Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
A method and apparatus for preventing oil smoke according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method for preventing oil smoke according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
step 101, detecting the oil smoke concentration of an air inlet of an air conditioner.
As a possible implementation mode, the oil smoke detection sensor can be arranged at the air inlet of the air conditioner, and the oil smoke concentration of the air inlet is detected through the sensor.
And 102, when the concentration of the oil smoke is higher than the first threshold concentration, adjusting the air outlet angle of an air outlet of the air conditioner to change the air inlet flow of an air inlet.
In practical application, the air inlet can be arranged at the upper part of the air conditioner, and also can be arranged at the lower part of the air conditioner.
As a possible implementation manner, when the air inlet is disposed at the upper portion of the air conditioner, the air outlet is disposed at the lower portion of the air conditioner, and specifically, when the sensor detects that the concentration of the oil smoke is higher than a preset first threshold concentration, the angle of the air guiding strip at the air outlet is adjusted, so that the air guiding strip is inclined upward relative to the horizontal plane, thereby adjusting the air outlet angle of the air outlet in the direction of the air inlet at the upper portion of the air conditioner, so as to prevent the oil smoke from entering the air inlet of the air conditioner.
As another possible implementation manner, when the air inlet is disposed at the lower portion of the air conditioner, the air outlet is disposed at the upper portion of the air conditioner, and specifically, when the sensor detects that the concentration of the oil smoke is higher than the preset first threshold concentration, the angle of the air guiding strip at the air outlet is adjusted, so that the air guiding strip is inclined downward relative to the horizontal plane, thereby adjusting the air outlet angle of the air outlet in the direction of the air inlet located at the lower portion of the air conditioner, so as to prevent the oil smoke from entering the air inlet of the air conditioner.
It should be noted that the oil smoke concentration higher than the first threshold concentration has a large influence on the filter screen, that is, the filter screen is covered with oil stains in a short time, which affects the normal operation of the air conditioner, wherein the short time is, for example, only 1 month or 2 months, and therefore, when the sensor detects that the oil smoke concentration is higher than the first threshold concentration, the air outlet angle of the air outlet of the air conditioner needs to be adjusted to change the air inlet flow of the air inlet to prevent the oil smoke from entering the air inlet of the air conditioner. The first threshold concentration may be obtained through experiments.
And 103, controlling the air conditioner to discharge air at the adjusted air outlet angle.
Specifically, the air conditioner is controlled to output air at the adjusted air outlet angle, so that an air curtain is formed between the air outlet of the air conditioner and a ceiling, and oil smoke is prevented from entering an air outlet of the air conditioner forwards.
In the method for preventing oil smoke in the embodiment of the invention, the oil smoke concentration of the air inlet of the air conditioner is detected, when the oil smoke concentration is higher than the first threshold concentration, the air outlet angle of the air outlet of the air conditioner is adjusted to change the air inlet flow of the air inlet, and the air conditioner is controlled to outlet air at the adjusted air outlet angle, so that an outward air curtain is formed at the air outlet of the air conditioner, oil smoke is prevented from entering the air inlet, oil stains are prevented from being adsorbed on a filter screen, the cleaning frequency of the filter screen is reduced, and the problems that in the prior art, the air conditioner is not specially designed for kitchen oil smoke, a large amount of oil smoke enters the air inlet, the filter screen adsorbs a large amount of oil stains in a short time, the refrigeration effect and the operation reliability of the air conditioner are.
In order to clearly illustrate the previous embodiment, this embodiment provides another possible implementation manner of the method for preventing oil smoke, and fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of another method for preventing oil smoke according to the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes the following steps:
step 201, detecting the oil smoke concentration of an air inlet of an air conditioner.
In practical applications, the air inlet may be disposed at an upper portion of the air conditioner, or may be disposed at a lower portion of the air conditioner.
When the air conditioner is applied to a kitchen, a large amount of oil smoke is generated during cooking, although most of the oil smoke is extracted by the range hood under the action of the range hood, part of the oil smoke rises along with air and enters the air inlet of the air conditioner, so that the oil smoke detection sensor is arranged at the air inlet of the air conditioner and used for detecting the concentration of the oil smoke at the air inlet, the angle of the air guide strip at the air inlet is adjusted according to the detected concentration of the oil smoke, and the specific adjustment method is described in detail in the following steps. Fig. 3 is a schematic view of an air conditioner for preventing oil smoke according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, an oil smoke detection sensor is installed at an air inlet of the air conditioner, but the specific installation position of the oil smoke detection sensor is not limited in this embodiment.
Step 202, when the concentration of the oil smoke is higher than the first threshold concentration, adjusting an air outlet angle of an air outlet of the air conditioner to change an air inlet flow of an air inlet.
As a possible implementation, the first threshold concentration may range from 5ppm to 7 ppm.
As shown in fig. 3, the air inlet is disposed at an upper portion of the air conditioner, and the air outlet is disposed at a lower portion of the air conditioner.
Specifically, when the oil smoke detection sensor detects that the oil smoke concentration at the air inlet of the air conditioner is higher than a first threshold concentration, the angle of the air guide strip at the air outlet is adjusted, so that the air guide strip is inclined upwards relative to the horizontal plane. As a possible implementation manner, an included angle between the adjusted air outlet angle and the horizontal plane may be greater than 45 °, and is generally smaller than 60 ° due to the limitation of the air outlet structure of the air conditioner.
