The sealing structure 15 may be implemented by a common sealing material such as weather-proof sealant.
Example IV
The embodiment provides a metal roofing system, which is optimized based on the metal roofing system with the maintenance horse way provided in the second embodiment. Referring to fig. 10 and 11, specifically, the switching structure includes a plurality of sets of roof panel clamps 300, the top of each roof panel clamp 300 is fixedly connected to the main runner 101, and a buckle cover 5 is opposite to each other under each roof panel clamp 300 and is clamped and fixed on the corresponding buckle cover 5.
As mentioned above, it is preferable to design each locking device to be connected to the main runner keel 101, so that the number of roof panel clamps 300 is the same as the number of buckle covers 5 and is configured to be connected in a one-to-one correspondence.
The metal roof system provided by the embodiment utilizes the roof plate fixture 300 to realize the fixed connection of the buckle closure 5 and the main catwalk keel 101 on the basis of the existing metal roof locking device, has simple structure and convenient construction, does not damage the existing roof structure, and is safe and reliable.
Optimizing the above-mentioned roof panel clamp 300 according to fig. 11, based on the above-mentioned structure provided with roof panel supports 9 (i.e. the locking device further comprises a roof panel support 9 fixedly connected to the purlin 14), preferably, a support base 92 is provided at the top of the roof panel support 9, and the bottom of the support base keel 3 is connected to the corresponding support base 92; the roof plate fixture 300 has two clamping grooves formed by enclosing the buckle cover clamping plates 301 and two bottom abutting plates 302, the two clamping grooves are respectively sleeved and clamped on two ends of the corresponding buckle cover 5, and the two bottom abutting plates 302 are respectively abutted with the bottom ends of the corresponding support base 92. The roof board clamp 300 with the structure can be stably and reliably connected with the buckle cover 5 when bearing the acting force in all directions on the basis of realizing the clamping connection with the buckle cover 5, so that the structural stability and the safety are ensured, and the anti-wind uncovering capability of a roof board system can be effectively improved; the bottom abutting plate 302 can also press the roof board 1 near the bottom surface of the support base 92 onto the support base 92, so as to further improve the locking effect of the locking device on the roof board 1. It can be appreciated that the two clamping grooves are sleeved and clamped on the two flange ends based on the structure that the edge of the buckle cover 5 extends outwards and obliquely downwards to form the flange ends.

Example five
The embodiment provides a metal roofing system, which is optimized with the maintenance horse way provided in the second embodiment, the third embodiment and the fourth embodiment. 7-11, specifically, the metal roof system further comprises a falling protection device on the basis of being provided with the overhauling horse way, so that the problem that the falling protection device is not easy to set in the metal roof system with the edge locking is solved, and the falling protection structure with simple assembly structure, convenient installation and safety and reliability on the basis of the structure of the metal roof system with the overhauling horse way effectively ensures the safety of high-altitude operation of workers.
Referring to fig. 7 and 10, based on the above structure that the top of the main runner 101 is overlapped with a plurality of secondary runners 102, a fall protection device is further disposed above the main runner 101, and the fall protection device includes a plurality of rope penetrating plates 202 with rope penetrating holes and fall protection ropes 201 penetrating through the rope penetrating holes in sequence, and one secondary runner 102 is disposed below each rope penetrating plate 202, opposite to the secondary runner 102 and supported and fixed on the secondary runner 102. Preferably, the anti-falling cable 201 is arranged along the length direction of the metal roof system; as can be appreciated, the anti-falling rope 201 needs to be tensioned and fixed, so at least fixing units are arranged on rope penetrating plates 202 penetrating through the two ends of the head and the tail of the anti-falling rope 201, and in this embodiment, it is preferable to design each rope penetrating plate 202 to be provided with a fixing unit, so that safety is ensured; the fixing units are preferably two fixing buckles respectively arranged on two side plate surfaces of the lashing plate 202, and the matching and fixing connection structure of the fixing buckles and the ropes is in the prior art and is not repeated here. The plurality of lashing plates 202 are sequentially arranged at intervals along the length direction of the fall protection cable 201, and the number and the arrangement intervals are determined according to actual engineering conditions. When in use, a worker wears the whole set of safety harness and uses the sliding rope to be tied on the anti-falling rope 201, and the sliding rope can flexibly move along the anti-falling rope 201, thereby ensuring the safety of the high-altitude operation of the worker.
The aforementioned lashing plate 202 may be directly welded to the secondary horse keel 102, or may be detachably mounted on the secondary horse keel 102, as a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, 9, 10 and 11, the lashing plate 202 includes a lashing section and a mounting section connected to the bottom end of the lashing section, the lashing hole is formed in the lashing section, the mounting section is in a U-shaped plate structure and is fastened to the corresponding secondary horse keel 102 in an inverted manner, and after the mounting section is fastened to the secondary horse keel 102, the mounting section may be welded to the secondary horse keel 102, or may be fixedly connected together by bolts, preferably in a later manner, so as to facilitate installation and maintenance.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the invention is not intended to be limiting, but rather is intended to cover all modifications, equivalents, alternatives, and improvements that fall within the spirit and scope of the invention.
