Technical Field
The invention relates to coal mine construction equipment, in particular to a coal seam hydraulic direction adjustable drilling device.
Background
Coal bed gas (coal mine gas) is unconventional natural gas which is associated with coal and is mainly stored in a coal bed in an adsorption state, is abundant in China, and has the functions of adjusting an energy structure, improving coal mine safety and protecting the ecological environment with great importance in development and utilization.
However, most coal seams in China have the characteristics of heterogeneity, low pressure, low permeability, low gas saturation and the like, the low permeability and the heterogeneity of the coal seams cause difficulty in effective gas extraction by using a conventional method, and the multi-branch bundle-shaped holes are effective ways for improving the gas extraction efficiency of the coal seams.
The traditional directional drilling machine beam hole forming technology is complex, equipment is expensive, the curvature radius of the beam hole is large, and frequent deflection guiding and deflecting are needed in the hole forming process, so that the utilization of the technology in the underground coal mine is limited.
Therefore, in order to solve the above technical problems, it is necessary to provide a new device.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides a coal seam hydraulic direction adjustable drilling device, which can avoid deflecting and deflecting operations during drilling, and can automatically adjust the drilling inclination according to the actual construction condition, thereby greatly reducing the hole forming process of the beam-shaped hole, improving the hole forming efficiency of the beam-shaped hole, and the whole device has a simple structure and low manufacturing cost and use cost.
