更详细地,密封元件是加热元件,并且对应密封元件由弹性材料制成,弹性材料提供机械支撑以在密封过程中夹持管。
此外,所述包装设备包括第一凸轮表面,所述第一凸轮表面布置在所述第一链式输送机附近,并且适于使所述第一操作单元在操作构造和休息构造之间移动,在所述操作构造,所述操作单元与所述管接触,而在所述休息构造,所述第二操作单元与管分离。该包装设备还具有第二凸轮表面,该第二凸轮表面定位在第二链式输送机附近,并且构造成使第二操作单元在操作构造和休息构造之间移动。特别地,第一操作单元和相应的第二操作单元中的每一个在处于它们各自的操作构造时彼此配合。
EP-B-0887265中公开的包装设备的缺点是维护包装设备本身需要大量的工作。在例如格式改变的情况下,操作单元需要适应新格式,这需要拆卸第一链式输送机和第二链式输送机的链条以便在单个操作单元上工作,否则可用空间不足以执行所需的任务。然而,拆卸链条需要大量工作,并导致生产停机时间相当长。
类似地,在例如一个操作单元发生故障的情况下,通常,第一链式输送机和第二链式输送机的相应链条中的至少一个必须作为整体拆卸。因此,只有在拆卸相应的链条之后,才有可能解决故障问题。
因此,EP-B-0887265中公开的包装设备的维护导致整个生产过程的相当长的停机时间,这再次增加了经济损失。
发明内容
因此,本发明的一个目的是提供一种包装设备,以便以直接的方式克服上述缺点。
根据本发明,提供一种如权利要求1所述的包装设备。

具体实施方式
附图标记1整体表示用于从片状包装材料管3生产可倾倒食品(例如巴氏杀菌奶或果汁)的密封包装2的包装设备。已知这种包装2具有顶部横向密封带和底部横向密封带。
包装材料具有多层结构(未示出),并且包括纤维材料层,通常为纸,该纤维材料层两侧覆盖有相应的热封塑料材料层,例如,聚乙烯。

特别的优点在于将输送区8与操作区33分开,其彼此侧向分离开。这允许操作者更容易地评估操作单元10和10'并且可能对操作单元10和10'执行维护工作(例如,格式的改变,故障的解决等),而无需将它们从它们各自的车9中拆卸。
另一个优点在于,如果需要,可以在不拆卸其他操作单元10或10'的情况下拆卸一个操作单元10或10',而无需拆卸相应的车9。
更进一步的优点是,车9独立于其他车9安装到相应的输送装置7,使得如果需要,能够在有或没有相应的操作单元10或10'的情况下拆卸单个车9。
总体来说,设备1使得能以减少生产过程的停机时间这样的方式进行维修。
显然,可以对如本文所述的设备1进行改变,而不脱离所附权利要求中限定的保护范围。

Claims (15)

1.一种用于从包装材料管(3)形成多个密封包装(2)的包装设备(1),所述包装材料管(3)沿所述包装设备(1)的推进轴线(A)推进,所述包装设备(1)包括:
-布置在输送区(8)中的至少一个环形输送装置(7);
-多个输送车(9),其适于与所述至少一个环形输送装置(7)配合并沿其推进;和
-多个操作单元(10,10'),其适于由所述多个输送车(9)沿着由所述输送车(9)沿着所述环形输送装置(7)的移动限定的并且具有平行于所述推进轴线(A)的操作部分(P1,Q1)的路径(P,Q)移动;
