- コンベヤーゾーン(8)内に配置された少なくとも無端コンベヤー機器(7);
- 前記少なくとも無端コンベヤー機器(7)と協働しかつそれに沿って前進するように適合された複数の搬送カート(9);および
- 前記無端コンベヤー機器(7)に沿った前記搬送カート(9)の動きによって規定されかつ前記前進軸(A)に対して平行な動作部分(P1、Q1)を有する経路(P、Q)に沿って、前記複数の搬送カート(9)によって動かされるように適合された複数の動作ユニット(10、10’)
を含み、
各動作ユニット(10、10’)は、前記動作ユニット(10、10’)が前記チューブ(3)を操作するように適合される、前記経路(P、Q)の前記動作部分(P1、Q1)に沿って到達される動作設定と、前記動作ユニット(10、10’)が前記チューブ(3)から取り外される、前記動作部分(P1、Q1)とは異なる前記経路(P、Q)の休止部分(P2、Q2)に沿って到達される休止設定との間で、選択的に動かされるように適合され;

- 前記無端コンベヤー機器(7)は、平行に配置されおよび互いに離間されおよび前記複数の搬送カート(9)を可動式に支持するように適合された第1の無端ガイドレール(16)および第2の無端ガイドレール(17)を含み、および各搬送カート(9)の前記それぞれの第1の側部部分(24)は、前記第1の無端ガイドレール(16)と係合するように構成され、および各搬送カート(9)の前記それぞれの第2の側部部分(25)は、前記第2の無端ガイドレール(17)と係合するように構成される、請求項2に記載の包装装置。
- 各第1の側部部分(24)および各第2の側部部分(25)は、それぞれ前記第1の無端ガイドレール(16)または前記第2の無端ガイドレール(17)に沿って走行するように適合されたそれぞれの車輪群(30)を含む、請求項3に記載の包装装置。
- 前記第1の側部部分(24)および第2の側部部分(25)の各車輪群(30)は、それらの間に前記第1のガイドレール(16)または前記第2のガイドレール(17)をそれぞれ挟むように適合された、前方側の対の車輪(31)および後方側の対の車輪(32)を含む、請求項4に記載の包装装置。
- 各動作ユニット(10、10’)は、それぞれの搬送カート(9)の前記それぞれの第2の側部部分(25)に取り外し可能に接続されている、請求項2~5のいずれか一項に記載の包装装置。
- 各搬送カート(9)は、前記第1の側部部分(24)と前記第2の側部部分(25)との間に置かれかつそれらに接続されるように適合された主要部分(26)を含み、および少なくとも前記第1の側部部分(24)は、前記主要部分(26)に取り外し可能に接続されている、請求項2~6のいずれか一項に記載の包装装置。
- 前記複数の搬送カート(9)のそれぞれは、前記無端コンベヤー機器(7)に沿って、他のものから独立して動くように構成されている、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の包装装置。
- 前記無端コンベヤー機器(7)は複数のコイル組立体を含み、および前記搬送カート(9)のそれぞれは、前記複数のコイル組立体と相互作用するように適合された磁石組立体(21)を含み、前記無端コンベヤー機器(7)に沿った前記搬送カート(9)のそれぞれの前進を制御する、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の包装装置。
- 各搬送カート(9)は、前記無端コンベヤー機器(7)に可動式に装着されかつ前記それぞれの動作ユニット(10、10’)を担持しかつ前記それぞれの磁石組立体(21)に取り外し可能に接続されているカートベース(22)を含む、請求項9に記載の包装装置。
- さらに、前記無端コンベヤー機器(7)から離間されかつ前記複数の動作ユニット(10、10’)と協働するように適合されたカムアセンブリ(39)を含み;前記複数の動作ユニット(10、10’)のそれぞれは、さらに、前記それぞれの動作ユニット(10、10’)をその動作設定または休止設定に選択的に動かすために、前記カムアセンブリ(39)と協働するように構成されたカム従動子(40)を含む、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の包装装置。
- 前記動作ユニット(10、10’)のそれぞれは、隣接するパッケージ(2)間で前記チューブ(3)を横方向に切断するように適合された切断要素または逆向きの切断要素の一方を含む、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の包装装置。
- さらに:
- 前記コンベヤーゾーン(8)内に配置されかつ前記無端コンベヤー機器(7)と対面する追加的な無端コンベヤー機器(7);
- 前記追加的な無端コンベヤー機器(7)と協働しかつそれに沿って前進するように適合された複数の追加的な搬送カート(9);および
- 前記追加的な搬送カート(9)の動きによって規定された追加的な経路(Q、P)に沿って、前記追加的な搬送カート(9)によって動かされ、かつ前記前進軸(A)および前記経路(P、Q)の前記動作部分(P1、Q1)に対して平行な追加的な動作部分(Q1、P1)を有する、複数の追加的な動作ユニット(10’、10);を含み、
各追加的な動作ユニット(10’、10)は、1つのそれぞれの搬送カート(9)によって担持され、かつそこから側方に延在し;
各追加的な動作ユニット(10’、10)は、前記追加的な動作ユニット(10’、10)が1つのそれぞれの動作ユニット(10、10’)と連携して前記チューブ(3)を操作するように適合される、前記追加的な経路(Q、P)の前記追加的な動作部分(Q1、P1)に沿って到達されるそれぞれの動作設定と、前記追加的な動作ユニット(10’、10)が前記チューブ(3)から取り外される、前記追加的な動作部分(Q1、P1)とは異なる前記追加的な経路(Q、P)の追加的な休止部分(Q2、P2)に沿って到達されるそれぞれの休止設定との間で、選択的に動かされるように適合され;
各追加的な動作ユニット(10’、10)は:
- 前記それぞれの動作ユニット(10、10’)の前記ハーフシェル(36)と協働して、前記パッケージ(2)の形状を少なくとも部分的に規定するように適合された追加的ハーフシェル(36);および
- 前記それぞれの動作ユニット(10、10’)の前記逆向きのシーリング要素(37b)または前記シーリング要素(37a)と連携して、隣接するパッケージ(2)間で前記チューブ(3)を横方向にシールするように適合されたシーリング要素(37a)または逆向きのシーリング要素(37b)のもう一方のシーリング要素を含む、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の包装装置。 - 各追加的な動作ユニット(10’、10)が、前記それぞれの動作ユニット(10、10’)の前記逆向きの切断要素または前記切断要素と連携して、隣接するパッケージ(2)間で前記チューブ(3)を横方向に切断するように適合された切断要素または逆向きの切断要素のもう一方の切断要素を含む、請求項12に従属するような請求項13に記載の包装装置。
