Abstract

本发明公开了一种移动网络的认证方法和装置，能够用于未签约用户与移动网络设备进行双向认证。该方法包括：终端向移动网络设备发送第一指示信息和第一随机数，该第一指示信息用于指示该终端请求以无签约接入类型接入移动网络，以便于该移动网络设备基于该第一指示信息，生成第二随机数，并至少根据该第一随机数和该第二随机数，生成第一数字签名；该终端接收该移动网络设备发送的第一数字签名、第二随机数和第一数字证书链，并验证该第一数字签名；该终端至少根据该第二随机数生成第二数字签名；该终端向该移动网络设备发送该第二数字签名和第二数字证书链，以便于该移动网络设备验证该第二数字签名。
