This embodiment is through above-mentioned scheme, when detecting preset button on the dish washer control panel and being triggered, carry out abnormal detection to this button, if detect this button unusual, then the button information update that corresponds this button is invalid, and the button information that other buttons correspond on the control dish washer control panel maintains effectively, also shield the processing to this unusual button alone, like this, when the user is controlled other buttons on the control panel, still carry out normal response and handle, control dish washer's operation, therefore, the reliability of dish washer control has been improved.
Based on the hardware structure, the embodiment of the key control method of the dishwasher is provided.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flow chart illustrating a first embodiment of a method for controlling a button of a dishwasher according to the present invention.
In a first embodiment, the key control method of a dishwasher includes the steps of:
step S10, when detecting that the key preset on the control panel of the dishwasher is triggered, carrying out abnormal detection on the key;
and step S20, when the key is detected to be abnormal, updating the key information corresponding to the key to be invalid, and controlling the key information corresponding to other keys on the control panel to maintain valid.
At present, a user generally controls the operation of the dishwasher by controlling function keys on a control panel of the dishwasher, once the keys are abnormal, the whole control panel breaks down, all the keys on the control panel cannot respond, that is, the dishwasher cannot continue to work, and therefore, the reliability of the control of the dishwasher is to be improved. In order to improve the control reliability of the dish-washing machine, the invention provides the key control method of the dish-washing machine, which is suitable for various types of dish-washing machines such as a pull-down door type dish-washing machine, a table type dish-washing machine, a cabinet type dish-washing machine, a drawer type dish-washing machine and the like. The control panel of the dishwasher is preset with a plurality of keys, and each key corresponds to a corresponding control function, such as a switch key, a washing mode key, a drying key and the like. Optionally, the keys may include at least one of pad type touch keys, spring type touch keys, and membrane key type touch keys.
After the dishwasher is powered on, the key states of the keys on the control panel of the dishwasher are detected, and whether the keys on the control panel of the dishwasher are triggered is detected in real time or at regular time. When detecting that a key on a control panel of the dishwasher is triggered, the key is firstly detected abnormally.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3, the step S10 includes:
step S11, when detecting that a key preset on a control panel of the dishwasher is triggered, acquiring the touch duration corresponding to the key;
step S12, comparing the touch duration with a preset duration threshold, and judging whether the key is abnormal according to the comparison result, wherein if the touch duration exceeds the preset duration threshold, the key is judged to be abnormal.
Generally, if a user normally presses a key on the control panel, the time length of the key normally triggered corresponding to the touch is not long, for example, 1 to 2 seconds. In other cases, for example, the key is stained with water, or the key is contacted with conductive substances such as metal, so that the corresponding touch time of the key which is not normally triggered is probably longer than 1-2 seconds under the condition of triggering the key. According to a normal touch duration corresponding to a normal key being triggered, a corresponding preset duration threshold value for detecting whether the key is triggered normally is preset, for example, the preset duration threshold value is set to 20 seconds, and it can be understood that a specific data value of the preset duration threshold value is not limited.
When detecting that a key on a control panel of the dishwasher is triggered, acquiring the touch duration corresponding to the triggered key, comparing the acquired touch duration with a preset duration threshold, and judging whether the key is abnormal according to the comparison result.
If the touch duration corresponding to the triggered key does not reach the preset duration threshold, that is, after the triggered key is triggered, the key is restored to the normal state to be controlled, and at this time, the key is judged to be normal. Otherwise, if the touch duration corresponding to the triggered key exceeds the preset duration threshold, that is, after the triggered key is triggered, the key is not restored to the normal state to be controlled for a long time, and at this time, the key is determined to be abnormal. For example, if the corresponding touch duration of the triggered key exceeds 20 seconds, it is determined that the key is abnormal.
When the abnormal key on the control panel of the dishwasher is judged, the key information corresponding to the abnormal key is updated to be invalid, and meanwhile, the key information corresponding to other keys on the control panel of the dishwasher is controlled to maintain valid. That is, when it is determined that a key is abnormal, the abnormal key is masked, and other keys on the control panel are not masked. Thus, when the user operates other keys on the control panel, the other keys still make normal response, thereby controlling the operation of the dishwasher. Compared with the condition that all keys on the control panel cannot respond, the use experience of the user is improved, complaints of the user are reduced, and the use rate of the dishwasher is also improved.
Optionally, after the step S10, the method further includes:
step a, if the button is detected to be normal, triggering a control instruction corresponding to the button so as to control the operation of the dishwasher according to the control instruction.
