Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of a PVC (polyvinyl chloride) coiled material for wrapping metal, which comprises the following operation steps: (1) mixing dysprosium oxide, gallium oxide, aluminum oxide and lanthanum oxide, performing ball milling treatment, then performing compression molding on the obtained powder, sintering, and crushing to 80-100 meshes to obtain the reinforcing agent; (2) adding thulium chloride and cerium chloride into water, mixing and stirring uniformly, adding dipotassium dodecenylsuccinate, mixing and stirring uniformly, carrying out heat preservation treatment, pouring out an upper water layer, adding a reinforcing agent, mixing and stirring uniformly to obtain a PVC modifier; (3) adding PVC resin, PVC modifier, antioxidant, plasticizer and inorganic filler into a high-speed mixer, plasticating, tabletting and cutting to obtain the finished product. The PVC coiled material prepared by the invention has high softness and tensile strength, is suitable for wrapping metal, has excellent wear resistance, and greatly prolongs the service life of a woven product.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of PVC (polyvinyl chloride) coiled material preparation, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a PVC coiled material for wrapping metal.
Background
The woven product is a product woven by people or machines, usually made of materials with good toughness such as wickers, reeds and the like, and with the development of polymer material technology and metal weaving technology, a woven product with metal wrapped by PVC appears. However, the woven product has the defects of poor mechanical property of the PVC coiled material, particularly low tensile strength and poor wear resistance, and the service life of the woven product is short.

A preparation method of PVC coiled material for wrapping metal comprises the following operation steps:
(1) mixing 26-33 parts of dysprosium oxide, 37-42 parts of gallium oxide, 46-55 parts of aluminum oxide and 1-4 parts of lanthanum oxide in parts by weight, performing ball milling treatment, then performing compression molding on the obtained powder, sintering the powder, and crushing the powder to 80-100 meshes to obtain the reinforcing agent;
(2) adding 14-19 parts of thulium chloride and 23-26 parts of cerium chloride into 190 parts of 140-one-wall water, uniformly mixing and stirring, adding 40-48 parts of dodecadienyl succinic acid dipotassium salt, uniformly mixing and stirring, heating to 88-92 ℃, carrying out heat preservation treatment for 3-4 hours, pouring out an upper water layer, adding 320 parts of 280-one-wall reinforcer, uniformly mixing and stirring to obtain the PVC modifier;
(3) adding 96-105 parts by weight of PVC resin, 13-16 parts by weight of PVC modifier, 0.4-0.8 part by weight of antioxidant, 3-4 parts by weight of plasticizer and 10-16 parts by weight of inorganic filler into a high-speed mixer, and plasticating, tabletting and cutting to obtain the finished product.
Specifically, in the step (1), the sintering temperature is 1400 ℃ and 1450 ℃, and the sintering time is 5-6 hours.
Specifically, in the step (2), the inorganic filler is light calcium carbonate.
Specifically, in the step (3), the temperature during tabletting is 145-150 ℃, the heating time is 5min, and the pressure is 12-14 MPa.
According to the technical scheme, the beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
the preparation method of the PVC coiled material for wrapping metals, provided by the invention, is simple to operate and low in cost, and the prepared PVC coiled material is high in softness and tensile strength, is suitable for wrapping metals, has excellent wear resistance and greatly prolongs the service life of woven products. After the reinforcing agent and the rare earth element in the PVC modifier prepared in the step (2) act synergistically, the density of the formed PVC resin can be effectively improved, the stability of a three-dimensional network structure of a PVC material is improved, and the tensile strength and the wear resistance of the prepared PVC coiled material are effectively improved.

