本发明公开了一种带气缸的移动机座，包括基座、滑槽、滑块、伸缩立柱、载物台、固定螺孔、皮带、皮带卡扣、立柱连接块、气缸。本发明一种带气缸的移动机座能够实现物品的固定，同时载物台可以在上下前后方向发生移动，从而使得物品位置发生变化。

本发明涉及一种带气缸的移动机座。
背景技术
现有的载物机座多为结构固定的机座，固定在机座上的物品的位置自固定之后便不能够发生位移。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种带气缸的移动机座，旨在通过该机座实现物品固定，同时可以在上下前后四个方向上移动载物台，从而实现物品在固定的同时还能依据需求发生位移。
为了实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案是设计一种带气缸的移动机座，包括基座、滑槽、滑块、伸缩立柱、载物台、固定螺孔、皮带、皮带卡扣、立柱连接块、气缸；所述基座上表面两侧分别设有两条滑槽，每条滑槽内均设有一个滑块，每个滑块上均设有两个伸缩立柱；所述载物台两端分别连接两个滑块上的伸缩立柱的顶端；所述载物台上设有固定螺孔；所述载物台前后端边沿设有皮带，且一端的皮带端部设有皮带卡扣；所述立柱连接块连接四个伸缩立柱；所述气缸固定在基座一端；所述气缸的气缸杆连接立柱连接块。
使用时，将物品通过螺栓和固定螺孔的紧固来固定在载物台上；伸缩伸缩立柱调节载物台高度；通过气缸控制立柱连接块，使得载物台随着滑块移动到合适的位置。将皮带捆扎物品，从而进一步固定物品。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于：本发明一种带气缸的移动机座能够实现物品的固定，同时载物台可以在上下前后方向发生移动，从而使得物品位置发生变化。

一种带气缸的移动机座，包括基座1、滑槽2、滑块3、伸缩立柱4、载物台5、固定螺孔6、皮带7、皮带卡扣8、立柱连接块9、气缸10；所述基座1上表面两侧分别设有两条滑槽2，每条滑槽2内均设有一个滑块3，每个滑块3上均设有两个伸缩立柱4；所述载物台5两端分别连接两个滑块3上的伸缩立柱4的顶端；所述载物台5上设有固定螺孔6；所述载物台5前后端边沿设有皮带7，且一端的皮带7端部设有皮带卡扣8；所述立柱连接块9连接四个伸缩立柱4；所述气缸10固定在基座1一端；所述气缸10的气缸杆连接立柱连接块9。
