本发明提供一种发光均匀的LED发光体,包括第一透明灯罩、第一LED发光源、第一散热基板、支撑板、第二透明灯罩、第二散热基板和第二LED发光源;所述第一透明灯罩和第二透明灯罩分别安装在所述支撑板上下两端;所述支撑板中间均布有若干个散热通孔;所述第一散热基板和第二散热基板分别安装在所述支撑板上下两端;若干所述第一LED发光源均布在所述第一散热基板上端;若干所述第二LED发光源均布在所述第二散热基板上端;若干所述第一LED发光源与若干所述第二LED发光源相互错开。本发明结构简单,两面搓开,避免发光芯片之间相互挡光,发光更均匀,光效更高,提高散热效果;采用高强度透明基板,使LED发光体不易断裂。

技术领域
本发明涉及照明技术领域,尤其涉及一种发光均匀的LED发光体。
背景技术
LED灯以质优、耐用、节能为主要特点,投射角度调节范围大,10W的亮度相当于普通60W白炽灯。抗高温、防潮防水、防漏电。使用电压有:110V、220V可选,外罩可选玻璃或PC材质。灯头与普通日光灯一样。
LED光源具有使用低压电源、耗能少、适用性强、稳定性高、响应时间短、对环境无污染、多色发光等的优点,虽然价格较现有照明器材昂贵,仍被认为是它将不可避免地替代现有照明器件。LED发光体是LED灯的重要部件,但目前大多LED发光体发光不均匀,散热效果差,并且LED发光体易断裂。
发明内容
要解决的技术问题
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种发光均匀的LED发光体,以克服现有技术中发光不均匀,散热效果差,并且LED发光体易断裂的缺陷。
技术方案
为解决所述技术问题,本发明提供一种发光均匀的LED发光体,包括第一透明灯罩、第一LED发光源、第一散热基板、支撑板、第二透明灯罩、第二散热基板和第二LED发光源;所述第一透明灯罩和第二透明灯罩分别安装在所述支撑板上下两端;所述支撑板中间均布有若干个散热通孔;所述第一散热基板和第二散热基板分别安装在所述支撑板上下两端;若干所述第一LED发光源均布在所述第一散热基板上端;若干所述第二LED发光源均布在所述第二散热基板上端;若干所述第一LED发光源与若干所述第二LED发光源相互错开。
优选的,所述支撑板两侧还设置有安装孔。
优选的,所述支撑板截面形状呈工字形。
优选的,所述支撑板由陶瓷制成。
有益效果为:本发明的发光均匀的LED发光体,结构简单,两面搓开,避免发光芯片之间相互挡光,发光更均匀,光效更高,提高散热效果;采用高强度透明基板,使LED发光体不易断裂。

下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
如图1所示,本发明的一种发光均匀的LED发光体,包括第一透明灯罩1、第一LED发光源2、第一散热基板3、支撑板4、第二透明灯罩5、第二散热基板6和第二LED发光源7;所述第一透明灯罩1和第二透明灯罩5分别安装在所述支撑板4上下两端;所述支撑板4中间均布有若干个散热通孔8;所述第一散热基板3和第二散热基板6分别安装在所述支撑板4上下两端;若干所述第一LED发光源2均布在所述第一散热基板3上端;若干所述第二LED发光源7均布在所述第二散热基板6上端;若干所述第一LED发光源2与若干所述第二LED发光源7相互错开。
如图1所示,所述支撑板4两侧还设置有安装孔9。
如图1所示,所述支撑板4截面形状呈工字形。所述支撑板4由陶瓷制成。
本发光均匀的LED发光体,结构简单,两面搓开,避免发光芯片之间相互挡光,发光更均匀,光效更高,提高散热效果;采用高强度透明基板,使LED发光体不易断裂。

1.一种发光均匀的LED发光体,其特征在于:包括第一透明灯罩(1)、第一LED发光源(2)、第一散热基板(3)、支撑板(4)、第二透明灯罩(5)、第二散热基板(6)和第二LED发光源(7);所述第一透明灯罩(1)和第二透明灯罩(5)分别安装在所述支撑板(4)上下两端;所述支撑板(4)中间均布有若干个散热通孔(8);所述第一散热基板(3)和第二散热基板(6)分别安装在所述支撑板(4)上下两端;若干所述第一LED发光源(2)均布在所述第一散热基板(3)上端;若干所述第二LED发光源(7)均布在所述第二散热基板(6)上端;若干所述第一LED发光源(2)与若干所述第二LED发光源(7)相互错开。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发光均匀的LED发光体,其特征在于:所述支撑板(4)两侧还设置有安装孔(9)。
