导热速度。
综上所述,上述实施方式并非是本发明的限制性实施方式,凡本领域的技术人员在本发明的实质内容的基础上所进行的修饰或者等效变形,均在本发明的技术范畴。

1.一种能快速散热的LED发光体,其特征在于:包括透明灯罩(1)、LED发光源(2)、散热铝板(3)、供电电源(4)、凹面灯罩(5)和透明基板(6);若干个所述LED发光源(2)粘合固定在所述散热铝板(3)上端,若干个所述LED发光源(2)错开排列设置;所述散热铝板(3)通过卡扣固定安装在所述透明基板(6)上端凹槽内;所述供电电源(4)可拆装的卡接固定在所述透明基板(6)的卡槽内;所述供电电源(4)通过导线穿过所述散热铝板(3)与所述LED发光源(2)连接;所述凹面灯罩(5)可拆装的卡接固定在所述透明基板(6)下端凹槽内;所述透明基板(6)的形状呈工字形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的能快速散热的LED发光体,其特征在于:所述LED发光源(2)底部固有荧光粉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的能快速散热的LED发光体,其特征在于:所述LED发光体形状为三角形或者长条形。