The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. The conditions used in the examples may be further adjusted according to the manufacturer's conditions, and the unexplained conditions are generally conventional experimental conditions.
Example 1
A preparation method of PVC coiled material for wrapping metal comprises the following operation steps:
(1) mixing 26 parts of dysprosium oxide, 37 parts of gallium oxide, 46 parts of aluminum oxide and 1 part of lanthanum oxide in parts by weight, performing ball milling treatment, then performing compression molding on the obtained powder, sintering treatment, and crushing the powder to 80 meshes to obtain the reinforcing agent;
(2) adding 14 parts by weight of thulium chloride and 23 parts by weight of cerium chloride into 140 parts by weight of water, uniformly mixing and stirring, adding 40 parts by weight of dodecadienyl succinic acid dipotassium salt, uniformly mixing and stirring, heating to 88 ℃, carrying out heat preservation treatment for 3 hours, pouring out an upper water layer, adding 280 parts by weight of reinforcing agent, uniformly mixing and stirring to obtain a PVC modifier;
(3) adding 96 parts by weight of PVC resin, 13 parts by weight of PVC modifier, 0.4 part by weight of antioxidant, 3 parts by weight of plasticizer and 10 parts by weight of inorganic filler into a high-speed mixer, and plasticating, tabletting and cutting to obtain a finished product.
Specifically, in the step (1), the temperature of the sintering treatment is 1400 ℃, and the time of the sintering treatment is 5 hours.

Example 2
A preparation method of PVC coiled material for wrapping metal comprises the following operation steps:
(1) mixing 30 parts of dysprosium oxide, 40 parts of gallium oxide, 50 parts of aluminum oxide and 3 parts of lanthanum oxide in parts by weight, performing ball milling treatment, then performing compression molding on the obtained powder, sintering, and crushing to 90 meshes to obtain the reinforcing agent;
(2) adding 16 parts by weight of thulium chloride and 25 parts by weight of cerium chloride into 170 parts by weight of water, uniformly mixing and stirring, adding 44 parts by weight of dipotassium dodecenylsuccinate, uniformly mixing and stirring, heating to 90 ℃, carrying out heat preservation treatment for 3.5 hours, pouring out an upper water layer, adding 300 parts by weight of a reinforcing agent, uniformly mixing and stirring to obtain a PVC modifier;
(3) adding 100 parts by weight of PVC resin, 15 parts by weight of PVC modifier, 0.6 part by weight of antioxidant, 3 parts by weight of plasticizer and 14 parts by weight of inorganic filler into a high-speed mixer, and plasticating, tabletting and cutting to obtain the finished product.
Specifically, in the step (1), the temperature of the sintering treatment is 1430 ℃ and the time of the sintering treatment is 5.5 hours.
Specifically, in the step (2), the inorganic filler is light calcium carbonate.
Specifically, in the step (3), the temperature during tabletting is 148 ℃, the heating time is 5min, and the pressure is 13 MPa.
Example 3
A preparation method of PVC coiled material for wrapping metal comprises the following operation steps:
(1) mixing 33 parts of dysprosium oxide, 42 parts of gallium oxide, 55 parts of aluminum oxide and 4 parts of lanthanum oxide in parts by weight, performing ball milling treatment, then performing compression molding on the obtained powder, sintering treatment, and crushing the powder to 100 meshes to obtain the reinforcing agent;
(2) adding 19 parts by weight of thulium chloride and 26 parts by weight of cerium chloride into 190 parts by weight of water, uniformly mixing and stirring, adding 48 parts by weight of dodecadienyl succinic acid dipotassium salt, uniformly mixing and stirring, heating to 92 ℃, carrying out heat preservation treatment for 4 hours, pouring out an upper water layer, adding 320 parts by weight of reinforcing agent, uniformly mixing and stirring to obtain a PVC modifier;
(3) adding 105 parts by weight of PVC resin, 16 parts by weight of PVC modifier, 0.8 part by weight of antioxidant, 4 parts by weight of plasticizer and 16 parts by weight of inorganic filler into a high-speed mixer, and plasticating, tabletting and cutting to obtain the finished product.
Specifically, in the step (1), the temperature of the sintering treatment is 1450 ℃, and the time of the sintering treatment is 6 hours.
Specifically, in the step (2), the inorganic filler is light calcium carbonate.
Specifically, in the step (3), the temperature during tabletting is 150 ℃, the heating time is 5min, and the pressure is 14 MPa.
Comparative example 1
The PVC modifier in step (3) was replaced with the same amount of the reinforcing agent obtained in step (1), and the remaining operation steps were exactly the same as in example 1.
PVC coils were prepared by the methods of the examples and comparative examples, respectively, and then tested for various properties, the test results are shown in Table 1:

As shown in Table 1, the PVC coiled material prepared by the embodiment has high tensile strength and high hardness, and the service life of the woven product is effectively prolonged.