On the other hand, when the button is detected to be normal, a control instruction corresponding to the button is triggered, and then the operation of the dishwasher is controlled according to the triggered control instruction. For example, if the rinsing mode key is triggered, a corresponding rinsing control instruction is triggered, and the dishwasher is controlled to perform rinsing operation according to the rinsing control instruction. If the drying button is triggered, a corresponding drying control instruction is triggered, and the dishwasher is controlled to perform drying operation according to the drying control instruction.
Further, after the step S20, the method further includes:
and b, sending out abnormal alarm prompt information corresponding to the key.
Further, in order to improve the user experience, when the abnormal key on the control panel of the dishwasher is judged, the key information corresponding to the abnormal key is updated to be invalid, the key information corresponding to other keys on the control panel of the dishwasher is controlled to be valid, and the abnormal alarm prompt information corresponding to the abnormal key is also sent. For example, a preset loudspeaker on the dishwasher gives out voice alarm prompt information such as 'key abnormality'. For another example, a text alarm prompt message such as ". dot.. TM.key abnormity" is displayed through a preset display screen on the control panel of the dishwasher.
After the user receives the abnormal alarm prompt information, the abnormal key can be processed in time according to the abnormal alarm prompt information, so that the abnormal key is recovered to be normal. For example, if receiving the warning message of abnormal drying button sent by the dishwasher, the user can check whether the drying button on the control panel of the dishwasher is wet or whether the drying button contacts with conductive material such as metal. If the drying key is detected to be stained with water drops or contacted with conductive substances such as metal and the like, a user can wipe the water drops to remove the conductive substances such as the metal and the like, so that the drying key is recovered to be normal.
The scheme that this embodiment provided, when detecting preset button on the dish washer control panel and being triggered, carry out abnormal detection to this button, if detect this button unusual, then the button information update that corresponds this button is invalid, and the button information that other buttons correspond on the control dish washer control panel maintains effectively, also shield the processing to this unusual button alone, like this, when the user is controlled other buttons on the control panel, still carry out normal response and handle, control dish washer's operation, therefore, the reliability of dish washer control has been improved.
Further, a second embodiment of the method for controlling the key of the dishwasher according to the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment, and in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, before the step S10, the method further includes:
step S30, monitoring the capacitance value corresponding to the key preset on the control panel of the dishwasher;
step S40, when it is monitored that the capacitance value corresponding to the key is greater than the preset capacitance threshold value, determining that the key is triggered.
In this embodiment, after the dishwasher is powered on, capacitance values corresponding to the keys preset on the control panel of the dishwasher are scanned and monitored in real time or at regular time. And a preset capacitance threshold value for detecting whether a key preset on the control panel of the dishwasher is triggered or not is also preset. It will be appreciated that the preset capacitance threshold may be flexibly set according to the actual application of the buttons on the dishwasher control panel, and is not particularly limited.
After scanning and monitoring the capacitance values corresponding to the keys preset on the control panel of the dishwasher, if the capacitance values corresponding to the keys are monitored to be less than or equal to the preset capacitance threshold value, the keys are determined not to be triggered and are in a normal state to be controlled. Otherwise, if the capacitance value corresponding to the key is monitored to be larger than the preset capacitance threshold value, the key is determined to be triggered. When detecting that the key is triggered, performing anomaly detection on the key, optionally, the step S10 includes:
step c, detecting whether the capacitance value corresponding to the key is always greater than the preset capacitance threshold value within a preset time period;
step d, if not, judging that the key is normal;
and e, if yes, judging that the key is abnormal.
When the key is triggered, the capacitance value corresponding to the key is continuously scanned and detected, and whether the capacitance value corresponding to the key is always larger than a preset capacitance threshold value in a preset time period is judged. It should be noted that the preset time period can be flexibly set according to actual situations, for example, the preset time period is set to be 20 seconds.
If the capacitance value corresponding to the key is not always greater than the preset capacitance threshold value within the preset time period, that is, the capacitance value corresponding to the key is reduced from being greater than the preset capacitance threshold value to being smaller than the preset capacitance threshold value, the key is triggered and then returns to a normal state to be controlled, and at this time, the key is judged to be normal. Otherwise, if the capacitance value corresponding to the key is always greater than the preset capacitance threshold value within the preset time length, the key does not recover to a normal state to be controlled after being triggered, and at the moment, the key is judged to be abnormal.