It should be noted that, the first threshold concentration may be obtained through experiments, wherein the oil smoke concentration lower than the first threshold concentration is considered as normal, and will not cause obvious influence on the filter screen in a short time, and the oil smoke concentration higher than the first threshold concentration has a large influence on the filter screen, that is, the filter screen is covered with oil stains in a short time, which affects the normal operation of the air conditioner, wherein the short time is, for example, only 1 month or 2 months, and therefore, when the oil smoke concentration is higher than the first threshold concentration, the angle of the air guide bar at the air outlet is adjusted, so that the air guide bar inclines upward relative to the horizontal plane to avoid being stained with the oil stains, which reduces the refrigeration effect of the air conditioner, thereby avoiding the user from frequently cleaning the filter screen, and improving the satisfaction degree of the user. And step 203, determining the air outlet speed of the air conditioner according to the degree that the oil smoke concentration is higher than the first threshold concentration.
Specifically, difference operation is carried out on the oil smoke concentration acquired by the oil smoke sensor and the first threshold concentration, and the corresponding air outlet speed is determined according to the difference, wherein a positive relation exists between the difference and the air outlet speed.
And step 204, controlling the air conditioner to discharge air at the adjusted air outlet angle.
Specifically, the air conditioner is controlled to continuously output air by the adjusted air output angle and the air output speed to form an air curtain, as shown in fig. 3, for example, the air conditioner uses an included angle between the air output angle and a horizontal plane as 50 degrees, and the air output speed is X kilometers per hour to output air, so that the air curtain as shown in the figure is formed between an air outlet and a ceiling, and air flow in the air curtain continuously flows at a high speed, so that oil smoke which is not pumped away by the range hood can be prevented from moving to the air inlet of the air conditioner, and the oil smoke is prevented from entering the air inlet of the air conditioner and being adsorbed onto a filter screen of the air conditioner, and the filter screen is not communicated due to viscosity of the oil smoke, so that the refrigeration or heating effect of the air conditioner is affected.
Step 205, continuously detecting the oil smoke concentration at the air inlet of the air conditioner, determining whether the oil smoke concentration is increased, if the oil smoke concentration is increased, executing step 206, and if the oil smoke concentration is decreased, executing step 207.
And step 206, controlling the air conditioner to increase the air speed, and continuing to discharge air at the adjusted air outlet angle.
Specifically, after the air conditioner is controlled to output air at the adjusted air output angle, the oil smoke concentration sensor continues to detect the oil smoke concentration at the air inlet of the air conditioner, and if the oil smoke concentration is increased and is higher than the first threshold, the corresponding current air output speed is determined according to the difference between the oil smoke concentration and the first threshold, so that the air conditioner is controlled to increase the air speed to the current air output speed, the air output angle adjusted in step 202 is continued to output air, and the oil smoke is prevented from entering the air conditioner.
When the concentration of the oil smoke is increased, the air outlet speed at the air outlet of the corresponding air conditioner is increased, so that a continuous and powerful air curtain can be formed, and the oil smoke is continuously prevented from entering the air inlet of the air conditioner.
And step 207, when the oil smoke concentration is reduced to be smaller than a second threshold value, controlling the air conditioner to continuously output air at the adjusted air output angle until a preset time length is reached.
Specifically, if the oil smoke detection sensor detects that the oil smoke concentration decreases and the oil smoke concentration decreases to be less than the second threshold concentration, the air conditioner is controlled to continue to output air at the air output angle determined in step 202 until the preset time length is reached, and as a possible implementation manner, the preset time length value range is 1 minute to 3 minutes.
It should be noted that the second threshold concentration is lower than the first threshold concentration, and the oil smoke concentration lower than the second threshold concentration has a smaller influence on the filter screen, and the second threshold concentration is also data that can be obtained through experiments.
It should be understood that when the concentration of the oil smoke is detected to be reduced and lower than the second threshold concentration, the air is discharged at the adjusted outlet angle until the preset time is reached, because the concentration of the oil smoke detected by the oil smoke sensor changes rapidly, and if the angle of the air inlet is adjusted frequently, the effect of preventing the oil smoke from entering the air inlet of the air conditioner is affected.
And 208, controlling the air outlet angle of the air outlet to recover to the air outlet angle before adjustment.
Specifically, after the air is discharged at the adjusted air outlet angle until the preset time is reached, the current oil smoke concentration is low, so that the filter screen of the air conditioner is not affected, and the air outlet angle of the controllable air outlet is restored to the air outlet angle before adjustment.
It should be noted that, when the air inlet is disposed at the lower portion of the air conditioner, the angle of the air guiding strip at the air outlet is adjusted to make the air guiding strip tilt downward relative to the horizontal plane, so as to change the air flow entering the air inlet, thereby forming an air curtain between the air outlet and the floor to prevent oil smoke from entering the air inlet.
In the method for preventing oil smoke of the embodiment of the invention, the oil smoke concentration of the air inlet of the air conditioner is detected, when the oil smoke concentration is higher than the first threshold value concentration, the air outlet angle of the air outlet of the air conditioner is adjusted to change the air inlet flow of the air inlet, the air conditioner is controlled to outlet air at the adjusted air outlet angle, an air curtain is formed between the air outlet of the air conditioner and a ceiling, or an air curtain is formed between the air outlet and the floor to prevent the oil smoke from entering the air inlet, so that the oil stain is prevented from being adsorbed on the filter screen, the cleaning frequency of the filter screen is reduced, the satisfaction degree of a user is improved, meanwhile, the air outlet speed at the air outlet is adjusted according to the oil smoke concentration, so that the air curtain formed at the air outlet can effectively prevent the oil smoke from entering the air inlet, the oil smoke is monitored in real time by a sensor, when the oil smoke concentration is, the air outlet angle of the air outlet is controlled to be restored to the air outlet angle before adjustment, and the problem that the effect of blocking dense smoke is not good due to the fact that the oil smoke concentration changes quickly is avoided.
