Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to the field of roofs and more generally roofs of buildings, buildings or constructions of individual or collective dwellings, in particular roofs having on a part or all of their surface solar panels, including panels PV. The invention relates more specifically to a roof system incorporating solar panels or modules. Many variants of roofing with solar panels are already known.
Thus, it is known to fix solar panels on existing roofs, by bringing a load-bearing structure to the roof. However, such an embodiment is not considered to constitute an integrated solar roof and therefore does not benefit from the cheapest electricity purchase price. In addition, such a reported structure is not optimal in terms of strength and often results in a large wind resistance, due in particular to the large distance between the panels and the cover. There are also roof constructions incorporating solar panels, and therefore benefiting from the advantageous provisions for the purchase of electricity. Thus, in a first known integrated embodiment, the frames of the photovoltaic panels have a specific configuration allowing their mutual lateral abutment, the connection being sealed by a silicone seal. This solution leads to a particular and expensive manufacture of solar panels, as well as a tedious installation and maintenance. In addition, implementation for a slope of less than about 15 ° is not possible. A second known integrated embodiment consists in associating solar panels with a sealing sub-layer made of a thermoplastic material of the polyethylene type. However, water infiltration has been observed, especially for weak slopes, and a complex structure of structure with only weak overhangs is necessary (non-self-supporting material). The present invention is intended in particular to overcome the disadvantages of the known solutions mentioned above.
For this purpose, it relates to a roof system incorporating solar panels or modules, said roof system consisting essentially of a waterproof cover, formed of ribbed sheet metal panels of the steel-tray type partially overlapping each other, and of panels or photovoltaic solar modules each comprising a peripheral structural frame and disposed on said cover, said roof system being supported by a metal frame, wood or mixed constitution, having at least two failures spaced a distance equivalent or less than the length of the sheet metal panels, a roofing system characterized in that it also comprises an integrated mounting device for the solar panels or modules, which essentially comprises support and fixing pieces, secured directly to the purlins and resting on these last, mounting rails for the side edges of frames of panels or photovoltaic modules and removable means for holding and / or stopping panels or modules on the mounting rails. The invention will be better understood, thanks to the following description, which relates to a preferred embodiment, given by way of non-limiting example, and explained with reference to the appended diagrammatic drawings, in which: FIG. a partial view in section (for two solar panels), along a breakdown, of a roof system according to the invention; Figure 2 is a view to another scale of the detail A of the system shown in Figure 1; Figure 3 is a perspective view of a portion of an integrated mounting device forming part of a roof system according to the invention and as shown for example in Figures 1 and 2; FIG. 4 is a detailed view on a different scale of a part of the object of FIG. 3, and FIGS. 5 and 6 are perspective views of a holding and / or stopping means such as that shown in Figures 2 to 4 according to two embodiments of the invention. FIGS. 1 and 2 show a roof system 1 incorporating solar panels or modules 2, said roofing system consisting essentially of a watertight cover 3 formed of ribbed panels 3 'made of sheet metal of the steel-tank type. partially overlapping each other, and panels or solar photovoltaic modules 2 each having a peripheral structural frame 2 'and disposed on said cover 3. This roof system 3 is supported by a metal frame 4, wood or mixed constitution, comprising minus two faults 4 'spaced a distance equivalent to or less than the length of the sheet metal panels 3'. According to the invention, the roofing system 1 also comprises an integrated mounting device of the solar panels or modules 2, which essentially comprises support and fixing parts 5, directly attached to the faults 4 'and resting on the latter. , mounting rails 6 for the lateral edges 2 "of the frames 2 'of the photovoltaic panels or modules 2 and removable means 7 for holding and / or stopping the panels or modules 2 on the mounting rails 6. The panels or photovoltaic modules 2 may have a usual structure with a peripheral frame 2 'making them self-supporting and with a length and / or a width substantially forming a multiple of the pitch of the ribs of the panels 3' of the steel tray type. mounting rails 6 for the panels 2 advantageously extends very slightly above the ribs 3 "of the cover 3, so as to limit the wind resistance, the channels between the ribs 3 "allowing the flow of water (even at very low slope, for example of the order of 3 ° to 5 °) and the cooling of the rear faces of the panels or solar modules 2 by circulation of air. Given the self-supporting nature of the ribbed sheet metal panels 3 'and the solar panels 2, the complexity of the framework 4 or the equivalent superstructure can be greatly reduced in terms of the constituent elements, since an important cantilever can be considered. As is more particularly apparent from FIGS. 1 and 3 of the accompanying drawings, each support and attachment piece 5 is in the form of an elongated piece comprising two opposite end portions 5 'shaped to overlap two consecutive ribs 3 "of the roof 3 ribbed and a central portion 5 "adapted to carry a mounting rail 6 and extending between the two opposite end portions 5 ', said central portion 5" advantageously defining a support plane recessed and coming possibly bearing on the cover 3 between the two consecutive ribs 3 "overlapped by the two end portions 5 '.
In addition, said end portions 5 'of each support and fixing piece 5 are directly attached to a corresponding failure 4' through the ribbed panels 3 ', by means of anchoring and support means 8 The parts 5 may have a strip-shaped structure shaped to substantially match the transverse configuration of a ribbed sheet metal panel 3 ', between two consecutive ribs 3 "(FIG 3) .The central portion 5" may optionally comprise a or several formations on the underside bearing on the cover 3 (support feet coming into contact with the bed extending between two ribs).