When the abnormal key is detected, the key information corresponding to the abnormal key is updated to be invalid, and the key information corresponding to other keys on the control panel of the dishwasher is controlled to be valid, namely the abnormal key is shielded independently. The specific operations can be referred to the description of the first embodiment, and are not repeated herein.
The scheme that this embodiment provided monitors through the capacitance value that corresponds to the button that presets on the dish-washer control panel, and when monitoring the capacitance value that the button corresponds and being greater than preset electric capacity threshold value, confirm the button and triggered, ensured that the button is triggered the accurate nature that detects, and then improved dish-washer controlled reliability.
Further, a third embodiment of the method for controlling the key of the dishwasher according to the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment or the second embodiment, and in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, after the step S20, the method further includes:
and step S50, when the key is detected to be recovered to normal, updating the key information corresponding to the key to be effective.
Further, after detecting that the key is abnormal and updating the key information corresponding to the key to be invalid, detecting whether the key is recovered to be normal in real time or at regular time, or detecting whether the key is recovered to be normal after the user performs abnormal processing on the key. Optionally, before the step S50, the method further includes:
and f, when the fact that the capacitance value corresponding to the key is smaller than or equal to the preset capacitance threshold value is monitored, determining that the key is recovered to be normal.
Optionally, after detecting that the key is abnormal and updating the key information corresponding to the key to be invalid, continuously scanning and detecting the capacitance value corresponding to the key, and comparing the detected capacitance value corresponding to the key with a preset capacitance threshold value. And if the detected capacitance value corresponding to the key is still larger than the preset capacitance threshold value, determining that the key is not recovered to be normal. Otherwise, if the detected capacitance value corresponding to the key is smaller than or equal to the preset capacitance threshold value, the key is determined to be recovered to be normal.
And after the key is recovered to be normal, updating the key information corresponding to the key to be effective, namely canceling the shielding treatment on the key. Therefore, when the user operates the key again, normal response processing is carried out to control the operation of the dishwasher.
According to the scheme provided by the embodiment, after the key is detected to be abnormal and the key information corresponding to the key is updated to be invalid, if the key is detected to be recovered to be normal, the key information corresponding to the key is updated to be valid, namely, the shielding treatment is cancelled for the key, so that when a user operates the key again, the normal response treatment is carried out, and the operation of the dishwasher is controlled. Therefore, the reliability of the dishwasher control is further improved.
The present invention also provides a computer readable storage medium storing a key control program for a dishwasher, the key control program further executable by one or more processors for:
when detecting that a key preset on a control panel of the dishwasher is triggered, carrying out abnormity detection on the key;
and when the key is detected to be abnormal, updating the key information corresponding to the key into invalid, and controlling the key information corresponding to other keys on the control panel to maintain valid.
Further, the key control program of the dishwasher when executed by the processor also realizes the following operations:
when detecting that a key preset on a control panel of the dish washing machine is triggered, acquiring the touch duration corresponding to the key;
and comparing the touch duration with a preset duration threshold, and judging whether the key is abnormal according to a comparison result, wherein if the touch duration exceeds the preset duration threshold, the key is judged to be abnormal.
Further, the key control program of the dishwasher when executed by the processor also realizes the following operations:
monitoring a capacitance value corresponding to the key;
and when the fact that the capacitance value corresponding to the key is larger than the preset capacitance threshold value is monitored, the key is determined to be triggered.
Further, the key control program of the dishwasher when executed by the processor also realizes the following operations:
detecting whether the capacitance value corresponding to the key is always greater than the preset capacitance threshold value within a preset time period;
if not, judging that the key is normal;
if yes, judging that the key is abnormal.
Further, the key control program of the dishwasher when executed by the processor also realizes the following operations:
if the button is detected to be normal, triggering a control instruction corresponding to the button so as to control the operation of the dishwasher according to the control instruction.
Further, the key control program of the dishwasher when executed by the processor also realizes the following operations:
and when the key is detected to be recovered to be normal, updating the key information corresponding to the key to be effective.
Further, the key control program of the dishwasher when executed by the processor also realizes the following operations:
and when the capacitance value corresponding to the key is monitored to be smaller than or equal to the preset capacitance threshold value, determining that the key is recovered to be normal.
Further, the key control program of the dishwasher when executed by the processor also realizes the following operations:
and sending out abnormal alarm prompt information corresponding to the key.
The specific implementation of the computer readable storage medium of the present invention is substantially the same as the embodiments of the key control method of the dishwasher, and will not be described herein again.