The means 8 may, for example, consist of threaded rods or screws mounted in the purlins 4 'and having bearings in the upper part to support the parts 5, the weight of the photovoltaic panels being thus directly taken up by the 4. In accordance with an advantageous embodiment of the invention, apparent from Figures 1 to 4 of the accompanying drawings, each mounting rail 6 has a profiled structure with two upper wings 6 ', preferably L-shaped section, defining, on the one hand, a bearing surface for the frames 2 'of the photovoltaic panels or modules 2 and, on the other hand, an anchoring groove 6 "for removable and / or holding means 7, these latter comprising means 9, 10 for hooking into the groove 6 "and for holding the lateral edges 2" of the frames 2 'of the photovoltaic solar panels or modules 2. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, and as shown by the Figures 2 and 4 to 6 of the accompanying drawings, each removable holding means and / or stop 7 is composed of an assembly of three elements 9; 10; 11 and 11 'constituting, namely, on the one hand, a U-shaped lower coupling stirrup 9, the two branches 12 of which terminate in hooks or external notches 12' intended to engage in the groove 6 "of a profiled mounting rail 6, on the other hand, a top holding and / or locking plate 10 having at least one end portion 13 shaped to engage and / or abut against the peripheral structural frame 2 'of a photovoltaic panel or module 2 and, finally, a connecting means 11, 11' mechanically connecting the two elements 9 and 10 above, with the possibility of adjusting the distance and / or clamping The means 7 are designed such that they can, in the loosened state, slide in the mounting rail 6 and be introduced and extracted from the groove 6 "of the latter by arranging the stirrup 9 with its two branches. 12 aligned in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the rail 6. Advantageously, the connecting means 11, 11 'consists of a screw assembly 11 / nut 11', whose nut 11 'is trapped between the branches 12 of the attachment bracket 9 and whose head of the screw 11 is located above the attachment plate 10 and bears on the latter in the tight state of the assembly of elements 9; 10; 11, 11 'forming the removable means 7 for holding and / or stopping. In order to guarantee a secure hooking and locking of the stirrup 9 in the groove 6 "in the tightened state of the means 7, the legs of the U forming the hooking stirrup 9 have protruding portions 12 on their inner sides. or protruding and in that the end 14 of the screw 11 extends beyond the nut 11 'prisoner, at least in the tight state of the removable holding means and / or stop 7, said end portion 14 of the screw 11 protruding from the nut exerting a thrust on said protruding or projecting portions 12 "thus causing a bias to the spacing of the two branches 12 of the stirrup 9, and therefore a commitment notches 12 'under the flanges of the flanges 6' of the rail 6. According to an advantageous practical construction of the invention, apparent from FIGS. 3 to 6 of the accompanying drawings, each holding and / or stop plate 10 comprises, at the level of at least one lateral side, a lateral end portion 13 provided with a hook defining, on the one hand, a holding surface 13 'intended to hold the relevant photovoltaic panel or module 2 against the mounting rail 6 receiving the removable holding and / or stopping means 7 and against the cover 3 and, on the other hand, an abutment surface 13 "for effecting an ablocking of said panel or module 2 in a direction in the mounting plane thereof or the plane of the cover 3, the opposite lateral side of said plate 10 having a symmetrical structure with also holding and abutment surfaces 13 'and 13' or a different structure 15, for example depending on the situation of the removable holding means and / or stop 7 with respect to the different panels and / or The plates 10 with a symmetrical structure (FIG. 5) are implemented on means 7 situated between two adjacent solar panels 2. In the case of a means 7 mounted on a peripheral lateral side of a group of solar panels or modules 2, the side not coming into engagement with the frame 6 'of a panel or module 6 may have a different structure such as that a plate 15 dressing or fixing (Figure 6), serving as a site for attachment, assembly or joining to another room or element (cladding, gutter, ...). According to an advantageous characteristic of the invention, the mounting rails 6, as well as the plates 10 and stirrups 9 of the removable holding and / or stopping means 7, consist of segments of metal sections, in particular of aluminum, the rails assembly 6 having a base body incorporating at least one profiled hollow chamber 6 "'(FIGS 3 to 6) in order to simplify the structure of the roofing system 1, by making it possible to overcome the installation of If a sub-roof nut or a specific anti-condensation screen is used, it can be provided that the internal faces of the ribbed metal panels 3 'forming the cover 3 are provided with a coating 16 which is anti-condensation and draining (only one a small portion of this coating is shown in FIG. 2) and that said ribbed metal panels 3 are simultaneously secured to the support and fixing parts 7, and via the same means 8. The invention also a ready-to-assemble assembly for the production of a roof system 1 incorporating solar panels or modules 2, as described above, comprising in particular ribbed panels made of metal sheet 3 'of the steel tray type and panels or solar photovoltaic modules 2 each comprising a peripheral structural frame 2 ', characterized in that it also comprises support and fixing parts 5, profiled mounting rails 6 and holding and / or stopping means 7 such as mentioned above. Of course, the invention is not limited to the embodiment described and shown in the accompanying drawings.
